I went to Acid Rascine on January 2, 2023! This time, I went to check out the new cakes and more. It was my 6th visit, 2 and a half years since the last time. I started lining up at 11:00 am when the store opened, and I was able to enter the shop around 11:40 am. I didn't want to miss the first store of the new year. I tried the Griotte Pistachio cake with Griotte cream and jelly on a Pistachio base, which had a fruity and slightly alcoholic flavor that balanced the sweetness perfectly. The Piemonte Chocolate cake with Hazelnut cream and Praline Feuilleté had a light texture and an excellent hazelnut flavor. The Gateau Mocha was a coffee and hazelnut cake with walnuts and coffee buttercream, which had a gentle coffee aroma. I noticed from the cake pick that this year is their 10th-anniversary memorial year. Congratulations on the 10th anniversary! With such delicious cakes, it's no wonder there's always a line!

Popular restaurant in Temmabashi. If you go at opening time, there is usually a line, so we went around 2pm and were able to get in without waiting. There were fewer cake options compared to opening time, but still plenty to choose from. The taste was delicious as expected, and the size of the cakes was just right.

The cakes here are the best! There are always lots of people lining up whenever I go, but everything I eat is delicious. The chocolate cake has multiple layers, with changes in texture and taste between the chocolate and sourness that always surprises me. I always bring some as souvenirs, and my friends always request them, haha.

This is a sweets shop selected as one of the top 100 in the west in 2023, located just a few minutes' walk from Temmabashi Station in Osaka's Chuo Ward. I visited before checking into my hotel. I bought a Griotte Pistachio cake (640 yen including tax) and ate it in my hotel room that night. The rich sweetness of the Griotte (cherry) with a hint of liqueur and the wonderful combination with the pistachio cream made the cake delicious. Just like Jack's Pistachio Antan from Fukuoka, the combination of pistachio and tangy fruits is right up my alley. The service was also friendly and polite. It was a bit disappointing that I paid 5 yen for a spoon but there was none provided, so I had to use disposable chopsticks that I always carry with me, but the deliciousness made up for it. (laughs)

Acid Rachine in Osaka, Tanimachi. I loved both the rich cream cheese-filled Anonima and the Verine Mango made with mangoes from Okinawa. I want to visit again because I wanted to try other items on the menu. Since it's summer, I thought I had to give up on buying souvenirs, but I was happy to find out that I could bring the desserts to a nearby cafe.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. The scene was a family birthday party. I ordered a Miyazaki Prefecture mango shortcake. I called to order the day before and they kindly added a plate for free. If you make a reservation, you can pick up your cake right before the store opens without waiting in line. I recommend it if you have already decided on the product! It was my first time trying a cake other than chocolate, but it was delicious as expected from Acid Rasshun. The mango was sweet and soft, of very high quality! My daughter was delighted with her first taste of mango. This cake is likely to become a staple for our family celebrations.

After having lunch in the Yotsubashi area, we stopped by a patisserie that my partner loves, which is considered one of the top in Osaka. It's called Acid Racinne and it's definitely the most popular sweets shop in the Temma Bridge area. We had some cakes to refresh our palates after lunch. There were still plenty of cakes left, so we had a hard time deciding what to buy. In the end, we chose the Caramel Vanilla Choux and Caramel Chantilly, as well as the Lemon Tart. These cakes were absolutely delicious, especially the caramel one which was indescribably tasty. My partner's Lemon Tart had a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, making it a delightful treat for anyone. We definitely want to go back to this place again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

This cake shop is one of the best for me, who is very picky about cakes. I am particularly drawn to berry cakes, and when I tried the cakes here, I couldn't help but exclaim, "This, this, this!" The cakes are still delicious as always. The taste is impeccable. I tried the Slige for the first time this time, and the American cherry was fresh and juicy, very delicious... However, the size of the cakes seems to be getting smaller due to rising ingredient costs, which makes it feel a bit lonely at first glance. Michel and Griotte Pistachio seem to be about the size of a slightly thick thumb... I wouldn't mind paying more for a normal-sized cake because I prefer them. However, when I want to eat delicious cakes, especially like the spring Fraise, this is definitely the right place.

Yesterday was hot, so I decided to stroll around the Temmabashi area and ended up at Acidrashine for a drink. I had a granita, which I shared with my companion. We chose melon and peach flavors, both of which were delicious and helped us cool down in the heat. The granita was a bit too sweet for some people's taste, but it hit the spot for us. For dessert after dinner, I got a chocolate nut cake and a chocolate pastry with almonds. Both were equally delicious, with the chocolate being rich and gooey. The almond pastry was about 10cm in size, filled with almond cream, and was a bit too big for one person. The desserts were priced around 500 to 600 yen each, but they were worth it for the satisfaction they brought.

I bought an assortment set of macarons as a souvenir for my family at Tenma Bridge. I have used this shop several times in the past and my family always gives it high praise. I was taken here for my birthday. We arrived around noon, but there were already about 3 groups of customers waiting in line, so I realized once again that this is a popular place. The cakes in the store all looked delicious, and after careful consideration, I chose the following: - Piemonte 640 yen - Santoracaramel 660 yen - Macaron fraise 270 yen - Macaron passion 270 yen - Bonbon chocolat 260 yen x4 I ate 2 of them as soon as I got home. The Piemonte had peanuts in it, and the crunchy texture and creamy taste were delicious. If you like nuts, you'll love it. The Santoracaramel was so delicious that I want to have it again. It's all about caramel. Each piece has caramel and burnt caramel, like a cream puff, and it goes perfectly with coffee. The bottom is a tart that is crispy. I was really impressed by the deliciousness of this one. The macarons and bonbon chocolat were also just delicious. You can tell why this place is so popular. I will definitely go back. I couldn't eat in, so I had this cake at the carriage door diagonally in front of me! Fromage Cru ♡ The almond base and cheese were delicious! You can also bring this cake into the carriage door, and there are cakes specially made for the carriage door available inside the shop.

I wanted to try the Mont Blanc, but it was sold out, so I got the Sabatique and Lepreese chocolate cakes to go. The Sabatique is a chocolate cake that everyone will love. The chocolate is delicious. I arrived around 2 pm on a Saturday and was able to enter without waiting. I forgot the name of the cakes I tried. - Blueberry Tart: The blueberry mousse was refreshing and the tart base had a rich buttery taste, which was delicious. - Mille-feuille: The pastry was crispy and the cream was very tasty. It was a great purchase, although mille-feuille can be a bit difficult to eat. - Caramel Cake: A rich caramel and chocolate combination cake that was very delicious and went perfectly with coffee. I revisited after a long time and confirmed once again that the cakes are delicious. I would like to visit again when I am nearby.
