A rare and delicious yukke-style meat~.゜+.(o´∀`o)゜+.゜Today, I visited Ginmiya Nagayamate, located between Shin-Osaka and Nishinakajima on the Midosuji Line of the subway. It was a bit confusing to decide which station is easier to access, Shin-Osaka or Nishinakajima. Shin-Osaka might be closer if you don't take the wrong exit at Nishinakajima. This restaurant is called "Ginmiya" with its main store in Shinmachi, Nishi Ward, Osaka. The owner, Mr. Nagayama, who was the store manager, has opened this new restaurant. The seating options include table seats and tatami mats. As always, we started with a toast with beer♪♪ We enjoyed a variety of kimchi, including crunchy chingensai and nagaimo kimchi, as well as tomato kimchi with juicy and slightly spicy tomatoes. Next, we had a rare steak-like yukke made with A5 grade beef. It was delicious! The roast beef was also full of rareness, with the meat being salted and slowly roasted to perfection. We also tried various grilled dishes, including tongue, special misuji, and marushin's steak. The meat was tender and melted in the mouth. We indulged in luxurious kejang with king crab, which was a bit tricky to eat with the shell on, but it was addictive once we started. We also had sirloin and belly, both of which were top-notch A5 grade quality. We paired our meal with a glass of wine, which had a soft fruity flavor. We compared harami and premium harami, with the latter having a better fat content. The mino and teppan were also delicious. For dessert, we had a refreshing negi salad and my favorite cold noodles. We thoroughly enjoyed the high-quality Wagyu beef in the charming atmosphere of the restaurant. I hope to have sweet dreams tonight after such a delightful meal. This place offers lunch with yakiniku and steak using this A5 grade beef, as well as courses with all-you-can-drink options for groups of four or more. I would love to visit this restaurant again in the future!

Where should I have lunch? I've been looking around, but nothing seems right. Oh, I'll go through the tunnel to Nishinakajima, a common thing in the local area, but Nishinakajima in the neighboring town is not easily accessible. There are limited ways to get there due to the Shinkansen, JR freight trains, etc. You have to take a big detour by car. If only I could go straight, it would be so close... As I start searching, I spot a sign for delicious meat! It's a yakiniku restaurant, so this might be a good choice! Decision made - Ginmiya Nagayamate. It's located between Nishinakajima Minamigata and Shin-Osaka, closer to Shin-Osaka station I think. I wonder if it's related to the Ginmiya restaurant chain? Inside the restaurant, there are sunken kotatsu-style seats on the right and spacious tables on the left. For lunch, they offer two options: Yakiniku Lunch for 1,000 yen and Steak Lunch for 1,500 yen. Yakiniku offers a variety of meats to try, while Steak seems to have thick cuts. I'll go for the Steak Lunch! It includes rice, wakame soup, moyashi namul, and kimchi. You can have seconds of rice. They serve tea instead of water, which is a nice touch, isn't it? The soup and namul are delicious, just as you'd expect from a yakiniku restaurant. It's a bit disappointing when there's a sense of cutting corners in lunch sets, but when there are thoughtful details, it shows that it's a well-managed restaurant. I'm looking forward to the rest of the meal. On this day, I had lamp and tsurami - beautifully colored meats. It's fun to grill your own meat over charcoal! The fact that they don't use disposable grills is another plus. Once it's cooked, you have to eat it on rice, right? Haha. The lamp meat is rich and flavorful! The recommended way to eat it is with salt and wasabi. The meat has a strong flavor, so no sauce is needed, rice is soft and delicious. The plates and utensils are also carefully chosen, with the exception of the slightly awkward tea cup. This place is definitely a must-visit for delicious food, even at night. I'm tempted to try it out now. Thank you for the meal. A few minutes' walk from Nishinakajima Minamigata Station. Today, I had lunch here. The interior has table seating and sunken kotatsu seating, with dim lighting for a calm atmosphere. The lunch menu offers a choice between yakiniku or steak, so I went with the yakiniku lunch today. Let's dig in! The meat included kalbi, harami, and tsurami. The kalbi was tender and beautifully marbled. High-quality meat for lunch really boosts the mood. The restaurant recommends using salt and wasabi instead of yakiniku sauce, so I followed their suggestion. Well, the sauce wasn't really necessary anyway. So, bon appétit! Even for lunch, they provide complimentary gum after the meal. With a price of 1,100 yen, it's a good deal, so I would definitely come back here if I'm in the mood for yakiniku nearby.

I often visit this restaurant for their great value lunch. I like that they offer a la carte menu options even for lunch. The only downside is that I always want to save room for dessert, specifically the warm vanilla ice cream with sweet red bean paste topping, but end up too full to order it (laughs). Today, due to the rain, I decided to dine at a nearby restaurant, Gishimiya Nagayamatei, which I had been wanting to visit again. There was a lively atmosphere with families and groups dining together, but I think it's usually a quiet place for a meal. I ordered my favorite hanger steak. The server proudly told me, "Today's hanger steak is from Sendai, similar to Chateaubriand," and I could see why it was delicious. I always order the "Ue Mino" dish for both lunch and dinner, as it is truly delicious. I ordered a glass of wine, but it wasn't really to my liking. Overall, I was satisfied because the meat was so delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Emergency declaration has been lifted, so I had a long-awaited dinner with my work friends. We decided to start with yakiniku, and chose Nagayamatei. We opted for the Gourmet Course with all-you-can-drink for 6,980 yen. We started with beef tongue and had various other dishes, although I forgot to take pictures of many of them. Everything was delicious. Since my friends and I drink a lot, we always go for the all-you-can-drink option because the bill can get pretty high otherwise. However, here they serve good quality drinks even with the all-you-can-drink option, which is great. With a few additional dishes, it came out to just under 10,000 yen per person. Although it's a bit on the pricier side in Nishinakajima, there are no other places with private rooms and perfect ventilation like this one, making it the best choice for enjoying yakiniku in a suit. It was delicious as always. Thank you for the meal.

I used this restaurant for a farewell party with about 10 people in a private room. The course included all-you-can-drink for 4980 yen (excluding tax). It's hard to find a place with good quality meat, all-you-can-drink, and a private room at this price range. It's very convenient to use! The course included: - Cheek meat: softer than tongue but similar in texture - Sirloin, belly, harami: not too fatty, very tasty - Upper mino, upper tetchan: especially tender and delicious! - Salad - Chinese cabbage kimchi - Assorted namul - Stone bibimbap - Soup: wakame seaweed soup - Dessert: apple sherbet, tastes like eating a whole apple. The portion is normal, so if you want to eat a lot, it might be a bit small. The meat is not too fatty and very delicious. The sauce is sweet, and there is also miso sauce. The staff's service was great and very helpful. They also store your coat in a closet right after you enter the restaurant, so it doesn't smell. Very thankful for that! I would like to continue using this place in the future. Thank you for the meal.

In Osaka, when was the last time I had a business meeting? Our office moved from Shin-Osaka to Tanimachi. Today's meeting was near our old office. The deal was successful, and my junior colleague took me to a reasonably priced restaurant called Ginmitei Nagayamate Nishinakajima, known for its A5 rank black wagyu beef lunch. I chose the A5 black wagyu beef yakiniku lunch. The colors of the meat were outstanding. Let's grill them - the harami (skirt steak) that I like to cook slowly, and the kalbi (short rib) that I want to eat right away. After grilling, I enjoyed them with wasabi. The fat melted away smoothly. It was a moment of happiness. The harami, cooked slowly, was the highlight.

Yukhoe is incredibly delicious! The best I've ever had! Gejang is also full of flavor and absolutely delicious if you have the time to enjoy it. While the meat is tasty as well, these two dishes are so delicious that the others seem a bit overshadowed. Definitely worth revisiting!
