Yakiniku Ginmiya 2021/10/1 KUMA Survey (Daily Use) (80☆ Excellent:/60◎ Excellent/50◯ Pass/40△ Passing Grade) (Taste: 60%: Other 40%) ■ Overall Rating 66/100 points (Taste: 65 points) Stylish and cozy yakiniku restaurant! ■ Overview On the 9th day of the yakiniku lunch challenge, I visited the yakiniku restaurant "Ginmiya" as part of my daily routine. The restaurant is located about a 5-minute walk southwest of the complex structure of Shin-Osaka Station. The interior of the restaurant is a stylish space with a modern Japanese taste created by earth-tone walls and black furnishings. The seating is comfortable with semi-private box seats, making it suitable for business use as well. The facility features a table-integrated smokeless charcoal roaster with far-infrared effects. The mesh grill, which is a cross between a grill and a hot plate, is also nice. For lunch, they offer yakiniku and steak, and I chose yakiniku today. (The steak is said to have better meat quality.) The dishes that arrived included meat, rice, wakame soup, and mini kimchi. The meat consisted of three types: kalbi, belly, and misuji. The quality of the meat varied, making it difficult to evaluate. It was a restaurant where you eat with salt and wasabi, which is a popular way to eat for connoisseurs. Personally, I liked the sauce. Well, it was reasonably priced, so let's consider it good. ■ Ordered Dish/Price/Taste/Cost Performance □ Yakiniku set meal (about 100g) / ¥1100 / ◯ / ◯ ------------ Always critical detailed evaluation ----------- ■ Usage Scene: Banquet ◎: Family ◎: Two people ◎: Alone ◯ ■ Atmosphere & Service of the Restaurant 75/100 points 15 points (4 points passing grade, 5 points pass) □ Atmosphere - You can dine comfortably in the semi-private box seats without feeling constrained by others. - The interior of the restaurant is a modern Japanese style with earthy floors and walls, and stylish indirect lighting. - It seems to be a popular restaurant, as it was almost full before 12:00 pm even for lunch. □ Service - The service is average. - Style of eating with salt and wasabi, no sauce - The dishes are stylish with a Japanese touch. ■ Detailed Evaluation of the Food 65/100 points 39 points The meat and rice were delicious, and the pricing felt reasonable in the Shin-Osaka area, which is why it is popular. They seem to use A5 grade meat, but it may be slightly different for lunch. □ Meat 70 points There is no indication of the meat part, but it is a decent dish with moderate marbling and tenderness. Kalbi... The meat quality is quite high, with a meat quality of 4.0 (good: 5-point evaluation) Average fat: low, marbling: moderate, slice: medium thickness - Total of 4 slices, about 45g each Cooked: no hidden knife, marinated, easy to eat, uniform - Harami... Average meat quality of 3.0. Average fat: low, marbling: low, slice: medium thickness - Total of 3 slices, about 45g each Cooked: no hidden knife, marinated, easy to eat, uniform - Misuji... Meat quality of 1.5, thin and lacking marbling, with sinew in the middle, not good, and sticks to the grill and falls apart. Meat quality: 1.5 (good: 5-point evaluation) Average fat: low, marbling: none, slice: very thin - Total of about 20g Cooked: no hidden knife, no marination, too thin. □ Rice 70 points Shiny and firm, with excellent quality rice. It may be possible to get a refill, but the portion is small. Appearance: glossy, stickiness: strong, taste: average, aroma: normal, firmness: normal □ Kimchi 40 points It is average. The amount is like a pickle and feels a bit lacking. □ Soup 40 points Wakame soup is average. ■ Cost Evaluation 60/100 points 12 points The lack of variety in set options and the presence of lower-quality meats make the evaluation a bit strict for the price. ■ Kamata Lunch Yakiniku Ranking +α ● Rank A: Ushigin (Atmosphere ◎) Yakiniku Ichiboshi (Daytime) ● Rank B: Keiseitei ● Rank C: Shokudoen (Harami ◎) Mirakuen (Variety of Sets ◎) Keizuen (Balance ◎) *Ginmiya (Shin-Osaka) Tokyo BeeN (Cost Performance ◎) Kojiro (Good amount and quality of meat ◯) *Gyuden (Shin-Osaka) ● Rank D: ● Rank E: Niku no Manpuku
