Buildings like Fuku Building, Tenjin Core, Vivre, and IMS on the east side of Nishitetsu Fukuoka Station are being demolished and replaced with office buildings. They seem to be imitating the redevelopment of Marunouchi in Tokyo, but it's a tasteless city with no human touch. The cafe has only table seats, no counter, and is entirely non-smoking. It's a place where middle-aged women gather to chat freely. I decided to have a late lunch of "Fluffy Egg Curry" for 920 yen, with an additional 200 yen for a hot coffee after the meal.
