I went to Tachigui Sushi Inonagare in Tsuruhashi, which had become popular in the Taisho area. I visited around 2:00 PM on a Saturday without making a reservation, but luckily I was able to get a seat just in time. When I asked for recommendations, I was told that the "Goku" set of 10 pieces is usually around 3000 yen, but I could order it for a special price of 2000 yen, so I did! They have a self-service system for drinks like beer and lemon shochu highball, which was convenient. After finishing the meal, I thought that the "Goku" set of 10 pieces was amazing! It was definitely worth ordering, as many people recommended. I also tried the recommended tuna trio, which included Otoro, Chutoro, and Akami, and I enjoyed the different flavors of each. But the best part was the friendly atmosphere created by the chef, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the delicious meal, Tachigui Sushi Inonagare! Quirky owner with a great sense of humor, standing sushi bar, and even chairs available! I saw this place in a video and was intrigued to check it out. While it may not be the most stylish or trendy spot, the owner and regulars are all friendly, creating a great atmosphere with a nostalgic downtown vibe. I ordered an 8-piece sushi set (with premium toppings) for ¥1,200, three types of mayo seared sushi for ¥300, a Tsuruhashi roll for ¥200, and a large scallop and sea urchin sushi for ¥550. Today was another very hot day! I found a truly wonderful restaurant! Delicious food, fun atmosphere, and affordable prices! You should definitely visit at least once! I'm so happy to have found it, truly the best restaurant. The customers here are all fun and easy to get along with! It's a great place to visit alone as well!

The fun of Taisho lived up to its reputation. The conversation was enjoyable, and even though it was my first visit, I had a great time. When I visited, everyone there seemed to be regulars, creating a cozy atmosphere. Just listening to the conversations between customers and the master was entertaining. Naturally, I quickly joined in and became a part of the conversation. Moreover, the location is just south of the sushi restaurant "Sushigin" where there is always a line. Ordered the seafood bowl at Tsuruhashi for 1200 yen. It seems to be a self-made seafood bowl. I was asked how much rice I wanted, so I answered "normal"... Well, the bowl is small, and the rice seems to be a little less for a bowl. But when you put the ingredients on, it looks like a packed seafood bowl.

"Anyway, let's eat sushi! (Song: MEGIU) I read everyone's reviews and just had to go to "Namino-ryu" where the head chef's talk is explosive (laughs)! It's a standing sushi bar, but there are also chairs available. 8 pieces of nigiri at Tsuruhashi, tax included for 1200 yen. First... Tuna spoon - the tuna melts in your mouth! - Conger eel - crispy and fragrant - Salmon, yellowtail, striped jack, sea bream, and 3 other items - small place but the fish is fresh and the knife work is meticulous! It was very delicious, but the rice portion is quite small so it's good for nibbling while drinking alcohol."

I went to "Tachigui Sushi Ikuno-ryu" located just after exiting the Tsuruhashi shopping street. I am a fan of the chef from the ramen shop, and this sushi restaurant is very welcoming and cozy. I started with the recommended board, which included a comparison of natural flounder with kombu, lean tuna Michelin-style for 300 yen, and fatty tuna Michelin-style for 600 yen. The amount of tuna on the sushi was 2-3 times more than usual. Other tuna options are also recommended. The Negitoro hand roll for 200 yen and Negitoro spill for 350 yen are also must-tries. The portion sizes and prices are unbelievable. They also offer unique items like dancing octopus sushi and strawberry sushi. The meat sushi was incredibly tender. Thank you for the delicious meal. Originally a ramen shop, Ikuno-ryu has been renovated into a sushi restaurant (although there are seats available as well). What is most surprising is the price - the Ikuno set I had this time was only 700 yen for 8 pieces, including luxurious toppings like yellowtail and sea bream. The quality of the toppings was excellent, and the sushi rice was generously sized, making this set very satisfying. The toppings seem to be chosen based on the day's recommendations, and on this day, they mainly served marinated toppings. In addition to the set, I also tried the extra-large conger eel (2 pieces for 350 yen) and a piece of horse mackerel, both of which were fresh and delicious. I also ordered some unique items like leaf wasabi rolls and a tuna tartare-style Tsuruhashi roll. Everything was tasty and affordable, making it easy to overeat. Looking back at the menu, I noticed that the seared set of fatty tuna, golden eye snapper, and scallop is only 500 yen, which is incredibly good value. The restaurant's specialty, live octopus sushi and the "world's spiciest roll," caught my eye, but I refrained from trying the latter due to its extreme spiciness. The live octopus sushi is a rare and exciting dish to try. The spiciness of the roll is guaranteed, and they even offer a refund if it's not spicy enough. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious sushi at a reasonable price. The chef is entertaining and the atmosphere is great. They serve canned drinks, including beer with a nice foamy head, and chu-hai with ice in a glass. The seared sardine and mackerel had just the right amount of fat and were extremely tasty.

A restaurant near the station that serves delicious and cheap sushi. The owner is very funny and can create a fun dining experience by engaging with the customers. The super spicy roll is extremely spicy, so only those who really like spicy food will be able to finish it.

Because it is near the Tsukiji market, the sushi here is reasonably priced, and the head chef's interesting stories make the dining experience even more enjoyable. The delicious sushi was a pleasant surprise, and the final bill was also surprisingly affordable. I will definitely visit again.
