The ice coffee with a very good aroma is delicious~ The main pizza toast has various ingredients on thick slices of bread. Let's eat it right away! I visited this café around 6 pm on a weekday as it was close to my work. I was a bit intimidated by the ordering system where you place your order and pay at the counter, then wait for your number to be called. However, there were not many people using the café at that time. The interior was stylish with full-length glass windows, offering a view of the greenery outside and the circular train line. The hormone bowl had a strong miso flavor with a delicious soft-boiled egg on top. The iced latte was also very tasty. It's a lovely place to use as a café. Hormone bowl: ¥1100, Latte: ¥550. I visited the café at Hoshino Resort OMO7 Osaka in Shin-Imamiya. You can choose your favorite seat and order at the counter, then pick up your order when the bell rings - it's a self-service style. When in Osaka, you must try the mixed juice! I had the "Wind Chime Shaved Ice" with the flavor of mixed juice for 1,200 yen. It was topped with a rich mixed juice. The shaved ice was fluffy and not too icy, very gentle. The mixed juice was not too sweet and very delicious. I also tried the orange float and potato. The staff was friendly, and the plate was cute with a fish design. It's a very cozy café with a nice atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy the view of the courtyard. I'll definitely go back for lunch next time.

The ceiling is high and the space is very spacious. Personal space can be securely secured. There are various seating options such as sofa seats/table seats, small private rooms for a few people, and terrace seats depending on the purpose. I would like to use it for purposes other than staying at the hotel.

OMO7 is located in front of Shin-Imamiya Station. I've been curious about it since it opened, but never had the chance to go until now. After having dinner nearby, I decided to stop by the cafe for a bit. The cafe is open to non-guests as well. You can't enter from the "Miyagurin" square, so you have to enter from the hotel entrance and take the escalator to the 2nd floor. The cafe space is stylish and spacious, with comfortable chairs and sofas where you can relax. You order at the counter. I ordered a special latte and a Minoh Beer (Osaru IPA). The espresso in the latte was strong and delicious, while the Osaru beer had a refreshing taste with a hint of bitterness. The beer label is cute, which makes you want to choose it. When you use the cafe, you can also access the Miyagurin in front. There are large chairs and cushions where you can relax while enjoying the cafe. Children seem to enjoy running around on the grass. The area is beautifully lit up at sunset, and there is even 3D mapping on the hotel's exterior wall. The projection shows Billiken enjoying fireworks. It felt like I was enjoying myself like a guest when I visited at night. Of course, there are other benefits for guests, such as free takoyaki, drinks, and sparklers to enjoy.

Since the first day, I have been using OMO7's cafe. At 2 pm, the cafe space is empty. The mixed juice is thick and has a lot of banana, which is good. It could be a bit colder though. We shared dishes like "tako-chi" and "kashimin-yaki". Tako-chi looks like takoyaki but is actually a cream cheese-based half-sphere cheesecake with chocolate sauce, condensed milk, and shaved chocolate on top. It's a creative idea. I didn't know about kashimin-yaki, but it's a B-class gourmet from Kishiwada. It's like okonomiyaki made with chicken and beef fat mince. The chicken breast is in large chunks, giving it a thick and soft texture. I've never had the real thing, but it's probably different. This one is a pass. There is a sofa where you can lie down, and a high school couple in uniforms was cuddling. The atmosphere is different from the original Shin-Imamiya area, but it's okay in its own way.

OMO7 Osaka at Shin-Imamiya, a hotel managed by Hoshino Resorts, opened on April 22, 2022. The public area on the 2nd floor is open to the general public as well as dining guests. This spacious and relaxing place, despite being in the city, offers a peaceful and calm atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind. During a quiet weekday afternoon visit, the atmosphere was serene with a few people around. Since the dining service had already ended, I decided to try the café instead. In addition to the regular menu, the café also offers a variety of drinks and snacks for sale. I ordered the recommended kushikatsu set, along with a drink and a dessert in the form of a cocoa-flavored caramel. The kushikatsu set included shrimp, lotus root, white fish, quail egg, and okra skewers, priced at 800 yen. While the kushikatsu was well-cooked and crispy, the taste was rather ordinary. The drinks I tried were a simple orange juice, a strong rose lemonade, and a somewhat lackluster bottled beer. The cocoa caramel dessert was decent, with a hint of cocoa flavor. Overall, the food, service, and ambiance were generally good, with an average rating of 3.1. The café at OMO7 Osaka is more of a place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere rather than a gourmet destination. Despite the mixed review of the kushikatsu, the café is recommended for its calming environment. If you have the chance, consider visiting and experiencing it for yourself.

After dinner and drinks with friends, we headed to the café inside Hoshino Resorts OMO7. The hotel's exterior was eye-catching with pink cherry blossom projection mapping. We purchased drinks at a counter-like area and then took them to our seats in this self-service café. I tried the Minoh Beer Osaru IPA for 550 yen. The spacious environment was not crowded, perhaps because hotel guests were also dining elsewhere. Thanks to this, we were able to relax and chat comfortably.

On February 8, 2023, I used the national travel support and decided to stay at "OMO7 Osaka by Hoshino Resorts" in my local area by myself~♪ I left my house before 1 pm and got off at Dobutsuen-mae Station on the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line, then walked a little next to Shin-Imamiya Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line, arriving at "OMO7 Osaka" in just about 30 minutes. The entrance in front of the hotel's lawn square was closed, so I entered from the entrance on the side of Nankai Main Line Shin-Imamiya Station where "Billiken-san" welcomed me, and took the escalator up to the second floor where there is a spacious "OMO Base" with the front desk, lobby, cafe, dining, and more. Check-in starts at 3 pm, so I had over an hour to spare and had a light lunch at "OMO Cafe & Bar." I ordered the following at the counter: ◆Hofpinski Beer 330ml can for 500 yen ◆Kashimin-yaki for 700 yen There were many table seats in front of the cafe and dining, and I sat at a window seat where I could see the platform of Shin-Imamiya Station beyond the lawn square. "Hofpinski Beer" is a craft beer brewed by "Derailleur Brew Works" in Haginotaniya, Nishinari-ku, just a short distance from here, which started brewing in the spring of 2018. I poured it from the interesting retro label 330ml can into a plastic cup and enjoyed it (^o^)／ It was refreshing with a hoppy kick and a lightness from carbonation and lemon juice, very easy to drink and I liked it. After about 10 minutes, the "Kashimin-yaki" arrived. "Kashimin-yaki" is a soul food okonomiyaki from Kishiwada, famous for its danjiri, made with a slightly tough chicken meat called "kashiwa" and beef fat "mince," hence the name. It's a unique okonomiyaki topped with plenty of bonito flakes on a sauce and mayonnaise base. Here at "OMO Cafe & Bar," there are Osaka-like menu items such as kushikatsu, grilled squid, meat udon, horumon-don, and tako cheese, so tourists can enjoy them, but I recommend heading to the nearby Shinsekai area, just a 5-minute walk away, to experience the real Osaka food. I was able to check in a bit early at 2:40 pm, and once I put my luggage in the room, I immediately relaxed in the large communal bath "Yuya" in a private state on the second floor annex. You can relax and enjoy a leisurely time on the terrace at the same height as the platform of the circular line. The spacious area with tables, chairs, and sofas scattered around is like an oasis in the city. The food served was just warmed up, but the atmosphere is excellent. Being a hotel of Hoshino Resorts, it is well thought out in terms of design, with the building, garden, and view all as expected. I will definitely visit again.

We visited the new OMO7 Osaka by Hoshino Resorts in Shin-Imamiya. We didn't make a reservation for staying, but my mother and I (along with my 1-year-old daughter) went there for coffee. The interior of the cafe had a calming color scheme, with semi-private table seats available. We were able to relax and enjoy our time there. Additionally, there was a spacious grassy area outside called "Miyagurin," where we sat in the sun and had iced coffee. When I arrived at Shin-Imamiya Station, oh wow! The OMO7 (hotel) that I saw on TV as a star resort is right in front of me! I definitely want to check it out! If there's a cafe, I should visit it on the way back! So, after having kushikatsu in Shinsekai, I came here! The cafe is open to non-guests and no reservation is required. There was a lovely terrace, but it was too hot this time so I couldn't go outside. It must be very pleasant when the weather is nice. The box-shaped seats were also cute and lovely. This time, I sat there. The cafe menu is not very extensive, but surprisingly reasonable for a hotel! - Souffle Pancake 850 yen - Special Latte Ice 550 yen The souffle pancake was fluffy and moist, served with fruit syrup and cream, very delicious. Especially the cream was delicious! The special latte had a special touch indeed. The coffee was rich and even with milk, you could still feel the depth and richness of the coffee. Both were delicious. It was a wonderful relaxing time.

A large hotel has been built on the site of the former police station in front of Shin-Imamiya Station. I went to see it before it becomes another Festiva. The location is just north of Nankai Shin-Imamiya Station. It's a short walk away. It seems like you have to take a detour from JR Shin-Imamiya Station to get there. First, the exterior. It's beautiful and big. Enter from the first floor. The second floor seems to be the front desk, but it's a spacious public space (omo base) where you can spend your time as you like. You can also go to the outdoor garden (Miyagurin). There are plenty of chairs. You can see the trains from JR Shin-Imamiya Station all the time, giving you a feeling of being in luck. It's actually scary that this place is free. Let's start by having a drink and spending some time here. I'll have a beer for 550 yen and some bean snacks for 150 yen. It's amazing that you can get these at the hotel lobby for such a low price. I wonder if this beer is also a local brew, it's deep and delicious. Overall, it's fantastic. Can I really just stay here with just beer and bean snacks in such a lovely place? I don't plan to stay overnight, but I'd like to come back for another break.

Hoshino Resort OMO7 has opened at Osaka Shin-Imamiya Station. It would be great if this could change the image of the area. As a new facility, they are hosting various events to enjoy the local area. They offer tours to try different kushikatsu skewers and neon events. The hotel has come up with tours that allow guests to experience Osaka's unique culture. OMO Cafe is open to non-guests as well. The open terrace, named "Miyagurin" after Shin-Imamiya's "miya" and "green," is said to be half the size of the property. The original latte for 550 yen is also reasonably priced. The "Takochi" dessert, which looks like takoyaki but is actually cheesecake shaped like takoyaki with chocolate vanilla ice cream on top, was interesting and showcased various aspects of Osaka through food.

This cafe opened in April and I was excited to visit as I had been curious about it. The menu isn't very extensive, but the cheesecake takoyaki and orange soda are popular choices! The orange soda even has a whole orange in it. The cafe has a relaxing and open atmosphere where you can take your time. I opted for a salad and soup for breakfast, which was quite filling. You can also just visit the cafe for drinks, making it a nice spot for a tea break!

This day, my friend's event was held at OMO7 this month (June 2022), and I went to liven up the atmosphere. I used the cafe at that time. Minoh STOUT ¥500... Local beer, it's good! Minoh Saru IPA ¥550... I love beer! Charcuterie ¥1100... Ordered as a snack. It was canned... I wish it was homemade. It was interesting but not very tasty. The pate was thin and maybe a little overcooked. I hope they improve it in the future. It's a good base for sightseeing information, but they have unique items that you can only find here! It would be nice if OMO's meals could also be part of the sightseeing experience, it's fun! The lawn area is the best. The modern design is great. The young staff members are great. The newly opened "OMO Cafe" at Hoshino Resort is now open to the public, not just guests staying at the resort! The cafe has a spacious area with a terrace, and it operates on a self-service basis. The Napoletana pasta costs 850 yen including tax. At first, it may seem like a small portion, but once you try it, you'll find it to be spicy and authentic, and incredibly delicious! The sausage is also crispy and tasty. I enjoyed a leisurely meal while looking out at the garden.
