I didn't know the name of the place, but it turned out to be "A Happy Pancake." I ordered the Thick-cut Bacon and Tomato Salad Pancake with Yuzu Mustard for 780 yen, along with soup and ginger ale. As expected, the customers were mostly women. I sat on the terrace that extends from the front of the shop, and the atmosphere was nice. The Thick-cut Bacon and Tomato Salad Pancake looked powerful with its bacon. The salad greens were plentiful and tasty. The pancake had a fluffy texture. The staff was friendly, and I was able to leisurely do my email correspondence. They weren't serving the fluffy pancakes, but they were offering the Cream Burger. They said they would hold one for me until they ran out. They don't take reservations for seating, but they do hold Cream Burgers for you. How nice! - Cream Burger of Happiness "Strawberry & Cheese Mousse" ¥480 The surface was nicely grilled, and the rest was a light bun similar to chiffon cake. There were sweet touches on the top and bottom. The whipped cream was so delicious that I wondered why, and it turned out to be cheese mousse. It was so tasty and different. I've always wanted to visit Labo-san and finally did! During the morning hours, I couldn't resist trying the menu items that all looked so delicious. I chose the "Cream Burger of Happiness" for 480 yen and the "Ice Sparkling Tea" for 380 yen. Despite worrying that it might be a bit heavy for breakfast, the meringue-like lightness of the cream burger was perfect. The combination of chocolate and Earl Grey tea in the whipped buttercream, along with the sweet and sour homemade apple jam, was just amazing. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is stylish and spacious, making it a great place to relax and stay for a while. I'd love to try their boxed lunch next time!

The restaurant is located around Horie area, so the surroundings are still quiet and pleasant. Even though many shops have come and gone, the ones that remain must be good. Of course, the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. It's recommended, even if you have to wait a bit.

I came to read and drink coffee. This is a cozy and clean shop where you can relax. It's perfect for reading. I won't have pancakes again, but I'll definitely come back!

The variety of tea with fruit pulp (grapes, apples) caught my attention, so I ordered that for ¥650 including tax. The prices may seem high at first glance, but the quality of the food justifies it. They also offer takeout, so I would definitely consider using it for a stylish gathering.

As I was walking and looking for a certain shop, I came across a cafe that caught my eye. Since I wanted to take a break, I decided to go in. All the coffee was carefully brewed by hand by the staff, which left a good impression. I ordered a cafe latte, and they brought it to my seat. At 500 yen per cup, it's a bit pricey for a cup of coffee, but after taking a sip, it was delicious. I decided that I would definitely stop by again when I want to relax.
