Finally back in Osaka! When I'm tired from work, I don't look for high-rated restaurants on Tabelog, I look for delicious food and top-notch hospitality. So, I decided to visit a familiar spot, the vaio-602, known for its great service. I went on a Tuesday at 8:00 PM, all by myself on Valentine's Day. I enjoyed a cold beer and Yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) while contemplating how to enjoy the meat. I decided on sukiyaki, but wanted some grilled meat too. I ended up with some tongue, seasoned with delicious salt and yuzu shichimi lemon. I asked for a budget-friendly bottle of wine and got a Shiraz. I made some special requests and enjoyed the stress-relieving negotiation process. The sukiyaki was so good that I had to order more meat. I chatted with the owner's friend over a highball and ended the night with a satisfied belly. Ah, it was delicious! Thank you for the feast!

Yakiniku is delicious, but the sukiyaki here is amazing. You can get 150g of meat, unlimited side dishes and vegetables, and 3 drinks for around 12,000 yen. They have private rooms and it's a convenient place to dine. While it may not be cheap in Nishi-Nakajima, it's still more affordable than similar quality places in Shinchi.

A friend posted about this restaurant, which looked delicious and had high ratings, so I was curious to try it out. Located near JR Shin-Osaka Station, Hankyu Minami-Kata Station, and Nishi-Nakajima Minamigata Station on the Midosuji Line, it's convenient for dining with friends who use different train lines. As soon as you exit Nishi-Nakajima Minamigata Station and turn into a side street, you'll see a retro brick building that looks very stylish. It's not your typical image of a yakiniku restaurant, it's very trendy inside. When you enter, you'll find a Japanese-style atmosphere with a tsubaki curtain. We were guided to the second floor, which was all private rooms. It's very reassuring in these times to have a private dining space. We had made a reservation for a course in advance. We started with a toast with Red Eye and Oolong tea, followed by appetizers like sliced beef sashimi, kimchi assortment, and namul assortment. The quality of the meat was outstanding, especially the sirloin and the special selection waraji-yaki. The meat was so tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed other cuts like top round, harami, ichibo, hanesuta, and seared yukke. The salads, bibimbap, cold noodles, and cappuccino ice cream for dessert were all delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall dining experience was great. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality and the private dining rooms. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would love to visit again.

I have been to Kushihachi in Umeda several times, but this was my first visit to the main store. The brick building exudes a sense of tradition, with seating available in the basement and on the second floor, making it suitable for parties and gatherings. The classy atmosphere is perfect for dates or business entertaining! The carefully sliced tongue was tender and juicy, even my partner who doesn't usually eat tongue was impressed by how delicious it was! The assortment of misuji, ichibo, and rump was incredibly tasty, with the high-quality fat melting in your mouth. The rice was so good and satisfying that I felt truly happy. The meat cooks quickly, so I accidentally overcooked it at first, but since it's fresh, you only need to cook it for a short time. We also enjoyed some hormone by the end, sandwiched between vegetables. The kimchi and namul were consistently delicious! We finished off with cold noodles and ice cream for a refreshing end to the meal. Every type of meat was delicious, and we left feeling completely satisfied! I will definitely be going back for more. The restaurant uses smokeless roasters and has excellent ventilation. With private rooms available, you can enjoy your meal without coming into contact with other customers, ensuring a safe dining experience.

I had always been curious about this restaurant that I passed by but never knew what it was like inside. My husband had been a few times and said it was just okay, so I never went. But I couldn't resist checking it out for myself. We didn't have a reservation, but we were seated in a private room on the second floor, which was very relaxing. We ordered a course menu since we weren't sure what to get. We kept grilling and eating the meat that kept coming one after another, as we always do (laughs). We finished with cold noodles. Overall, the food was pretty good. However, there are many other places that are cheaper and tastier, so I felt a bit unsatisfied... I couldn't find a standout dish this time. Maybe this is why my husband thought it was just okay. Perhaps if we had tried something else, it would have been different... If we have the chance to go again, I'll try a different course! The customer service was excellent! Thank you for the meal.

I searched for a yakiniku restaurant near Shin-Osaka Station and made a reservation (which is rare) at a highly rated place. It's near Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station, but it's about a 10-minute walk from Shin-Osaka. My friend and I ordered the following items: Senmai sashimi (700 yen), moyashi namul (360 yen), mino yudofu (700 yen), tan shio (900 yen), premium kalbi (1400 yen), harami (1320 yen), rosu (1420 yen), premium harami (1680 yen), and rump (1680 yen). The tsukedashi was 280 yen extra. We also ordered some draft beer. The tan was thinly sliced, but the other meats were decently tasty considering the higher prices. There was also a premium thick-cut beef tongue available for an additional cost, but we stuck with the "premium" options. The meat was good, but personally, I found the sauce to be lacking. Among the meats we ordered that day, the rump was the most delicious. The side dishes like senmai sashimi and mino yudofu were actually more impressive. Of course, good quality meat comes at a high price.

Located a 3-5 minute walk from Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station, NIKUYA KUSHI-HACHI Nishinakajima Honten is a yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy high-quality meat. Although the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality of the yakiniku you get more than justifies it. The restaurant offers a variety of seating options including counter seats and party rooms, making it convenient for gatherings and drinking parties. We ordered the recommended special sirloin and top loin this time. The beautifully marbled meat with a sweet flavor melted in the mouth, spreading its deliciousness. I visited for the first time. Due to circumstances at the restaurant, I was told over the phone that they couldn't grill the meat at the table today because the fire department inspection was happening, so they would grill it downstairs and bring it up. It was disappointing not being able to grill the meat directly at a yakiniku restaurant. The plates were hot, but the meat was still cold. The taste was good, but it was a shame. We were on the second floor, but smoke started coming up from below and my eyes were getting blurry. The smell stuck to my clothes. Despite the situation being due to the restaurant's circumstances, there was no dessert as a gesture of goodwill, and no apology on our way out. It's a popular restaurant, but this kind of service was a bit disappointing. I was looking forward to it, but ended up feeling let down.

I went to a restaurant with my elderly mother who is getting weaker, as she wanted to eat meat. The meat was delicious, but I found that the individual dishes we ordered separately were even better. The young male staff were all efficient and the restaurant had mostly private to semi-private seating, which made it easy and comfortable as we didn't have to sit face to face with other diners.

Visited on the night of August 29, 2018. Recommended by the owner of a grilled meat restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo, saying it's a must-visit when in Osaka. It was my first time visiting. I made a reservation for an early time, but the popular restaurant was already fully booked with reservations only! Started with appetizers (assorted Changja, Namul, and Kimchi) and thickly sliced beef tongue cabbage. Then had special cuts like Ichibo, Misuji, and Kainomi. The Hormone (upper mino) was also delicious. The appetizers had amazing volume! The beef tongue was incredibly thick and satisfying, and the Ichibo and Misuji melted in the mouth and were incredibly delicious. The friendly owner made the experience enjoyable and casual, allowing us to savor delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. A great restaurant that I would definitely want to visit again when in Osaka!
