Due to the typhoon, most places were closed, but Kappa Ramen was open. There was a cool guy working there. The restaurant was busy. I was seated at the counter almost immediately. I had the Kurokappa ramen with firm noodles. The raw garlic, kimchi, and fried garlic went well together. I also ordered extra noodles firm, but maybe I should have gone with regular since the soup cooled down. I might have added too much vinegar sauce, but it was still delicious. I enjoyed my meal.

It's a great restaurant to visit anytime. The staff are always good-looking. I feel like eating here regularly. Today I had the Kappa Ramen with extra rich broth and gyoza set. I enjoyed changing the flavor and had 1.5 servings of noodles. The gyoza is recommended with salt. They also have karashi miso written on the menu, so I want to try it next time. The white rice was a bit mushy. Overall, it was delicious.

Prices have been increasing since April. It's been tough with the pandemic... I think everywhere is struggling. Consumers are also finding it difficult. I felt like there was less noodles. The taste remained the same. I enjoyed it.

This is my favorite store. The staff is friendly, especially the lady with a deep and attractive voice. They have a decent amount of parking spaces. It's always busy, even late at night the tables are almost full. Today I had the Kappa Ramen with extra richness and 2 cloves of garlic. Kimchi is also free. It's not too spicy and easy to eat. The fried garlic is also delicious. You can customize the flavor with pepper, sesame, grilled salt, and ramen sauce. It's nice that you can get a free extra serving of noodles. The menu is diverse, so you can choose depending on your mood. I enjoyed it.

The system is to buy tickets first before entering the store. The staff's attitude is not very friendly and their voices are low. The atmosphere lacks energy and the partitions for COVID-19 measures are dirty. We ordered the Assari (light) Kappa Ramen, Assari (light) Yasai (vegetable) Ramen, Kids Ramen, and Karaage. The taste was delicious, like the traditional pork bone soy sauce ramen. The karaage was also tasty. We got a free extra serving because they offer free refills. It seems like the atmosphere varies depending on the branch. Thank you for the meal!

A ramen chain restaurant that mainly operates in Osaka and Nara, with a wide range of services such as one free extra noodle refill and complimentary kimchi and fried garlic. They are open until late at night, which is convenient. I ordered the Kappa Ramen with extra flavor. The taste was average, but the fried garlic was delicious.

I visited Kappa Ramen Honpo Izumisano store exactly one month after my last visit. I ended up entering while walking in the opposite direction on my way back, haha. This time, it was around 9 pm and there were quite a few customers. Last time, I felt like eating a lot so I ordered the Chashu Ramen with an egg topping and even got an extra serving of noodles. But today, I just wanted to eat quickly and leave... I planned to order the simplest option at the ticket machine, but I ended up pressing "Black Kappa Ramen with egg." The soup was delicious. The soft-boiled egg was delicious. I'm glad I came. And I even asked for a free extra serving of noodles, haha. Once again, I ate a lot today. Thank you for the meal!

Kappa Ramen Honpo Izumisano Store is a ramen shop that I had visited once in the past, but for some reason hadn't been back since. I felt like having a hearty meal at night, so I decided to go there. You order by purchasing meal tickets. On this day, I ordered the Char Siu Ramen with an added egg topping. The ramen shop has a lively and energetic atmosphere, which is nice. It had been a while since I last visited Kappa Ramen. The taste was delicious. They also gave me a free voucher for an extra serving of noodles, so I tried it for the first time. Surprisingly, I was able to finish it all, haha. Thank you for the meal!

Today I was in Izumisano (^ ^) to meet up with friends (*≧∀≦*) Originally, I planned to take the Nankai Main Line train and have lunch in Namba on the way back (lol) But since the station was far, I ended up driving there (ToT) So, I finished my errands in the morning and drove north on Route 26 towards the city. Although the toll fee is cheaper for a light car, it still adds up, so I tried to save money by skipping lunch \(//∇//)\ I had my eye on a conveyor belt sushi place... but then I spotted Kappa Ramen! They offer free extra noodles, so I made a pit stop (*≧∀≦*) It was around 12:30 at the Lowside store, which seemed to attract a more working-class clientele. Since I wasn't working, I was in casual clothes \(//∇//)\ Upon entering, I purchased a meal ticket from the machine. If I still had room in my stomach later, maybe I'd go to another place... (*≧∀≦*) I ordered Kappa Ramen (´∀`*) A friend from South Osaka showed me to a counter seat. I chose the flavor and noodle firmness. I asked for rich (with lard) flavor and firm noodles. Fried garlic was free, but I decided to skip it today (^ ^) I received a free extra noodle ticket and waited for my bowl. Unfortunately, it took 10 minutes for my bowl to arrive... Some customers who ordered fried rice had already finished eating it. Finally, my bowl arrived! The presentation... Is the soup amount not enough? Did the noodles shrink? To be honest... it looked plain (*≧∀≦*) I tried the lard-infused soup first... Where's the richness? I could only taste the seasoning (ToT) The clear soup was like soy sauce ramen (ToT) I slurped the noodles... They were thin and straight, easy to slurp. I couldn't resist and ate the extra noodle I had set aside... Yep, they were definitely extra noodles (*≧∀≦*) The thick bamboo shoots were... average. Considering the remaining noodles, I asked for extra noodles with a firm texture. Normally, the shop should prioritize serving extra noodles, but they served a few bowls before bringing my extra noodles... The noodles were gone (ToT) Maybe it tastes better with fried garlic or fresh garlic? Oh wait, the sesame seeds I thought were on the table were actually fish powder \(//∇//)\ If they use tape to stick fresh garlic, then they should use tape for all seasonings or flavor enhancers o(`ω´ )o Chain restaurants with inconsistent quality will decline. Oh... I was the only one at my table who didn't get kimchi (ToT) Thank you for the meal.

I heard from an acquaintance that Kappa Ramen is better than the ramen at ○○, so I decided to visit Kappa Ramen Honpo that I saw on my way back from Sakai the other day. I chose the Kappa Ramen with flavored egg and extra chashu set at the ticket machine, and selected the normal firmness for the noodles. When the staff asked me, I couldn't resist the temptation of the free fried garlic, so I asked for it. While waiting, I also tried the free kimchi they offered. Soon, the food was served, and I first tried the soup which was rich and flavorful, similar to a thickened version of a Yokozuna ramen. The noodles were straight and thin, cooked just right with a good chewy texture. The thinly sliced chashu had a nice, not too strong flavor, making it easy and delicious to eat. The fried rice was on the drier side, which I personally enjoy. I usually eat a large portion of ramen, so the regular size felt a bit lacking, and I used a free weekday extra noodle ticket to get more noodles, adding some free fresh garlic as well. With all the free extras, I ended up eating to my heart's content. Despite my initial expectations based on it being a chain restaurant, the taste was better than I imagined. Thank you for the meal.

Osaka Kappa Ramen Honpo Izumisano Store
Located along Prefectural Route 26, with a parking lot available. It was my first time at Kappa Ramen Honpo, where you purchase meal tickets before ordering. The restaurant was quite crowded, so it took about 10 minutes to be seated. The place was bustling with locals, including many students and families, probably because it was a Saturday. Although it seems to be a chain restaurant, the ramen was delicious. The soy sauce tonkotsu ramen had a good amount of pork fat without being too strong or overpowering. They also offer free extra noodles and fried garlic, which was a nice touch.

It was during Golden Week. I wanted to eat meat because it was Meat Day, but couldn't find any, so I got off at Izumisano Station and walked east for about 10 minutes to a ramen shop near Route 26. I ordered the Kappa Ramen for 750 yen, which came with free extra noodles because of Golden Week. I chose the light flavor and normal noodle firmness. The toppings included seaweed, chashu, menma, and green onions. The noodles were delicious, and the soup was very tasty. I also got a sticker from a scratch card during Golden Week. Overall, it was a great meal and I would definitely eat there again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal!

Located in Izumisano City, Osaka, this is the original restaurant known for its pork bone broth ramen with back fat soy sauce. Like many other locations, this restaurant is often far from the nearest station, so it is recommended to take a car or bus to get there. Seeking a place that surpasses the initial taste, I visited the Izumisano branch. As usual, I ordered the ramen with flavored egg and tried it. What I realized after visiting a few different branches is that the menu varies slightly depending on the location. Surprisingly, the light soup is highly recommended! The noodles are still delicious as always. The fried garlic is also a nice touch!

I went on a Saturday night and couldn't decide where to go, so I ended up going to a ramen shop that was still open. When I arrived, I was surprised to see the parking lot full of cars! I was quickly seated at a table, which was lucky. I ordered the special ramen and fried rice set. There was complimentary kimchi on the table, so I had some before my meal arrived. I chose the rich flavor option this time. You could also choose the firmness of the noodles, so I went with firm. The food came out quickly after ordering, which was great because I was hungry. When I left, I saw a line of five people waiting outside on the bench as the parking lot was still full of cars and more people were arriving. It seems like this place is quite popular. I will definitely go back. Thank you for the meal.

It's delicious. The free extra noodle and one bowl were great. However, the floor inside the restaurant seemed slippery because of oil. Please clean it a little more.

I stayed at a hotel near Izumisano Station and didn't feel like drinking at the various izakayas open late. I walked a little further and found this place right away. It's been over 20 years since I used to frequent the original branch in Sennichimae. I remembered eating delicious ramen shoulder to shoulder in that cramped shop. I ordered the extra firm noodles and enjoyed the nostalgic and delicious taste. I now live in Tokyo, so I don't have many opportunities to come here, but I will definitely come back to eat again. Thank you for the meal!

It is a good deal to choose the option with the same amount of noodles but different toppings, but the menu photo shows pork chashu while the actual dish served had two pieces of chicken... (゜ロ゜;

The noodles are less compared to Himeji, but you understand the meaning of the free refill service. The taste is well-balanced between light and rich, and delicious! As a lover of bamboo shoots, I am happy with the cheap and plentiful topping that is satisfying to eat. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the new Kappa Ramen restaurant in the neighborhood with high expectations. I ordered the regular Kappa Ramen, but to be honest, it was not delicious. It lacked the distinct Kappa flavor and tasted very bland. It felt like they had just added water to the ramen. It's better to think of it as a completely different dish from traditional Kappa Ramen.
