First morning ramen! First time at Sunda-san! First time forgetting to add... (boiled egg) (T_T) Sunda-san went a couple of times from the opening, but the line was moderate, so I thought it might be okay this time. Apparently they serve morning ramen now, and if the timing is right, you can eat without waiting in line! So I decided to skip breakfast and go! It's a shop that I entered after the shop that was run by someone from Tsuta in Sugamo. That place was really delicious too, but why did they quit? Maybe complaints about the line? Anyway, now there's still a line... I don't understand. Well, that's a story from the past, so forget about it. I arrived at 9:30 on Sunday morning. There were 5 out of 7 seats filled at the counter. I ordered the special wonton noodles for 1500 yen from the ticket machine! While I was there, there were only 3 more customers, so you can get in without waiting around lunchtime! I love the pork backfat dried fish flavor the most, so I really wanted to try it since Sunda-san started serving it, but since it was my first time, I went with the basic version! Special wonton noodles! 1500 yen! Well, I'm not surprised at the price anymore! (The price, you know!) Everything is going up in price, but... things will be eliminated, right... because it costs this much for ingredients, so this is the price we charge! Customers: Yeah, if you keep this taste, we'll support you! To a certain extent, it's delicious, but at this price, I might not be able to come... There are other delicious things at the same price, so I might go there instead, you know? I think every industry is going through a transition period now. But shops that are doing things their way... later on... Oh, I'm sorry!!!!! Sunda-san is different, okay!!!! I'm sorry! I got off track, but the ramen! It has a beautiful visual, and skipping breakfast paid off. I thought it would be a soft type of soup based on chicken broth, but the first bite brought out a strong soy sauce flavor, a sharp soup... really delicious, but... it's soy sauce... I didn't expect that... If I had known from the beginning... it would have been better... The soy sauce flavor is too strong... It's good in a way, that sharpness of soy sauce! But... that's not it... I'm looking for umami, not the sharpness of soy sauce... There are times when I want that too, but this time it wasn't what I wanted... Next time, I'll try the salt flavor (after the pork backfat dried fish ramen...) I wrote too much unnecessary stuff, so I'll just say it! Noodles: Hand-kneaded high-water content curly noodles (Well, there may be preferences, but they are undeniably delicious!) Menma: Thin crunchy type! Pork chashu: There were two types, but they were thin, and honestly, they could do without... (It's delicious, but not worth mentioning) There are also small pieces of prok chashu. (There are few, but it's an extra!) Naruto... cute ❤ Keeping the old ramen image is much appreciated! Komatsuna. It has a crunchy texture and a strong vegetable taste. Chicken chashu. It has a smoky aroma and is soft and delicious! Wonton skin! (One piece) It's delicious even if it's half noodles and half wonton skin! (It's really delicious!) Wonton: Both the skin and the meat are really delicious! I want to eat the wonton here! Soup: As mentioned earlier, the soy sauce sharpness is pronounced in this delicious soup, but maybe it's just a one-time thing... It was different from what I imagined, but it was really delicious! I look forward to the pork backfat dried fish ramen next time! Thank you for the meal. After leaving the shop, I thought... Does the special come with a boiled egg? I later found out that it does... Well... it happens sometimes... (;_;) Master! Please give me an extra next time!
