It's been a while since I visited. The restaurant has been full a few times, so I made a reservation early this time. It was a good decision! The Malay salad still looks beautiful as always. The vibrant colors really catch your eye. I love the rich dressing too, although I can never remember its name. The bouillabaisse makes it hard to choose which shellfish to start with. The rich flavor of the seafood is so satisfying. We also ordered the recommended pork tongue, grilled bone-cut herring, and Abashiri pork. Everything was delicious! We finished with a parfait. Completely satisfied.

"MARE" Shall we go out in the city? Of course, there is no "no." I won't choose the restaurant, I'll leave it up to you. Mentioning a few places, "Let's go to ○○○○○." I'll make the call, "Two people, how about it?" "Sorry, we're fully booked today." "Oh, well then, MARE." I make the call, "Just a moment, please." A bit teasing, well, that's okay. "The food might take a while." We just want to drink, so it's fine. It was really close, but we made it. "It's a counter seat." That's fine, but the other seats were reserved. The beer is perfect, not just in appearance. "You're good at this." "Thank you." "Is there only a black glass? Nothing else?" "What about the carpaccio?" "It's Aozoi." Smiling, "I'll have that." The acidity might be strong, but I'll enjoy it. My wife ordered a salad. The salad here looks great and tastes delicious. Today, we'll enjoy it again. I'll have red wine. My wife chooses, and she never disappoints. The wine is delicious. I'm not a fan of pate, but I ordered it. But, when it's beef pate, it's surprisingly tasty. It goes well with wine. The pasta was just average. But that's okay, this place is all about the delicious food. That's why it's so hard to get a reservation here.

Today, I stayed in Abashiri and was looking for a place to eat on a Sunday. A friend recommended Malé, which was surprisingly full even on a Sunday. I had high hopes for the World Kitchen and ordered the recommended Bouillabaisse, followed by risotto. I also tried the Malé salad, beef tongue roast beef, fried cod, and octopus carpaccio. I may have ordered too much, but everything was delicious. The Bouillabaisse was rich in shrimp, clams, and oyster essence, and the risotto was amazing. All the other dishes were also excellent. I will definitely come back to Abashiri to have the Bouillabaisse again.

"MARE" It seems like it had been a while since they went out, so they must have really wanted to go out. The wife sent a message saying, "Let's go somewhere!!" which is unusual, and then she said, "I made a reservation." She mentioned going to the counter. The place was still crowded, as always. They arrived right on time, just after opening. It felt like they had been waiting for the opening. The wife immediately said, "Counter is fine." They had the perfect classic beer, poured skillfully. The glass had a black label, which was interesting. The recommended dishes for the day were "Silver Galley Carpaccio," "Homemade Pickles," and "Smoked Chicken Breast." The husband had been infected with Anisakis 14 times, 8 of which were from Silver Galley, so he decided not to eat it again after the 8th time. The wife enjoyed the dishes, saying "Delicious, delicious." Anisakis is a risk for people who eat sashimi, but some people are immune due to their stomach structure. Recently, there have been warnings about stomach cancer symptoms. The smoked dishes were delicious, and even though the husband doesn't like pickles, he found these tasty. The salad was stylish and delicious. The smoked platter was also delicious. They ended up ordering a bottle of wine, but it wasn't as great as expected. The seafood aioli was tasty, and the baguette was delicious. The pasta the wife ordered with a tomato base was also enjoyable. Overall, it's a great restaurant where you can't go wrong with any dish. It's better to make a reservation in advance as it's always crowded.

I had never heard of this place before, showing how little I go out in the city. A new restaurant review has been posted for a promising restaurant, so I decided to sprinkle some flour on my wife and suggest we go there on Friday. Surprisingly, she agreed and even offered to make a reservation herself, which is quite rare. We arrived at the restaurant, but it was fully booked. We tried again a few months later, and this time we were able to get a table. The wine was decent, but not exactly to my liking. The cheese platter was simple and lacked any unique flavors. My wife enjoyed her tomato-based pasta, but I found it too salty and rich for my taste. Overall, the experience was okay, but the portion sizes were overwhelming for me. The bill came out to be in the 7000 yen range, mostly due to the drinks.

The food is as delicious as ever, and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is stylish and it's my favorite place.

The wine and the food were all very delicious! They used fresh seafood and vegetables that are unique to Hokkaido. The staff were also very nice. If this restaurant was nearby, I would definitely become a regular customer!

Surprise! After ordering drinks from the waiter, the drinks for five people arrived at the table in about 10 seconds! Other dishes were also served quickly and hot. The pleasant atmosphere of this casual dining restaurant is all about serving hot dishes quickly.

Stable, good service, generous portions.

It might be the best restaurant in Abashiri, it was delicious.
