米が一番大事。
There is a quiet drinking alley in the basement of a building in front of JR Ibaraki Station, and this is a restaurant located there. Although the name is Japanese, the main cuisine is Western-style. The numerous food photos displayed outside the store seem to reflect their confidence. They all look delicious... Inside the restaurant, there are a few counter seats and table seats. Luckily, there was only one table occupied by a customer on this weekday visit, so it was empty. The place is run by what seems to be the owner, a large chef-like figure, and a lady who appears to be his wife. This staffing is just right for a restaurant of this caliber. Starting with drinks, they have a wide variety of options, making it hard to decide. I ended up choosing a bottled beer, specifically "Heartland," which was satisfying. As for the food, they have a rich selection of hearty dishes. Hamburgers, tonkatsu, and fried horse mackerel are standard, while they also offer dishes like ajillo, cheese dishes, and roast beef, with a range of quality. And they all look delicious... The dishes that came out were all tasty, as shown in the photos. They were truly delicious. I went with a friend, and each dish had its own well-defined sauce that brought out the overall deliciousness of the food. It was amazing. The owner seems to be sociable and friendly, striking up conversations with us even though we were strangers, making the drinking experience enjoyable. His wife also joined in, and we had a lively conversation about the northern Osaka area, creating a great atmosphere. The food was so delicious that we ended up getting full. Western food still excites me even as an adult, and it was a new discovery to find such high-quality dishes. Thank you for the delicious meal. It was truly tasty. I wanted to try the curry, but I was too full to do so. It will be something to look forward to next time.
