I always thought this was so cute and wanted to try it. The fruits are delicious, it's cute, and I love tarts, so I'm glad I bought it. But cutting it is really hard! Also, when taking it out, it easily tilts and everything falls apart! Haha. But overall, it was fun to enjoy with everyone.

To celebrate my son's birth, I reserved a number tart with the number 0 on it. I went to the store about 10 days before the date, but all reservations were already full. I recommend making reservations early if you have a specific date in mind. The tart was filled with lots of fruits and tasted delicious. The sponge did a great job as well. I would love to try another tart from this place.

They had parfaits with seasonal fruits as well as classic fruits. I decided to go with the melon parfait this time, as it looked delicious and reasonably priced. It had layers of cream and mousse inside, and it was a delightful treat to enjoy on the Shinkansen.

The cake features a simple combination of sponge and whipped cream, with three layers of sponge filled with cream and a special jelly made of strawberries and wild strawberries in the middle layer. The special bouquet sheet is not as sweet as it looks, with a good balance of sponge, cream, and the natural sweetness of strawberries complemented by the refreshing acidity of raspberries. My wife, the birthday girl, was delighted not only by the vibrant appearance but also by the delicious and well-balanced taste.

The birthday cake that came out was this fruit cake from Supply. Lots of fruits are beautifully arranged on top. It can be a bit difficult to cut because of the abundance of fruit, but that's part of the charm. Various fruits are sandwiched between the dough and cream, and the sweetness is moderate, making it delicious even after drinking alcohol.

The photo is too dark even though it's beautiful. Bought a dessert at Hankyu to enjoy alone at the hotel at night. The cake is definitely Instagram-worthy. In the midst of a jelly boom, I purchased a grapefruit jelly. It's healthy with only 80 calories. The grapefruit is packed in pink and white, filling every gap in the jelly. Plenty of fruit for a satisfying bite. It's so affordable in Osaka. Rubbing my overeaten stomach late at night.

Hankyu Main Line, 3 minutes walk from Osaka Umeda Station. This cake shop is located on the basement floor of Hankyu Umeda Main Store. It is a brand operated by Nakamura Co., Ltd. With over 70 years of history, this long-established fruit and vegetable store has transformed into a sweets and juice shop, offering a new way to enjoy "fruit" through its 17 stores in Japan, mainly in Osaka. Pavlova Sachineka (Small) 864 yen Pavlova is a dessert said to originate from New Zealand, consisting of baked meringue topped with cream and fruits. The baked meringue has a crispy texture but melts in your mouth. The Sachineka on top is fresh with a nice balance of sweetness and acidity. However, despite its size, the Small portion doesn't offer much satisfaction, making it easy to finish in just two bites. As it is not made with sponge cake, it is a gluten-free low-calorie dessert, recommended for those concerned about such aspects. The dessert looks beautiful, so I was careful when taking it home, but when I opened it at home, it had collapsed inside the box. It seems that the lack of stability is due to the double-bottom box and the hard lower crust. I wish they would make efforts to prevent it from falling, such as changing the shape of the box, adding ice packs, or inserting something to support it. If you purchase it, please be careful when taking it home.

Hanafru in Umeda is my favorite high-end cake shop. I've loved it since my student days. It's located inside the Hankyu Department Store in Umeda! I think this tart was around 3000 yen. It's filled with custard cream and lots of different fruits, making it look luxurious but surprisingly affordable! It's cute and delicious, but the only downside is that it's hard to cut (lol). The tart crust is quite firm, so you have to first separate the fruits onto your plate before cutting it. When I was at home, I always requested Hanafru for my birthday ☺️

They had a Mont Blanc and fruit shortcake on sale for 2160 yen, down from the usual 3024 yen. It was a great deal with lots of fruits like oranges, kiwis, apples, bananas, figs, and grapes. It's like a fruit paradise created by a fruit shop.

When leaving, I bought a cake here. This shop offers cakes with fruits on top like Strawberry x Mango (702 yen) and Peach (648 yen). I also tried the Mixed Sponge Cake (648 yen) and the Chocolate Tart with Peach and Melon (756 yen) at the bottom. They were all sweet and perfect for summer.
