"Da Hakata Chinatown Chikushiguchi Store" #3 minutes walk from Hakata Station Chikushiguchi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City! Located on the 2nd floor of a building next to the Tohotel, this popular Chinese restaurant has a capacity of 120 seats and is always bustling with customers. The menu offers great value for money, with plenty of dishes to choose from. We tried the Herbal Hot Pot Shabu-Shabu All-You-Can-Eat for ¥4,500, which includes a selection of premium beef, pork, chicken, lamb, meatballs, vegetables, noodles, and rice. The portion sizes are huge, and the soup base can be customized with five different options. The flavors are authentic and delicious, catering to the taste of the locals. Overall, a great dining experience at Da Hakata Chinatown Chikushiguchi Store. Highly recommended!"

✔️ Herbal Hot Pot All-You-Can-Eat Course/9 Items (¥4500) *Time limit 120 minutes, 2 people or more* As it's getting colder, I tried the herbal hot pot all-you-can-eat course at this restaurant right near Hakata Station Chikushi Exit! ~Contents~ ▷Assorted 5 types of meat: Premium beef shoulder loin, select lamb, beef loin, pork loin, chicken thigh ▷Assorted 11 types of vegetables: Chinese cabbage, mizuna, carrot, enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, lotus root, pea sprouts, wood ear mushrooms, glass noodles, daikon radish, cabbage ▷Assorted special items: Spam, duck blood, honeycomb tripe, squid balls, tofu, fish balls, quail eggs, crab sticks ▷Finishing dishes: Chinese noodles, rice, porridge ▷Dessert: Almond jelly *All items except dessert are all-you-can-eat *Can be upgraded to include all-you-can-drink for an additional ¥1500 First, choose from 5 types of soup for the hot pot. (Can choose 1-3 types) Since it was my first time, I chose the classic collagen white soup, mushroom soup, and spicy soup. When the meat assortment arrived, I was shocked by the volume! Pork, beef, chicken, lamb, and even premium beef shoulder loin all lined up. Of course, all this meat is all-you-can-eat, which is great because you can eat a lot of meat without worrying about the cost! For the finishing noodles, I added sesame sauce and paired it with the spicy soup, creating an incredibly delicious tantan noodles. It's effective for beauty, fatigue recovery, and metabolism boost, making the herbal hot pot full of benefits. There are private rooms in addition to table seating, making it great for girls' nights out, parties, as well as family and friends' dinner outings.

Lebanese is the best! The appetizer of Chinese cabbage is also very delicious and you can have seconds! Every dish is very tasty! Authentic Chinese cuisine! It's great that they have smoking seats, which is rare these days. It's a restaurant that can be used for large groups or lunch, so I keep coming back!

I had lunch at a restaurant near the Chikushi exit of Hakata Station, and I casually walked into a shop that had caught my eye before. I ordered the shrimp chili sauce set meal for 900 yen. It was just before 1 pm on a weekday, but there were quite a few young customers inside. While waiting for my order, I could feel the atmosphere of the restaurant, and most of the customers seemed to be Chinese. The conversations I heard and the ordering exchanges with the staff were mostly in Chinese, so it seemed to be a popular spot among Chinese people. My order arrived in about 10 minutes. The shrimp was plump and the sweet and spicy chili sauce was just right, so I enjoyed it. Since it's a place known for delicious shrimp chili, I'm curious to try other items on the menu as well.

The cost performance is great. It was all-you-can-eat and drink, but the amount was so much that we couldn't order more. Personally, the mapo tofu was spicy and delicious, and the xiaolongbao was tasty. I didn't really like the fried chicken though...

It's been a while since I visited this place! It's located on the 2nd floor of a building right near Hakata Station Chikushi Exit, making it very convenient. It's one of the places I want to visit as my second choice. The atmosphere inside is quite casual, but the authentic Chinese cuisine is reasonably priced and offers great value for money! The staff members seem to be from China, and I like the lively and non-intrusive atmosphere. The menu is extensive, and of course, there is a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. The raised seating in the semi-private rooms has chargers, which is a nice touch! I tend to stay longer than planned because of this. The dishes have a lot of spices typical of Chinese cuisine, and they are quite generous in portion size, making it suitable for large groups. The noodle dishes at the end of the meal are all excellent, but my favorite is the sesame tantan noodles. On the day I visited, it was white sesame tantan noodles with a rich and spicy soup. It was delicious. It was raining heavily that day, and they kindly lent me an umbrella. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Today, I had some business in Hakata and had a gathering with 6 people at this restaurant. I had been here for lunch before, but this time I made a reservation for dinner as the organizer. The restaurant had a spacious interior with mainly table and sunken kotatsu seats. Since we had a large group, we ordered the following dishes: - Appetizer - Pakuchi Salad - Cucumber Tataki - Grilled Gyoza - Stir-Fried Pea Sprouts - Grilled Lamb Skewers - Shredded Pork with Green Peppers - Stir-Fried Liver and Garlic Chives - Spicy Mapo Tofu - Draft Beer - Highball The most popular menu item with crayfish was intriguing, but no one dared to try it this time. Maybe it's delicious? Haha. As for the dishes we ordered, the Mapo Tofu, Grilled Gyoza, Stir-Fried Liver and Garlic Chives, and Shredded Pork with Green Peppers were all delicious! The Cucumber Tataki had a strong garlic flavor which was perfect for garlic lovers like me. The Stir-Fried Pea Sprouts had a crunchy texture and a great flavor. The Grilled Lamb Skewers were seasoned well and went perfectly with beer. There are still plenty of other authentic Chinese dishes to try, so I'll have to come back for more. Maybe I'll challenge the crayfish next time... or maybe not. Haha.

For lunch today, I was in the mood for Chinese food, so I decided to revisit this restaurant! They had a wide variety of dishes, so I wanted to try something different today... The interior of the restaurant is mainly table seating and gives off a spacious impression! They have a happy hour during lunch where beer is cheaper, which is very appealing... And they also have small Chinese dishes as appetizers... a perfect combination! Since it was my day off, I enjoyed a glass of draft beer while ordering the following: - Shredded Pork with Green Peppers (490 yen) - Stir-Fried Leek and Liver (490 yen) - Taiwanese-style Soup Dumplings (490 yen) - Draft Beer (299 yen) First, the Shredded Pork with Green Peppers! The ingredients included bamboo shoots, green peppers, carrots, and pork, all seasoned with a soy sauce base full of umami! It had a hint of star anise flavor, typical of Taiwanese cuisine maybe? The vegetables were cooked just right, with a nice crunchy texture, and the sauce complemented them well. It paired perfectly with the draft beer! Next, my favorite Leek and Liver dish! If you like liver, you have to try this... The ingredients included liver, onions, bean sprouts, leeks, and carrots! The liver was cooked to a nice crunchy texture and had a tantalizing aroma... And once again, the sauce was delicious... Similar to the Shredded Pork with Green Peppers, it had a rich umami flavor! Lastly, the Soup Dumplings! I'm not sure what makes them Taiwanese-style, but I missed having shredded ginger and black vinegar on the table... When you bite into the dumpling, the juicy meat filling bursts with flavor! Be careful, though, as they are steaming hot! This dish definitely requires a small plate! The variety of small Chinese dishes allowed me to try different flavors! They have a wide selection of dishes for dinner as well, so I might visit again in the evening...

Located about a 3-minute walk from Hakata Station, this restaurant is a Chinese restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere decorated with Chinese mahjong tiles and noren curtains, making you feel like you're on a mini trip. With table seating, private rooms, and the capacity to accommodate banquets for up to 50 people, it caters to the demand from nearby businesses and public facilities. Today, I enjoyed hot pot in a casual setting with a friend who loves spicy food. We opted for the all-you-can-eat course which included 5 types of meat (2 types of beef, pork, chicken, lamb) and a variety of 7 hot pot soups including medicinal, spicy, tomato, and Hakata motsunabe flavors. You can choose 2-3 soups to enjoy, and this time we chose three (spicy, medicinal, and Hakata motsunabe). The hot pot, crafted by skilled chefs, was authentic and flavorful. The spicy soup was addictive, especially when paired with tender meat, tripe, duck blood, and vegetables. The medicinal hot pot was a hit among health-conscious individuals. With the addition of all-you-can-drink, we enjoyed our time to the fullest, feeling satisfied and content. I highly recommend trying this hot pot dish and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited a hot pot restaurant for a girls' night out. Chongqing hot pot is famous, but in Fukuoka, Mongolian-style hot pot is popular, so I was interested in trying Chongqing medicinal hot pot for the first time. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of a commercial building about a 3-minute walk from Hakata Station, and the interior is like a Chinese restaurant! The mahjong tile lighting and decorations make you feel like you're on a mini trip to China. We were seated at a table by Chinese staff and given an explanation of the hot pot course. The staff spoke fluent Japanese and we did not feel uncomfortable with their polite language. We reserved the course which included a 120-minute all-you-can-eat special selection of wagyu beef, lamb, and 4 other types of meat for 4,500 yen with all-you-can-drink option. We could choose from 7 types of soup, and we chose white soup, spicy soup, and tomato soup. There was also a Hakata motsunabe flavor available. Once the soup was decided, the meat was brought out! The sight of the meat piled high on a long board got us excited. And with it being all-you-can-eat, we dove into enjoying the medicinal hot pot without any hesitation. The meat included lamb, chicken, beef, and pork, and we wondered which soup would go well with each. I personally preferred the spicy soup, but regardless of whether it was spicy or numbing, the abundance of medicinal spices made me think it was a perfect food for beauty and health. Most importantly, no matter which soup we cooked the meat in, it was delicious! I recommend this authentic medicinal hot pot experience to those who want to enjoy it. We finished off with Chinese noodles and were completely satisfied. I definitely want to come back next month.

I wanted to try Chongqing medicinal hot pot, so I decided to visit this restaurant! It's located about a 3-minute walk from Hakata Station, making it easily accessible. The recommended dish at this restaurant is the "Chongqing Hot Pot Course". The recommended 3-color hot pot includes the spicy Ma La Hong Tang, the creamy collagen-rich Pai Tan, and the healthy San Chin Tang soups. There are also other flavors like tomato and Hakata motsu hot pot, so you can find your favorite taste. The hot pot was not only spicy but also had a depth of flavor and was delicious! It's definitely good for beauty and health! It seems like it can help prevent colds and other illnesses. The meat servings were generous and all-you-can-eat, including lamb and selected Japanese beef. The flavorful meat paired well with the spicy soup. My favorite was blending the spicy Ma La with the creamy Pai Tan soup, it was delicious! Even those who are not fond of spicy food can enjoy the mild flavors. The restaurant was bustling with customers, especially for gatherings. In addition to hot pot, you can also enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine at a reasonable price. The restaurant has an open and spacious interior with private rooms, making it convenient for various occasions. I would like to visit this restaurant again in the future! Thank you for the meal.

I visited a Chongqing hot pot restaurant where they serve authentic medicinal hot pot. We had a 120-minute all-you-can-eat course for 4,500 yen, which included a selection of high-quality beef, lamb, and other meats. The course featured a variety of hot pot soups, including the choice of two-color or three-color pots. The two basic soups were spicy Sichuan hot pot and medicinal white broth. The spicy soup was full of chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, while the white broth was light yet flavorful with chicken and vegetable base. We also added a tomato soup, which had a gentle tomato flavor with chunks of pork. The spiciness of the hot pot surprised many, but it was not just about heat - there was a rich umami flavor that made it irresistibly delicious. The combination of the non-spicy white broth and the spicy Sichuan soup was also delightful. The tomato soup was a favorite, with a flavor that was easy to get hooked on. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Thank you for the feast.

Head to the recommended hot pot restaurant in Hakata Station East! It's only a 3-minute walk from the Chikushi exit, so the location is very convenient. The exterior is a building with various eateries, and the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. When the elevator opens, you'll feel like you've traveled to China with the decorations! The cute drawing of a girl at the entrance is worth taking a photo of. Inside, there are unique decorations like mahjong tile lighting and a variety of table and private seating options. The restaurant prides itself on using authentic ingredients and seasonings imported from China for their traditional medicinal hot pot. They offer all-you-can-eat courses, all-you-can-drink options, as well as a la carte dishes, catering to different preferences. The menu is easy to understand with photos. Chinese staff are helpful in explaining the soup options. We chose the "spicy soup," "medicinal white soup," and "tomato flavor," with a generous serving of premium beef, lamb, beef loin, pork loin, chicken, and various vegetables. Trying the spicy soup with the premium beef was delicious and addictively spicy! The numbing sensation from the Sichuan peppercorns might be too intense for some, but can be avoided by not eating the peppercorns. The medicinal white soup had a gentle flavor with the medicinal benefits seeping through. Mixing a bit of the spicy soup into it was the best of both worlds. The meat was tender and flavorful, especially the unique lamb meat which paired well with the hot pot. Ending with Chinese noodles to soak up all the broth was a satisfying conclusion. Definitely planning to come back and use it for a party next month. Thank you for the feast!

Located a 3-minute walk from Hakata Station Chikushi exit, this restaurant was the perfect spot for a long-awaited drinking party with colleagues. The restaurant had a spacious layout with private table seats, creating an ambiance reminiscent of a Chinese restaurant you would find while traveling in China. The clientele seemed to be mostly women. We opted for the 120-minute all-you-can-eat course which included a special selection of Japanese beef and lamb, as well as a variety of other meats, totaling 9 different options, all for 4,500 yen. We also added a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. There were 5 different soup choices for the hot pot, including the must-try Sichuan-style spicy soup. We also tried the herbal white broth and tomato soup. The Chinese staff efficiently prepared the hot pot for us, serving a generous amount of meat and vegetables. The meat selection included lamb, beef, chicken, and chicken meatballs. The Sichuan-style spicy soup was flavorful and authentic, while the herbal white broth was light and paired well with the pork and chicken. The spicy soup had a kick to it and was full of depth and richness. The noodles at the end were delicious as well. Overall, we had a great time enjoying the hot pot and drinks together. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Casual hot pot dinner on a regular day! Near Hakata Station! A restaurant serving authentic Chongqing hot pot opened in October 2020~ The exterior is in a building with eateries and karaoke bars, on the 2nd floor. Inside, it has a Chinese restaurant atmosphere, and as you enter, you are greeted by "cute girls". There are table seats and private rooms, and it was bustling with people of all ages and genders. The reservation we made was for a medicinal hot pot course, which was all-you-can-eat for 120 minutes! It included a platter of 4 types of meat, including selected Japanese beef and lamb, as well as a variety of vegetables and ingredients, making it very filling. The staff explained the course content and how to eat in detail! The staff are Chinese but they are fluent in Japanese and have good manners, so you won't feel uncomfortable. We chose "spicy and numbing soup", "tomato soup", and "medicinal white broth" for the hot pot. First, the pot was set up, and meat and vegetables were served! The meat platter was amazing! And it's all-you-can-eat, which is great~ We started by having lamb and pork in the spicy and numbing soup, and it was delicious, spicy and numbing, giving us a taste of the real deal (laughs). To neutralize the spiciness, we tried the "medicinal white broth" with selected Japanese beef and chicken, and managed to calm down the spiciness in our mouths~ If you're not good with spicy food, you'll need to make some adjustments while eating. The tomato soup is recommended! It goes well with any meat or ingredient and is delicious! Especially when we added "beehive" and "duck blood", it was really tasty! The two of us were engrossed in an eating competition (laughs) and we ate a lot~ It was so delicious! After eating, our metabolism increased and we felt great. It's convenient near Hakata Station, so we'll definitely come back for our next drinking party! It was a satisfying dinner. I want to eat here again. Thank you for the meal.

Exploring Hakata in GW. It was crowded with lots of people, so I moved to the Chikushi side and went to "Dai Hakata Chinatown." It was spacious, clean, and cozy. The sunken kotatsu seats were equipped with power outlets and charging cables. I had the medicinal hot pot course, choosing the three-color hot pot with soup options of collagen white broth, healthy mushroom mix, and beef tomato soup. Even though it's called hot pot, if you don't choose a spicy soup, you can enjoy various flavors like shabu-shabu, making it suitable for those who don't like spicy food. All the soups were delicious, but the beef tomato soup was especially good. The meat platter included 5 types of meat thinly sliced for easy shabu-shabu: premium beef shoulder loin, select lamb, beef loin, pork loin, and chicken thigh. Plenty of vegetables, and the wood ear mushrooms were nice. Some unusual items like duck blood, honeycomb tripe, and squid balls were also delicious. It was all-you-can-eat, but I got full with the first round and skipped the finale to go straight to dessert, almond jelly. The meal also came with three appetizers. In addition to hot pot, they offer classic Chinese dishes like xiaolongbao and mapo tofu, as well as authentic Chinese menu items. They have a great lunch drinking plan, so it seems like a place you can enjoy visiting multiple times. Highly recommended!

I made a reservation for the popular No. 1 hot pot course with all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink at Hakata Station. The highlight of "Chongqing Hot Pot" is that you can choose your favorite soup from 5 different types! Recommended ones are "Spicy Soup", "Tomato Soup", and "Chinese Medicinal White Soup", and you can enjoy the all-you-can-eat course with three divided pots. The meal includes beef, pork, chicken meatballs, lamb, vegetables, appetizers, bee's nest, duck blood, and Chinese noodles for a satisfying meal. The pots and meat platter are served first with a generous amount of meat and vegetables. The variety of soups and the different flavors make it easy to enjoy the meal without feeling overwhelmed. The lamb meat was the best, followed by pork. The special "Wagyu Beef Sirloin" and "Chicken Meatballs" were also delicious. The lamb meat had a tender texture and a deep, delicious flavor. The drink menu includes beer, sake, wine, shochu, sours, cocktails, fruit liquor, highballs, Shaoxing wine, and soft drinks, providing a wide selection. Overall, I was satisfied beyond my expectations. The flavor variations of the three soups and the deliciousness of the lamb and Wagyu beef were impressive, and I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for the first time. The all-you-can-eat medicinal hot pot based on the ancient Chinese concept of "medicine and food having the same source" was amazing, with a generous amount of vegetables and meat! The restaurant is Chinese-themed, and the staff, while speaking broken Japanese, were polite and easy to communicate with. The hot pot came with plenty of meat such as beef, pork, lamb, chicken, duck blood, bird's nest, chicken meatballs, and shiitake mushrooms, as well as a variety of vegetables. You can choose the spiciness level of the Sichuan hot pot soup, and even the mild version was quite spicy. Other soup options included tomato soup and medicinal white broth. I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the meatballs and glass noodles. The meat was undeniably delicious - the pork was great in the white broth soup, while the lamb was perfect in the Sichuan hot pot soup. The freshness of the ingredients was evident, with crispy vegetables and flavorful lamb without any gamey taste. The hot pot was not only spicy but also had a deep flavor profile that was enjoyable. While it may be filling, the overall meal felt healthy and authentic for those who want to enjoy a genuine hot pot experience. The all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink options were a delight! This restaurant offers great value for money. I will definitely be going back again! Thank you for the meal.

Overall, this restaurant is located in a building near Hakata Station, Chikushi exit. When I visited "Hakata Gyuzo" last time, I had my eye on this place next. You can freely enjoy various side dishes along with your main dish. I felt like the number of staff might not be enough for the amount of customers. The side dishes and salad were good, and I picked two that I could hold with both hands. It was like a spicy tantanmen, which might be good for those who like spicy food. Personally, I prefer more umami than spiciness. The fried rice was about half the size of a regular portion, but it's nice that you can finish with rice. Thank you for the meal.

■Shop Introduction This is a Chinese Chongqing hot pot specialty store. When you get off the elevator, it feels like you're in Chinatown! Cute girls welcome you and the atmosphere is truly Chinese with neon mahjong tiles hanging around. The interior design emphasizes Chinese entertainment, which really boosts your mood. ■Time Visited Around 6:30 PM on a weekday ■Customer Service The staff are Chinese and provide very polite service, which was surprising. The fact that their language wasn't 100% perfect actually added to the authenticity. ■Food Experience You can choose from 5 types of soup for the hot pot. The must-try is the spicy soup! I also chose the herbal white soup and herbal mushroom soup. They brought out a generous serving of meat with the 3 soups, including free refills! The meat platter includes 5 types (lamb, beef loin, pork loin, chicken, premium wagyu shoulder belly) and is luxurious. There is a wide variety of ingredients, including duck blood and bee's nest, true to the authentic toppings! You start by cooking the premium wagyu in the spicy soup for shabu-shabu style. "Yes! Delicious." The spiciness of the spicy soup is moderate, with a rich flavor of various spices like Sichuan peppercorns that come through pleasantly, but the heat and numbing sensation kick in later! Particularly, the numbing sensation comes from the whole Sichuan peppercorns, so be careful if you're not a fan. It's a standard combination of soups in Chinese hot pot restaurants, but it's nice that you can choose according to your preference. It's fun to customize your own blend of soup and enjoy it! I ended the meal with Chinese noodles and was fully satisfied. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Located a 3-minute walk from Hakata Station, this restaurant is easy to find. The interior is a Chinese restaurant with all Chinese staff, creating a lively atmosphere. We opted for the 120-minute all-you-can-eat course for 4,500 yen, which includes a selection of premium beef shoulder belly meat, lamb, and 5 types of meat. We also added the all-you-can-drink option. For the ultimate experience, we chose 3 types of recommended soups: Healthy Mountain Delicacy Soup, Collagen White Soup, and Ultimate Spicy Red Soup (mild, medium, or spicy), as well as Tomato Hot Pot with Chinese Herbal Medicine and Special Chinese Herbal Medicine Tripe Hot Pot in Soy Sauce Flavor. We selected the spicy soup, tomato hot pot with Chinese herbal medicine, and special Chinese herbal medicine tripe hot pot in soy sauce flavor. The selection of premium beef, lamb, beef loin, pork loin, and chicken meat made for a meat lover's paradise! The thinly sliced meats were easy to eat, and the flavors blended well with the soup. The variety of toppings, including bamboo tube chicken meatballs, vegetables, mushrooms, and unique ingredients like duck blood and bee's nest, added to the enjoyment. Despite feeling like the food wouldn't end, we almost finished everything because it was so delicious! We ended the meal with Chinese noodles blended with the soup, which was also tasty. We left feeling satisfied and healthy thanks to the herbal effects. Definitely coming back! Thank you for the great meal!

The interior of the restaurant is filled with table seats and private rooms, giving off a vibe of a Chinese town diner. In China, hot pot is considered a lucky food that celebrates important occasions. Especially, the spicy soup, filled with red chili peppers, is said to bring good luck - a power food. Since I was unfamiliar with the menu, I decided to order the all-you-can-eat hot pot course with all-you-can-drink option. You can choose from 5 types of soup, and this time I went with the plain soup, spicy soup, and tomato flavor. The staff kept bringing various meats, toppings, and vegetables to our table, and we enjoyed cooking and eating them in the hot pot. The spicy soup was delicious with an authentic spiciness that I couldn't resist. However, it got too spicy for me, so I switched to other soups to cool down. One interesting ingredient they had was "duck blood," which is popular in China for its health benefits. Overall, the lamb, pork, and selected beef were all very satisfying and delicious. The Chongqing hot pot experience was amazing, and I would definitely come back for more. The all-you-can-eat course was great value for money, perfect for those who want to eat to their heart's content. It's also a great option for parties. I enjoyed the exotic atmosphere and left feeling satisfied. Highly recommended!
