The Okinawan dishes I had on a school trip were all terrible. That's why I don't have a good impression of Okinawan cuisine. If you serve bad food to high school students, it can ruin the image of that place. It took over 20 years for me to finally be able to eat Okinawan food again, but I still can't bring myself to try Soki soba. Recently, I saw a sign for "Chibariyo Summer Festival" in front of this restaurant, so I decided to give it a try. The highball was surprisingly weak. The Mimigar was good in texture and the large shiso leaf on top complemented it well. If I go again, I'd like to try the awamori. Maybe my impression of Okinawan cuisine has improved a little.

After watching my friend's ballet performance, we decided to have dinner before heading home. As we were walking, we stumbled upon an Okinawan restaurant. Ever since visiting Okinawa, I have been hooked on Okinawan cuisine, especially Goya Champuru. We ordered Goya Champuru and Mozuku tempura. Lastly, we tried the Okonomiyaki with pork and Mozuku. It was fluffy and incredibly delicious!

It was my first time having Okinawan cuisine in a while. I was invited by my colleagues from work and decided to give it a try. I highly recommend the mozuku and pork shabu-shabu hot pot as a perfect dish to pair with alcohol. Also, the asparagus wrapped in thinly sliced pork skewers is delicious, with the perfect balance of pork and vegetable flavors. It's a bit of a walk from Tennoji Station, but the restaurant is like a hidden gem.

The Okinawan restaurant "Chibarina" is located in an unexpected place, down a steep staircase. The staff, two brothers, are working hard. The vegetable Okinawa soba costs 800 yen including tax. The broth may be a bit lacking, but the stir-fried bean sprouts and cabbage, tasty pork, red pickled ginger, and light soup that the noodles are coated in are all delicious. It would be nice to have a small side dish included with the lunch, and it would be great if they added taco rice to the menu.

It's the end of the year, but it was quite lively. The staff were wonderful and the food was excellent! The grilled shabu-shabu and okonomiyaki were very delicious. Additionally, the braised pork belly was exquisite (*´꒳`*) Thank you for the meal.

I had never really tried Okinawan cuisine before, but thanks to this restaurant, I became a fan! The Goya Champuru, Island Tofu, Spam, and everything else were all delicious. Surprisingly, I found Awamori easy to drink and ended up drinking it all up! The atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and nice.
