This place has always caught my attention, but I avoided it during lunchtime because of the long lines. They offer a lunch buffet with all-you-can-eat cheese, which is a great deal. This time, I happened to pass by in the evening after a concert at ZEPP NAMBA and there were seats available, so I decided to stop by. And to my luck, there was a fresh mozzarella event happening in about 5 minutes! I signed up and was given a wooden plate, and when the bell rang, I went to the entrance where they were tearing apart a large piece of fresh mozzarella onto the plates. I sprinkled some pepper on it and tasted it - warm, soft, and stretchy like the cheese hat trend from before. The flavor was milky and unlike any mozzarella I've had before! It was a unique experience. I also wanted to try the Burrata cheese, known as the king of cheeses for its freshness, so I ordered the Bolognese with lots of meat topped with it. It was huge, and when I cut into it, the creamy filling spilled out. The flavor was even creamier and more delicious than the fresh mozzarella. The pasta was also very tasty, made with the ultimate chewy fresh pasta from a 108-year-old Awaji noodle company.

I visited for a friend's birthday lunch. I ordered pasta and hamburger, both of which were very delicious. I had left a birthday present during a previous visit, and they brought it out with a cake, making the surprise a great success.

I arrived around 3:00 pm. Normally there is a long line, but today I was able to get in easily. They said the pancakes usually sell out quickly, but I wasn't in the mood for them, so I ordered the Basque cheesecake and whey x mango juice. The cheesecake was rich but not too heavy, and easy to eat. However, I didn't really like the juice as it had a slightly strange taste from the whey.

We used this place as a night cafe for our second party. Even though we ordered two pizzas for the second party, the menu is really cheese-focused! The way the two pizzas were served got us really excited. The menu has some visually appealing options, and the drinks look great too. The Basque cheesecake was delicious. The Quattro Formaggi pizza had hot, gooey cheese which was really tasty. However, the Burrata cheese Margherita pizza's weakness is that the cheese is cold, which makes the pizza cool down quickly. If it weren't for this weakness, it would have been even more delicious.

The salad had about 10 types of vegetables and mushrooms, with tomatoes in a sherbet-like texture. The pizza had homemade Burrata cheese spread on top, creating a creamy texture that complemented the crispy and soft pizza. It was a delicious meal, and I would like to come back for lunch sometime!

Had a hamburger, harami steak, and a bottle of wine for 2700 yen. Everything was delicious. However, they only had lunch menu available, which didn't really match with day drinking. It seems that entering a place randomly is not a good idea. Also, the portions were not enough for an old man like me, as the target audience seemed to be young women. It's not the restaurant's fault, it's just not suitable for me. The key is to be prepared. That's it.

I used the cafe as a night spot. It wasn't too crowded for a Friday night, so I felt comfortable and relaxed in the spacious environment. They quickly cleared the plates once we finished our desserts, but I wished they had some light snacks like nuts or appetizers available. Since I didn't want to just sit with water, I ordered a second soft drink. I might consider using this place again, but since they only have heavy dishes, I may want to alternate with other places.
