This is the Yamasho Gozen. It looks and tastes great, and I was quite satisfied. I never expected there to be sashimi as well. Maybe because I skipped dinner the night before to try and lose some weight, I was extremely hungry and enjoyed everything. But I truly believe it is really delicious. The sashimi was fresh and firm. The fried silver salmon with lotus root paste was so delicious that I finished every last bit of the paste. The mushrooms and komatsuna with grated soy sauce had a bit too much saltiness and soy sauce flavor. The dessert was a Japanese sweet. I don't know much about Japanese sweets, but the white one was like a gelatinous mochi with chopped sweet potato inside. The yellow one had sweet bean paste inside. Cocoa may not go well with Japanese sweets, but the cocoa was also delicious. It was a satisfying lunch experience that felt like dining out.
