This cafe, wasn't it located on top of a mountain in Yagiyama? The selling point was the great view, right? I'm not sure if it moved or opened a branch, but I will visit! The burger had a soft and moist patty, which seemed to have a lot of filler. Personally, I prefer a beef patty without much filler and with a strong salt and pepper seasoning. The buns were delicious. The cheddar sauce wasn't too strong. Overall, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The pasta I ordered with tomato sauce and shrimp was delicious. The fresh pasta had a chewy texture, which I enjoyed. The doria with salmon and cream sauce was juicy and tasty. I wish the drinks had a bit more volume, as they felt a bit lacking for a tea break. In the past, when I visited the location on top of the mountain, it offered a relaxed atmosphere similar to the original one.

I had only tried pasta here before, so I decided to challenge the hamburger doria. The base had a gentle taste similar to clam chowder. The hamburger was thick and had a satisfying texture.
