After checking into the hotel, I took a short rest and then used the bathing voucher I received at the front desk to visit the New Chitose Airport Onsen. First, I enjoyed the bath, and then it was time for a meal, or rather drinks, haha. Since it was my first visit, I wasn't sure what to do, but the staff guided me. First, in front of the dining area, there was a sign that said "Food and Drink Reception," so I placed various orders there. The payment is managed using the barcode on the bath key, so there is no need to pay on the spot. Then, I received a bell for calling. The drinks arrived quickly, so I chose a seat first, received the large Sapporo Classic beer that I ordered at the pickup counter, and went to my seat. It was poured very full, almost spilling over, haha. I ordered onion slices and pork skewer cutlets as snacks. Although they didn't arrive at the same time, each time they were ready, the bell rang, and I picked them up. The total cost was 1650 yen. The onion slices came with a dressing made with shiso leaves. Surprisingly, it was quite filling and satisfying. The pork skewer cutlets came in a set of three, with onions mixed in between the meat. I enjoyed them with the provided sauce and mustard. They were not small in size, and the meat was firm. The crispy texture from being freshly fried was delicious. Finally, I cleared my tray myself and left my seat. The bill was calculated altogether at the front desk. I then stepped outside. It was my first meal after a long time in the onsen, so it tasted even better. The beer was not bad either, and since it was only the first day of my trip, I might visit again later. Thank you for the meal.
