The dishes we received were from Miyagi Prefecture - bonito, spring chrysanthemum, kikyo yam, Saroma Lake oysters, red snapper, kawahagi with liver and homemade kelp soy sauce, herring, boxed sushi, grilled dish, mountain crab shabu-shabu, nigiri sushi - tuna toro, sardine, raw octopus, mackerel, smoked small bowl, Hokkaido sea urchin, homemade salmon roe, squid, Pacific saury, shrimp, conger eel, toro, tamago, Tears Red beer, highball, sake, cold and delicious. Impressed by the chef's skills in appetizers and nigiri, and by the landlady's choice of sake. Sushi was satisfying!
