This is the morning venue on the 2nd floor of the hotel. It is moderately spacious, but the variety of food and drinks is attractive. Among Hokkaido specialties such as Genghis Khan, Zangi, and Soup Curry, my main target this time was definitely "salmon roe" haha. I indulged in plenty of it~♪ It was rich and delicious without any fishy smell! There are two types of rice available, vinegared rice and white rice, and both were delicious. You can make a seafood bowl with vinegared rice, or of course, it was also delicious with freshly cooked rice. In addition to salmon roe, there were crab meat, scallops, seared salmon, sweet shrimp, and negitoro, so you can create your own favorite seafood bowl♪ The meat dishes were also delicious, and the dessert ice cream was very tasty! There were two types of milk and coffee, especially the milk tasted like gelato sold at a dairy farm, which was a bit impressive haha. In addition to milk and drinkable yogurt, there was also a soft katsugen lactic acid bacteria drink, a lineup unique to Hokkaido. In addition, there were various drinks available from the drink machine, such as coffee, cafe latte, cocoa, and matcha latte, and surprisingly, one cup could be taken out! This kind of service is also appreciated! I tried everything except for salad and Japanese side dishes, and everything was really delicious. I thought the level was extremely high for this price range morning, and I felt that they are putting a lot of effort into it. The replenishment was done promptly, and the staff's response was polite, so I was able to enjoy the meal comfortably♪ If I have the opportunity, I would love to visit again.
