Close to Shinsaibashi Station. In other words, it was close to the hotel as well. Even though I had just eaten udon, I still felt a little hungry... Alright, meat. Let's eat meat. When it comes to meat in Kansai, it's beef. So, meat buns are also called pork buns. But they are quite greasy haha. The restaurant had a score of 3.38 on Tabelog, which is not high for the Shinsaibashi area where many highly rated restaurants are located, yet there were several groups of people waiting at the entrance. Is it a hidden gem? Once again, "Masaharu Fukuyama" was written on the waiting list haha. Oh, I got called in first. Maybe they have a special spot for celebrities? No way Masaharu Fukuyama would speak in Kansai dialect, right? Exactly haha. Now, I was feeling thirsty after walking around and having udon. I wanted to drink barley juice. Black Wagyu beef kalbi yakiniku set meal for 1,078 yen, draft beer for 528 yen. Can't drink sake. I was happy that the barley juice was served first. Soon after, the yakiniku was served. The meat was pink in color. I like this color. But I couldn't see much marbling. The salad had shiso dressing, right? This was the dressing I often used on salads at home. The kimchi was a bit limited, but had a well-balanced flavor. I don't think anyone dislikes this, right? And for some reason, miso soup haha. But as a Japanese person, miso soup tastes even better when you're tired. Is the roaster a gas and charcoal type? Charcoal gives off infrared rays, making the heat strong when grilling, but it's uneven, so grilling can be difficult. Charcoal solves this problem. However, the meat's fat was intense. Yet it didn't seem to flare up much. I said there was a lot of fat, but was it not as much as I thought? The sauce at specialty stores has never tasted bad in my experience. Almost got burned haha. Well, I ate, I ate. It's still not even 1 p.m. yet. I can't go back to the hotel until 3 p.m. Alright. Should I go buy some bread for tomorrow's breakfast? I bought a one-day pass for the Osaka Metro that day. It cost 800 yen on weekdays, and I used 1,380 yen worth that day. A surplus of 580 yen. Still got a ways to go haha. That's it for now. Thank you. Bon appétit.
