I had the French Restaurant Week course (dinner) at "Maison Tateru Yoshino" on the 2nd floor of ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Osaka. At this Michelin-starred restaurant, you can enjoy authentic French cuisine supervised by Mr. Yoshino. My recommendation is the Corn Soup (pre-appetizer), where the cute yellow tart fills your mouth with the sweetness of corn. The seasonal vegetables, reminiscent of Monet's garden, are incredibly delicious with 40 varieties of vegetables, allowing you to savor their true flavors. The lightly smoked salmon Mi-Cuit "Stella Maris style," a signature dish by Chef Yoshino, is a unique experience with its tender texture. The Red Wine-Braised Beef Cheek, accompanied by vibrant vegetables, offers a rich wine flavor that enhances the tenderness of the meat. The Praline Chocolate with Tonka Bean ice cream is a delightful dessert for adults, featuring rich chocolate, caramelized nuts, and harmonious ice cream. I enjoyed the wonderful dishes and had a lovely time.

The restaurant quickly changed the dish when I mentioned my dislike for certain ingredients. The service and taste were truly Michelin-worthy. The meal included an aperitif of blood sausage, foie gras macaron, and cheese choux, followed by an amuse-bouche of borscht with a beet and consommé jelly. The basil vichyssoise with smoked salmon was excellent, as was the roasted silver duck with no gamey taste and tender meat. The watermelon nage dessert with salty ice cream and organic coffee with petit fours was a perfect ending to the meal.

I visited for lunch. The dishes were beautiful. Each one was carefully explained. The interior of the restaurant is spacious, allowing you to enjoy a sense of luxury. Hotel Yoshino, a branch located in Wakayama, is particularly famous, but this place also has quite a reputation. Located within the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel in Kita-Shinchi, it offers a nice atmosphere at a reasonable price, delicious food, and easy reservation availability. They even have private rooms. It's a very well-balanced restaurant.

I used it for a work meeting. The kinmedai was delicious. The main dish of lamb was tender and tasty. The heavy red wine was also very delicious and paired perfectly with the lamb. So, I added red wine and sparkling water, which increased the total bill by 4,500 yen.

I am grateful for accommodating my detailed requests for my reservation as a pregnant woman. The interior of the restaurant is all white, making the dishes look even more appealing. The owner chef, Mr. Yoshinotateru, received the highest award for game dishes in France, which is quite rare for a Japanese chef. It is proud to see Japanese people excelling overseas. I had a very enjoyable, elegant, and delicious time. Thank you for the meal.

Located inside the ANA Crown Hotel, this French restaurant has a Michelin-starred history. The course menu included an aperitif, amuse-bouche, cabbage potage, lightly smoked salmon, fillet of domestic beef with red wine sauce, variations of strawberries, and organic coffee with petit fours. The amuse-bouche was a vibrant red-purple color and had three layers. The salmon had a texture that was tender and almost raw-like, with a perfect amount of smoke. The fillet was cooked medium rare. The petit fours included canele, macarons, and jelly. Since it was a special occasion, they provided a message plate and sang a celebratory song. The private room had a spacious and relaxing white-themed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the meal. The pace of food service was quick, with minimal waiting time.

On this day, I enjoyed a meal at the restaurant as Tateru Yoshino was coming. The unchanged style of cuisine since returning to Japan included special game dishes and other beautiful dishes. After the meal, Mr. Yoshino also appeared and we had a pleasant conversation for a while.

I enjoyed a full course meal at Maison Tateru Yoshino, a French restaurant located in the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel in Osaka's Kita-ku. The meal was to celebrate the promotion of our business partner, and we were treated to a surprise celebratory song by the concierge. The hospitality, worthy of a Michelin one-star rating, was impeccable. One highlight was the comparison between the delicious ice creams from Kikaijima and chocolate. Both the food and wine were outstanding.

I made a reservation through this site and visited the restaurant. It was located on the second floor of the hotel, and had a clean and elegant atmosphere. The food was delicate, elegant, and very delicious. I enjoyed the fish main dish. My friend said the duck main dish was excellent. We had wine pairings for my friend and single glasses of wine or whiskey for myself.

We had originally planned to stay in Kyoto for 2 nights, but after seeing on TV how crowded it was during the autumn foliage season this year, we decided to switch to 1 night in Osaka instead. We wanted to try Osaka's B-class gourmet food during the day, so we made dinner reservations here for the evening. It was our first time trying French cuisine in Osaka, as the Ginza location had closed down. I had looked up the wine list online, so we were able to order quickly before the meal. However, when we saw the dishes, we were indecisive at first. We started with 3 types of appetizers to enjoy with our fingers. The champagne was an original label Deutz poured generously into the glass, which had a crisp taste that paired well with the appetizers. The amuse-bouche was a red beet mousse with consomme jelly, and we requested for a white wine to be prepared. Since there were 3 of us, we decided to order a bottle of wine this time instead of opting for wine pairing. We chose a Macon from Le Fevre, which was reasonably priced for a Burgundy wine at this establishment. The wine had a nice balance of acidity and elegance from the 2016 vintage. The meal continued with a chestnut cappuccino and smoked bonito with orange sheet. The main fish dish was grilled sea bream with Van Blanc sauce. We switched to a red wine, choosing a Lully from the list recommended by the sommelier, to pair with the upcoming meat dish. The roasted duck with cassis-flavored red wine sauce was a perfect match for the Lully. The dessert was a delicious black sugar ice cream from Kikaijima, which I had seen on TV before and wanted to visit. The meal ended with coffee and small pastries. Overall, the quality of the food and wine was excellent, and we felt it was a great value for the experience. We look forward to returning with our family in the future.

Gran Maison is definitely worth experiencing. Tateru Yoshino is well-known in the French culinary world, so my acquaintance chose this place for us. We visited for a simple dinner on an ordinary day. I usually don't like sitting across from someone, but this time the sofa was curved, making it feel like we were sitting side by side, which I personally liked. I thought it looked like a seashell from DisneySea's Little Mermaid. We started with champagne and had a wine pairing, so I ended up drinking a total of about 8 glasses. The sommelier selected incredibly delicious wines just by me expressing my preferences, and I was truly impressed. The service was very attentive, and I was touched when they gave me the leftover macarons to take home (I thought they were store-bought sweets). The food was also wonderful, satisfying me just by looking at it. The chestnut cappuccino was unbelievably delicious... I couldn't help but moan in delight. I didn't post it here, but the dessert was amazing... I joked that it was art. I would love to come back again, but there are too many French restaurants I want to try, so it might not be soon. I didn't see the bill, but since the course was around 15,000 yen, with drinks it was probably close to 30,000 yen per person (I'm not sure). I didn't take photos of everything, so here are just a few.

I often go to restaurants in Shinchi, but this was my first visit here. The tableware is like a piece of art, complementing the dishes and making each dish enjoyable. The seasonal vegetable dish, inspired by Monet's garden, uses about 40 different vegetables, with the colors on the plate and the sauces being outstanding. Each dish stands on its own and could easily be a main dish. This is a restaurant I would like to use for special occasions like anniversaries.

A restaurant on the 2nd floor of a hotel at the end of Kitashinchi. Celebrated my partner's birthday. The chairs were like comfortable sofas with a slightly formal atmosphere, great for people with back pain. The food was not too fancy, just classic courses, but the flavors were rich and it felt like traditional hotel French cuisine. For the birthday celebration, the staff sang acapella, which was a memorable touch.

- Aperitif -> 3 types of appetizers. Quiche, prosciutto, something, and corn something. Very vague (lol) - Cocktail of lobster and caviar with edamame foam -> The edamame foam alone had a slight bitterness. When eaten with hidden clams, shrimp, and other ingredients, it was good. - Summer vegetable gazpacho with marinated fish -> Cucumber jelly at the bottom, tomato-based sauce poured on top. The fish was bonito. The sauce had a slightly spicy and unique taste, maybe due to mustard. The white cream was delicious. - Terrine of veal sweetbreads -> Veal sweetbreads have a texture similar to white fish. - Gratin of Hokkaido ezo crayfish with Savoy sauce -> Crayfish! This was incredibly delicious. Topped with truffles, even more delicious. - Grilled bonito with passion fruit sauce -> The aroma of grilled bonito spreads gently in the mouth, good! - Roasted lamb saddle wrapped in rock salt -> The meat wrapped in rock salt is opened, cut, and plated in front of you. The lamb flavor is not too strong, and the meat is tender. The vegetable plating is beautiful! - Kikaijima island ice cream -> Seems to be the chef's hometown, Kikaijima island in Kagoshima. Delicious! - Dessert -> Received a birthday cake and a song! - Organic coffee and petit fours -> Grape jelly, coffee cookies, and lemon madeleines.

The interior of the restaurant was a sophisticated and lovely space with a white gold and white beige color scheme. The pastel green plates and cutlery were adorable and matched the decor perfectly. There were about three birthday celebrations happening, and the staff sang birthday songs to celebrate, which added to the festive atmosphere. The food was not only visually appealing but also delicious. The clam dish stood out with its broth, seaweed, tomato, and flavors that complemented each other perfectly. The eel and foie gras dishes were rich in flavor, perfect for those who enjoy wine. The presentation in teacups reminded me of a luxurious hotel's afternoon tea, making me feel happy. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making me want to visit again. The restaurant is located in ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel in Kitashinchi, making reservations relatively easy. I look forward to returning on a quiet weekend in the Kitashinchi area.
