This is a ramen shop in the prefecture with several branches that specializes in miso ramen. They offer a variety of miso flavors and everything is delicious. I want to support this shop that has survived the battle against the pandemic by going there frequently. On this day, I decided to try the seafood pork bone soy sauce ramen to change things up. I ordered the half fried rice set and was surprised to find out that upgrading to a regular size fried rice would cost the same as ordering it separately. Sadly, I agreed to pay for the regular size. Also, this shop doesn't provide paper napkins on the table, but don't worry, they are available under the table. Personally, I appreciate having tissues to wipe my nose when eating hot food. When the fried rice arrived, I noticed that it seemed a bit dry. I always feel that the fried rice at this shop lacks a bit of oil and egg. It would be even more delicious if the rice was more coated with oil and had chunks of egg in it. Then the ramen arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised to find onions in it. It was lighter than I expected and I could eat it easily. Thank you for the meal.

After finishing work in Yao, I went to Kawachi Udon but it was closed again. Lately, it seems like all the closed restaurants are the ones I want to go to. So, I ended up going to a nearby ramen shop called Hanamichi. I ordered the soy sauce ramen with a little bit of garlic. The taste was a bit lacking, but when I mentioned it, they brought a sauce and poured it all in without asking. It was too salty after adding all the sauce. Normally, they should have just left the sauce for me to adjust to my liking. It was disappointing.

I found a ramen shop while passing by and decided to stop by on a whim. The shop is located along the overpass and may not be easy to spot. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and also got a set with gyoza and fried rice. I am very satisfied with my meal!

The dipping sauce was not to my liking, but the fried rice was delicious. The gyoza was also tasty. The garlic soy sauce provided was a bit weak, I wish it had more flavor. Overall, it was a decent meal.

I drank a lot nearby before coming here. It was late at night, but there were quite a few customers so I had to wait a bit. Garlic ramen shop! Not too heavy, but delicious.

I overslept on the train after a fun drinking party and ended up at Katsushita Station in Kashiwara City. According to Google Maps, it would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes to walk home (I'm used to it), so I walked back. As a reward for my efforts, I felt like eating noodles for the finishing touch, so I visited this place that was open late at night. I had tried it once before, but I didn't have any particular impression at that time, so I wasn't expecting much. You can choose from a pork bone-based soup with soy sauce, miso, red miso, etc., but I couldn't tell what the recommended dish was from the menu. I chose red miso based on my mood, and it was surprisingly delicious. The pork bone soup was not overpowering, and the red miso and garlic (you can choose whether to add it or not) matched very well, giving it a slightly junky feel. The chashu made with what seemed to be branded pork (vaguely remembered) was also very delicious. After drinking and walking a lot, it may be a 20% better impression, but it was really delicious.

I had lunch here. I feel like I've been here before, but I was drunk so I don't remember much. The ramen I had was safe and decent, with a rating of 3.5 for both the noodles and the soup. I was recommended the soy sauce flavor, but the miso flavor looked delicious, so I'll try that next time. The fried rice was really tasty. I would rate it a 4.5.
