●●Waiting Situation●●
I arrived at the restaurant at 1:40 pm on a holiday! There are 2 people waiting outside. I was seated 15 minutes later.
●●Order●●
I chose the "Ghar's Spice Special Curry Mazesoba" for 1150 yen!

●●Sauce●●
First of all, the aroma when the ramen is served is amazing! The curry flavor bursts out, stimulating the appetite. The curry spice is not too strong, allowing the base of the soup stock to be well appreciated. It's a well-balanced sauce and truly delicious!
●●Noodles●●
The noodles are chewy curly noodles. They have a nice texture and mix well with the soup stock!
●●Chashu●●
There are thick slices of chashu pork in the bowl. They are moist, tender, and flavorful, providing a satisfying eating experience!
●●Overall Impression●●
This curry mazesoba is of a very high level! In curry ramen, the curry flavor is often overpowering, but this mazesoba was exceptional! Honestly, it's one of my top favorites when it comes to curry ramen. Thank you for the meal!

I wanted to eat dried fish ramen, so I decided to visit this restaurant. They also had curry maze soba and regular maze soba, but since it was my first time, I chose the regular ramen. I waited for a few minutes. Luckily, there was no long wait at that time, but there were already 5 people lined up. The soup was really delicious. The dried fish flavor was not overpowering, but just right. I was impressed by the delicate taste of the soup. The noodles were slightly thick curly noodles. They had a great texture and I couldn't finish them all. I also ordered rice, but personally, I don't think ramen is meant to be eaten with rice. I made sure to drink up all the soup. Even though I'm not a fan of dried fish soup, I really enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal.

I had the special boiled dried ramen. I'm not very familiar with ramen, but it was surprisingly delicious and refreshing, especially the thick curly noodles. The person next to me ordered the tsukemen, and the chunks of chashu looked really good. If I come back next time, I'd like to try the tsukemen.

I arrived at the restaurant around 21:45, as it was quite late. Despite the late hour, the staff were still very attentive, and I ordered the mixed noodles. The special mixed noodles had a great combination of rare chashu and noodles, which paired well with the seafood broth. I also tried the curry mixed noodles, but I personally found the regular mixed noodles to be more delicious.

I came to a ramen shop located north of Awa-odori Station. I visited at night, and there was a wait of about 4 groups, but we were able to get inside in less than 10 minutes. They have a ramen collaborated with the curry famous shop GHAR. The best part was the curry. The spicy and delicious curry blends well with the noodles and fills your mouth. The pork chashu has a satisfying texture. The vegetables and condiments add a nice crunch and enjoyment. The noodles are thick and chewy. The spices have a nice aroma, making it a sensory experience. Next time, I want to try their regular ramen. Thank you for the meal.

I visited around 14:30 after always seeing a line. I had the special simmered sardine ramen for 1100 yen. Took a sip of the soup. Still delicious. The char siu had a rare look and tasted great. I like the flat noodles. I ate slowly but finished everything in no time. Next time, I'll try the mixed noodles!

Today started with cleaning my bedding, followed by my monthly facial treatment with Wakachan, buying flowers at Osaka Garden, and trying out a ramen place I've never been to before - Ramen Kosumi Awaza Honten. I'm not a big fan of strong bonito flavor, but their soup, which combines bonito with animal fat, had a nice balance without being overwhelming. However, I didn't really like the thick tornado-like noodles. Overall, thank you for the meal.

Second visit to Ramen Kasumi Awaza Main Store. Arrived at 12:05, with 4 people waiting outside. Despite the hot weather at 32 degrees, I was determined to have some ramen. Purchased a ticket for the special simmered fish broth ramen with extra noodles for 1250 yen. Entered the restaurant in about 5 minutes, and the food was served shortly after. Started with the soup with floating back fat, which had a light soy sauce base with a fragrant simmered fish flavor, very delicious. The medium-thick curly noodles were smooth and chewy, perfect for the soup. The flavored egg was tasty, but I prefer the yolk to be a bit more runny. The rare and tender chashu had a slight dryness that gave a hint of meat fibers. Finished the whole bowl in about 10 minutes, thank you for the meal. By the time I left around 12:25, there were 7 people waiting outside.

On Saturday around 14:30, we waited with 5 people and were seated inside in about 20 minutes. We had purchased our meal tickets in advance, so they served us as soon as we sat down, which was great. The mixed ramen was ¥1,150. The chashu was tender and had a good amount without being too heavy! It was refreshing even when topped with vinegar. I also ordered the chashu rice bowl, which was delicious too.

This time, I went to "Ramen Kasumi Awaza Main Store" located a 5-minute walk from Awaza Station on the Osaka Metro Chuo Line. I ordered the "Ajitama Niboshi Ramen for 1000 yen". The soup had a strong flavor of dried sardines, combined with the umami of soy sauce and the richness of pork fat, making it very delicious. The noodles were thick and flat, with a chewy texture that paired well with the soup. The chashu was made from pork shoulder meat, allowing you to taste the natural umami of the meat. The seasoned soft-boiled egg had a subtle flavor and was perfectly cooked.

A ramen shop near Honmachi Station with a long line of about 5 people, waited for about 15 minutes outside on a chair. I heard that their curry mixed ramen was popular, but it was a limited-time offer. So, I ordered the simmered sardine mixed ramen and a regular-sized pork bowl. The mixed ramen was light and very easy to eat. It had curly noodles which I haven't had in a while and tasted really good. The pork was chunky and had a satisfying texture. A note for my next visit is that I thought the lump on the bowl was yuzu pepper, but it turned out to be wasabi which I don't like. The pork had quite a generous portion.

I wanted to eat dried fish-based ramen, so I went to this shop. I had never tried dried fish mazesoba before, so I chose that. I ordered the special one, and it had lots of meat in it, which gave it a great texture! (It got a bit bitter towards the end though) There was quite a bit of broth left at the end, so if you have room, adding rice might be a good idea! It made me really happy when they said "ookini!" (thank you) with energy as I left the shop ☺️ (I came from Tokyo, so hearing Kansai dialect was nice too) Thank you for the meal!

I arrived around 11:50 a.m. and there was no line, so I was able to sit right away. I had the special dried fish ramen for 1100 yen. Both the soup and noodles were of high quality and well-balanced, making it delicious. The chashu had a rich flavor, and when eaten in between bites of noodles, it added an extra delicious touch.

I ordered the following menu:
- Ajitama Niboshi Ramen 1,000 yen (tax included)
- Chashu Don (small) 350 yen (tax included)
The food arrived around 13:00 and I was able to enter without waiting in line. They lend paper aprons, so it is recommended to wear one. Thank you for the meal! Thank you very much, Ramen Kasumi Awaza Honten!

I visited the restaurant on a regular evening at 6:00 PM, and there were 4 customers already there. I ordered the mixed ramen with seasoned boiled egg, and I was happy to see plenty of rare char siu pieces. I enjoyed the rich flavor of the pork while eating. The thick, flat curly noodles were my favorite type. The portion was generous and much appreciated. The broth with dried fish flavor coated the noodles well, making it a satisfying meal with plenty of toppings.

Niboshi mixed soba - full of niboshi flavor. The noodles and sauce mix well together. The generously served low-temperature cooked chashu is very satisfying. It includes thinly sliced chashu and diced chashu. The diced chashu in particular has a strong meaty texture without any fibrousness, making it very delicious. *As the mixed soba tends to splatter sauce, wearing a paper apron is recommended.

Minami Saejima (Cure Mermaid) Birthday Celebration after 1 year. Arrived at 12:06 with a 7-person wait. Got the food ticket at 12:15. Entered the restaurant at 12:22. Received the bowl at 12:24. There were only 7 seats, but the turnover was good. Sparkling Noodle Emotion! Delicious Smile~! Special mixed broth ramen.

Special mixed dried noodle (1150 yen). No waiting time outside. The appearance of the noodles is similar to the one I had at the Nakazakicho store, with thick curly noodles and large chunks of chashu, and a seafood-based broth. However, the taste is different. This one seems to have a bitterness to it. The portion size is generous, so it's satisfying in terms of fullness. The mixed noodles at the Nakazakicho store had a stronger seafood flavor, which I preferred.

I had never tried a combination of curry and mixed noodles before, but it was surprisingly delicious. The flavors harmonized without interfering with each other. The mixed noodles were full of ingredients and very satisfying.

You can enjoy dried fish-based ramen and mazesoba about a 5-minute walk from Awa-za Station. The mazesoba with chunky chashu has a strong impact, but as it was my first visit, I chose the flavored egg dried fish ramen. The soup has a sweetness to it, and the lard enhances the flavor. It might be recommended to visit outside of the weekday lunch hours.

I arrived before 12 o'clock on a weekday. It seemed crowded, with about 3 people waiting in line outside on the chairs. It was my first time, so I checked the menu on Tabelog. The staff members took turns going inside to buy tickets from the machine, one by one. In the June listing, it seemed like you could eat for around 1000 yen, so I had a 1000 yen bill in hand and left my heavy bag on the chair outside. However, starting from July, it seems like the special ramen is over 1000 yen now! I reluctantly purchased the 1000 yen Ajitama Shoyu ramen. Soon, I was guided inside the restaurant, which only had 6 counter seats. Since I had already handed in my ticket, the ramen was served within a few minutes after I sat down. Behind the seats, there were self-service water and condiments like vinegar, shichimi, and pepper. I sipped the soup and added some pepper. The noodles were thick and curly, with two small slices of chashu. It was indeed delicious. I noticed they also had a dried fish ramen on the menu, so I added some vinegar to enhance the flavor. It might have needed a bit more dried fish flavor, but it would have been better if I had ordered the dried fish ramen. It seems like the special ramen comes with lots of chunky chashu, so next time I want to try the curry mixed noodles.
