On June 8, 2023, I had a drinking party with three male colleagues whom I haven't seen in a while due to remote work. We made a reservation through Tabelog and got a table for four in the back of the restaurant. The table had towels, and we ordered using a touch panel. There were separate restrooms for men and women. We opted for the all-you-can-drink option (1,650 yen) and ordered sashimi (yellowtail and squid), chicken karaage, french fries, edamame, smashed cucumbers, and octopus karaage for snacks. We each had 5-6 drinks, so I think we definitely got our money's worth (laughs). The staff was attentive and quick to respond, which was great. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Here is what I had: - Assorted sashimi (five kinds) - Assorted fresh meats (three kinds) - Seared beef with uni and ikura - Shrimp mayonnaise - Mackerel and shiso cheese fry - Tempura squid with tartar sauce - Tea-soaked rice with spicy cod roe I started with both the seafood and meat assortments, which included delicious options like grilled sea bream, salmon, squid, amberjack, octopus, roast beef, horse sashimi, and seared beef. The seared beef with uni and ikura was especially delicious. I also tried the shrimp mayonnaise, mackerel and shiso cheese fry, tempura squid with tartar sauce, and finished with the tea-soaked rice with spicy cod roe. It was a heavenly experience combining seafood and meat. The restaurant offers a variety of other dishes like grilled horse mackerel, hokke fish, and grilled fish collar. They also have a great selection of drinks, with 50 types of sake available. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience for someone like me who enjoys a bit of everything. The location is convenient, right off the main street, making it easy to access. I also tried the Ice Fruit Sour drink, which was surprisingly delicious.

This place is great for a group outing. The course costs around 3000 yen per person and includes all-you-can-drink which is a good deal! When we arrived around 7:30 pm, the place was packed. The dishes we had included kimpira as a starter, salad sashimi, ham cutlet and potato fries, fried horse mackerel, curry-flavored spicy udon, and chocolate cake. The photo shows the additional dishes we ordered because we didn't have enough for everyone. The taste is decent for the price. You order drinks using a tablet, and it's a 2-hour time limit including the time for payment, so be aware of that.

This time, I visited an izakaya called "O Fish Sometimes Meat Umeda Branch" in Umeda. The izakaya provided dishes quickly and they were delicious. The tataki bowl with thick slices of domestic beef was satisfying, with a slightly sweet sauce, egg yolk, and beef going very well together.

After work, I went drinking with my colleagues in Higashi Umeda and visited this restaurant for the first time. The dishes we ordered included a sashimi platter with 5 types of fish, grilled turban shell, motsunabe (offal hot pot), grilled beef harami, grilled cold sawara fish with miso and sansho pepper, and fried chicken. The restaurant has both table seating and tatami seating, and it feels like a typical izakaya suitable for groups of three or more people.

It's a shop that is about a 3-minute walk from Umeda Station! It's a bit hard to find since it's inside a building, but I used the shop sign as a landmark to get there! Inside the shop, there are several private rooms, so you can have a lot of privacy! Every dish is delicious, especially the meat dishes are highly recommended! They have thick cuts of tongue as well!

It is located on the main street of East Street. It is on the 3rd floor, so you might miss it. The food was not bad and the drink service was average. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the staff could have been a bit friendlier. When I asked as a smoker where I could smoke, I was told "outside." However, there was no smoking area nearby. I ended up wandering outside for about 5 minutes.

Former colleagues from my previous job and I had a long-awaited reunion. The Higashi-dori shopping street was bustling with people. Our usual routine of meeting up and heading to the pharmacy for a "pre-drink drink" continued, with AkUkon Power being our choice this time. We selected a place with all-you-can-drink options. The restaurant had a small space with tightly packed small tables for four. There were private rooms in the back. The distance between our table and the next was quite narrow. It was unbearable if someone with a loud voice was nearby. We had various dishes including crab miso cucumber, prosciutto cheese, grilled beef harami, duck carpaccio, and warm egg potato salad. We also had beer, Campari, grapefruit sangria, white chu-hai, and yuzu. The conversation never stopped, and before we knew it, we had passed the last order time. The food was average. All the female staff were beautiful. Thank you for the meal. We'll be back next time.

Ordering through a touch panel. The timer starts at 90 minutes, and you can see the time decreasing, so it doesn't feel like you can drink slowly. Personally, I really enjoyed the fried mackerel with shiso and cheese. The beef tataki with sea urchin and salmon roe was also a luxurious treat. Today I had a girls' night out with my childhood friend in the Umeda area after a long time, and my friend's excitement was high. We decided to go to a place where we can enjoy both fish and meat dishes, as well as have a private room. We passed by the okonomiyaki restaurant on the second floor and climbed the stairs to the third floor, feeling a bit out of breath. We had made a reservation for 18:30, and there was only one group of customers before us. We were guided to a private tatami room at the back, where we could relax without worrying about others watching us, which was reassuring in these times. When it came to ordering drinks, there were so many types of sake that it was hard to choose. I started with a super carbonated highball and then took my time reading the drink menu. For food, we ordered a luxurious sashimi carpaccio with six types of seafood, seared mackerel, plump shrimp with mayonnaise, the dry sake "Otoko Yamayama" from Hokkaido, smoked herring with cream cheese, wagyu beef tataki topped with sea urchin and salmon roe, and fried mackerel with shiso leaf and cheese. My friend was particularly impressed with the smoked herring and cream cheese combination, which she had never tried before. The wagyu beef tataki with sea urchin and salmon roe was so extravagant and delicious. The fried mackerel with shiso leaf and cheese was also a perfect combination. We had a great time, and the meal went by in a flash. Thank you for the delicious meal.

They offer a drink all you can option with 50 types of sake, and the food menu includes a variety of fish and meat dishes. You can order using a tablet, and they have table seats as well as private rooms. The food is delicious and made with carefully selected ingredients. They also have a great selection of drinks, including fruit liqueurs and sake. During my visit, I ordered a sashimi platter, seafood yukhoe, a platter of fresh meat, beef tataki with sea urchin and salmon roe, thick-cut salted beef tongue, crab cream croquette, warm egg potato salad. They also offer a course with all-you-can-drink option starting from 4,000 yen, and you can upgrade to all-you-can-drink with 50 types of sake for an additional 2,000 yen. It was a great dining experience.

Tonight, I met up with my family near the station to have a casual drink and enjoy some delicious food. We found a restaurant just off Hankyu Higashidori Street where even someone like me, who is directionally challenged, could easily find. The restaurant was on the third floor of a building and despite arriving early, it was already bustling inside. There were table seats as well as private rooms with traditional sliding doors, making the space feel spacious and versatile. We started off with a toast with beer and enjoyed some delicious appetizers like pickled quail eggs and horse sashimi. The meat was beautifully red and tasted amazing with ginger soy sauce. The ham Caesar salad with a warm egg on top was quite filling. We also tried the assorted sashimi platter, seared ray fin, and grilled beef harami, all of which were incredibly flavorful. The fried tofu, chikuwa tempura with tartar sauce, and beef tataki were also delightful dishes that we couldn't get enough of. Although we wanted to try the sea urchin and salmon roe rice bowl, it was unfortunately sold out. Nevertheless, all the dishes we tried were satisfying and delicious. The restaurant had a wide selection of sake, with about 50 different types of junmai sake available. We tried the "Fudou" sake, which was excellent. Overall, it was a great dining experience with tasty food and a nice variety of drinks to choose from.
