The gentle acidity of the lemon combined with the richness of the cheese made for a delicious Baked Tiramisu. The "Berry Witch" is a luxurious and gorgeous sablé made with three types of berries (strawberry, cranberry, blueberry), plenty of vanilla paste, and couverture white chocolate. The "Sakucchi-Holocchi" is a cute baked cookie with a crispy and crumbly texture like a bolo, sandwiched with chocolate. It crumbled in the mouth and enjoyed three flavors (strawberry, milk, Setoda lemon). There were various tiramisu flavors like peach, but I chose the standard one that day. I also tried the baked tiramisu that caught my eye, and it was delicious, but I prefer it to have a stronger mascarpone flavor. The baked tiramisu was moist inside, and personally, I prefer baked tiramisu. It was a luxurious meal. Thank you.

The cream puffs at C3 in the basement of Hankyu Department Store are delicious. I love cream puffs and pudding, so I can eat them anytime! They are cute and round in appearance. They would make a great small gift! Priced at 297 yen (tax included), this cream puff is filled with rich custard. The custard contains plenty of vanilla beans! It was delicious!

I bought the most popular strawberry tiramisu. It cost a little over 500 yen. It didn't have a bitter taste, and didn't really feel like tiramisu, but I could taste the richness of the cheese and the juiciness of the strawberry, which was delicious. I would like to try the regular tiramisu as well.

Tiramisu tends to fall apart, so it's hard to take a picture. Surprisingly light and not too rich, even family members who don't like heavy cheese desserts enjoyed it.

Umeda Hankyu's store with relatively low ratings. Tired of the incredibly long lines at other stores, I decided to try this one. Hmm, it's actually delicious! The taste is just as good as other stores. It's a hidden gem! The whole cake I bought had a thin layer of white chocolate on top. It can be tricky if you don't know about it, as it's hard to cut neatly (lol). I wish they would mention "contains a layer of chocolate" so people are aware (lol). Regardless of the chocolate layer, I feel like the cake tends to tilt after cutting. Could this be why the ratings are low? It's good to add unique features, but it's important to make sure they are well-received.
