I glanced at the incredibly long line forming at the Kogane-chan and decided to go to the Temujin Parental Street store. This store is always empty when I go. When I go to other stores, they are usually quite crowded. I ordered a rock potato shochu and enjoyed the usual Hakata dumplings, vinegar motsu, grilled offal, and dumplings. The taste is consistently delicious.

Marufuku Inn unexpectedly closed for the day, so we decided to try Temujin for dinner. There are plenty of dumpling restaurants around, but tonight we were in the mood for something special. The dumplings were small, sweet, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. We tried vinegar tripe, kimchi tripe, garlic chive and egg, and got to enjoy all the flavors we were craving from Fukuoka. The shochu went down smoothly. It was our first time at this restaurant on Oyafukodori Street, but the cozy atmosphere and friendly service made it a great experience.

As always, this is a great restaurant. Cheap, delicious, and fast. It's a well-rounded place. Cheers to the triple crown. It was a fun night chatting with friends. Dumplings are so tasty, right? That sense of security. Thank you for the meal. I will visit again.

I was looking for an izakaya at the end of the year, but the ones where you can smoke were all full. I took a chance and went in, and to my surprise, it was empty. I hadn't been there in years! It's so nice to find an izakaya where you can smoke! The gyoza at Temujin is incredibly delicious! Personally, I might like it more than Omasa... Also, the stir-fried offal and boiled dumplings are all delicious! And the speed of service is fast, which is great! It's cheap, fast, and delicious... no complaints. Definitely going back. I recommend it to smokers!

I visited Temujin for the first time at the Oyatomitaka Street location. It was a Sunday evening around 6 pm, with one regular customer at the counter. Later on, more customers arrived in larger groups, making the place quite lively. We were told to choose any seat we liked, so we initially sat at a table but later moved to the counter. The space was quite large, so we couldn't see where they were cooking the dumplings (laughs). We started with a toast, with a drink similar to Akadama Punch. I can't remember the name of it. My companion had a highball, served in a unique shaped glass that seemed to hold more than a regular highball glass.
- Pork Kimchi: I usually order this when it's on the menu, and this time was no exception. The kimchi was tasty, and the pork ratio was good. Delicious!
- Beef Tongue Tan: Sliced slightly thicker, seasoned with salt and pepper. It had a good chewy texture and was quite enjoyable.
- Grilled Dumplings (10 pieces): These dumplings were a different type compared to the usual crispy or chewy ones. They were soft and easy to eat, though lacked a bit of bite. They also had a unique red-colored yuzu pepper, which added a different twist to the flavor. The staff consisted of an older gentleman who seemed to be the owner and three young Nepalese girls. When they weren't busy, they were snacking or playing on their phones in the back (laughs). They managed their work well and seemed comfortable with the relaxed atmosphere. I wonder if the menu is similar at other branches of Temujin. The Daimyo branch has high ratings on Tabelog, so I'm curious if there are any differences. I'll have to visit another branch of Temujin next time. Thank you for the meal.

There is a shop on the basement floor of the building at the entrance of the Oyakoukou shopping street. When it comes to Hakata, one-bite gyoza is also famous, right? There was also a shop near Nishitetsu Hirao Station, but I never got the chance to go. So this time, it was my first time trying "Temujin" and also my first time having one-bite gyoza. I went down the stairs to try the Gyoza set meal (780 yen including tax). There are counter seats, table seats, and tatami seats, and families and smokers can also enjoy. The set meal includes 10 one-bite gyoza, cold tofu, rice, egg soup, and pickles - a simple combination. The one-bite gyoza, eaten with vinegar soy sauce, had soft and tender skin, and the filling had a homemade feel to it. The garlic flavor was strong, giving it an old-fashioned taste. It's delicious and goes well with beer or rice, but if you opt for the set meal, it's small and you might want to eat another 10 pieces. The cold tofu and other items were just average. Maybe it's not worth coming just for this, but if you choose the set meal, you might want a bit more volume. For example, adding a small side dish. If there's a chance, I'd like to enjoy it with alcohol next time. Thank you for the meal!

Gourmet in Hakata, the last of the Heisei era. For the second stop, we went to Temujin for some bite-sized dumplings. When we mentioned that we wanted to eat dumplings, my husband's mother recommended Temujin, saying it was delicious, so we headed there since it was nearby. Since we also wanted to eat ramen later, the three of us ordered a modest amount of 20 pan-fried dumplings and chicken wings. The chicken wings were a combination of wing tips and drumettes in a salty and delicious flavor. The pan-fried dumplings had a soft texture rather than a crispy one, with plenty of meat and a strong flavor. They didn't have the typical crunchy texture of potstickers, but this made them not feel greasy, allowing us to eat as many as we wanted. I really love these dumplings^^* Honestly, I want to eat about 20 more, but I'll have to wait until next time... Thank you for the meal!

I chose Temujin's bite-sized dumplings as the first stop for the night in Hakata. The night before a holiday, the restaurant was bustling with office workers. The bite-sized dumplings contain meat but are not too heavy, making them easy to eat. A serving is ten pieces, but they disappeared in an instant. I wanted to try the popular steamed dumplings as well, but this time I opted for boiled dumplings. I love the smooth texture of dumplings sliding down my throat. I only had dumplings this time, but I would like to try other dishes when I visit again.

The menu is not extensive, but I thoroughly enjoyed the vinegar tripe and dumplings. The dumplings are small and not heavy, so you can eat them even when you're full. It's a perfect place for a second round!

I went to this restaurant because it's close to my house. It's about a 7-minute walk from Tenjin Station on the subway airport line, right at the entrance of Oyako-dori. Overall, it's cheap and the specialty here is gyoza, so that's all I ate. I also had a highball. There were a lot of people who had just finished work, so it seems like a good place for company gatherings. The taste is on the strong side, but it goes well with alcohol. It's better for a short, casual visit rather than a long one. It's just right for me to spend a little time here.
