We went as a couple and it cost 7,730 yen. We had 2 iced teas, salted tongue, bone-in kalbi, harami, liver, kakuteki, raw liver, rice, and large cold noodles. The raw liver was very delicious, and I think there was garlic in the sauce. The sauce had a taste that I liked. The salted tongue is quite large, but it's 3 slices per serving. When going with a large group, I think it's better to order multiple servings. A small salad was served as a complimentary service. The food was filling, tasty, and reasonably priced, making it easy to visit. The proprietress? is a talkative person, I guess? She didn't chat with us, but she was talking to the regular customers who were there. It's not the kind of place where she talks to everyone, so it may not be suitable for those who don't like hearing insider jokes. If you become friends, I think it's a place where you can easily go alone.

I feel like there are many yakiniku restaurants in Josenjo that are loved by the locals. This place is also like that! The feature is that the meat is cut into large pieces. It's fun to cut it with scissors... (^^)v

I returned to Osaka after 10 years and visited this restaurant with my wife for the first time. It is popular among families in the area, and today there was an elderly couple and two families dining. We had various cuts of meat including salted beef tongue, harami, top mino, wagyu loin, heart, tsurami, tecchan, and kuppe, along with rice and kimchi. Everything was delicious, especially the heart and tsurami. The texture and flavor of the offal dishes were excellent. We finished with kuppe for my wife and rice with kimchi for me. We enjoyed the meal like students, eating heartily and were very satisfied. The total cost for two people was 8,700 yen, which is reasonable. Thank you for the delicious meal!

"Ruien" is always crowded and I've been to "Aburi" twice already, so I decided to look for a different restaurant nearby. There were two groups of customers before me, but one group left soon after. I ordered a large draft beer, Super Dry, for ¥750. It's a pleasure to be able to drink without any hesitation. I also ordered Namul for ¥450 as a snack, which consisted of daikon, fern, bean sprouts, and spinach with different seasonings. I particularly liked the seasoning on the spinach. Next, I received raw liver for ¥600, which had a spicy and stimulating Cho-jang sauce, perfect for summer. Then, I was served salted tongue for ¥950 and salted harami for ¥950. I grilled each piece of tongue with white sesame seeds and green onions on top. Despite being under ¥1000, the quality of the meat was excellent. However, the harami did not meet my expectations. While the landlady was chatting about golf with regular customers, I took the opportunity to order another large draft beer. I then tried the hormone dishes, which included upper tripe and teppanyaki-style meat. Both had standard flavors. I used to order premium cuts of meat here, but lately I find myself reaching my limit quickly. After finishing the meat, I was served cold tea in a 2-liter bottle. For dessert, I had cold noodles with toppings like char siu, kimchi, shredded egg, green onions, oranges, and cucumbers. It was a refreshing way to end the meal. Thank you for the feast.

Today was the last day for raw liver at the restaurant. It seemed like there was a rush of customers due to this special occasion, as all the places I usually go to for yakiniku were full. However, by chance, I happened to pass by and peeked inside, and luckily there was one table available! Was it a coincidence? Fate? Either way, I managed to get my hands on the raw liver on the last day. The restaurant had a traditional interior layout with a central aisle, tatami seating on the left side, and tables on the right side. It had a homely atmosphere, with mostly local families as customers, including many with children. The meat menu included tongue, loin, kalbi, pork belly, harami, and various types of offal such as akasen, senmai, tzurami, and more. I enjoyed the raw liver, thick salted tongue, and special loin. The quality of the meat was surprisingly high for the price. We ordered more meat, had some drinks, and finished off with soup. We ended up spending around 10,000 yen for two people, which is quite reasonable for a yakiniku meal. Overall, I was satisfied with the cost-performance ratio and look forward to trying the harami next time.

The meat was delicious, but the auntie's customer service was not very friendly. She warmed up a bit after we placed our order, but why do customers have to be the ones making the effort? (´`:)
