We tried the authentic kaiseki Bettei course, which included dishes like homemade cream cheese tofu topped with sea urchin, seasonal appetizers, a simmered dish with matsutake mushrooms and crab, assorted sashimi, steamed abalone and seared mackerel sushi, grilled fish with sake lees, seasonal wagyu beef, seasonal vegetable dish, Echizen grated radish soba, and sake lees pudding for dessert. Each dish was elegantly presented and the portion sizes were just right. The course also included a variety of Hokuriku sake options. It's a great place to enjoy high-quality Japanese cuisine and sake from the region.

Today, I visited "Hareya Bettei" in Kitashinchi. I really liked the calm and traditional atmosphere of the restaurant. It is a recommended place to visit with colleagues, partners, or friends. The dishes I had today were: - Matcha tofu - 3 kinds of obanzai (side dishes) - Oshiruko (soup with simmered ingredients) - Assorted sashimi of seasonal fish - Steamed abalone and seared mackerel sushi - Wagyu beef dish - Recommended dish of Hareya Bettei - Echizen grated soba - Dessert The matcha tofu I had at the beginning had a unique texture that I had never experienced before. The combination of matcha flavor, shrimp, avocado, and wasabi was excellent. The oshiruko was delicious, allowing me to fully enjoy the aroma and taste of matsutake mushrooms. The assorted sashimi had rich amberjack fat and brought a smile to my face with each bite. The steamed abalone and seared mackerel sushi were so luxurious that it almost felt wasteful to eat them, with an elegant taste that spread in my mouth as I savored it. The recommended dish of Hareya Bettei, with octopus and eggplant topped with special jelly, was cool and refreshing, perfect for summer. The dishes at Hareya Bettei paired well with sake, making it a great place for sake lovers. Both the taste of the food and the service from the staff left me fully satisfied. We decided to visit this restaurant as we wanted to have a refined Japanese meal in Kita-Shinchi. The underground area in Umeda can be confusing, with so many exits. After a bit of a scramble, we managed to find our way and it was only a 2-minute walk from Kita-Shinchi station, passing through the Dojima underground shopping street. We ordered the Hareya course for 9800 yen, which included a selection of dishes such as grilled sea bream, simmered sweet potatoes, mozuku jelly, and bay scallops. The sake pairing with the course was excellent, especially the Kuro Ryu. The private room was clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The dishes were delicious, with highlights being the sweet shrimp salted roe and the marinated mackerel. The sushi and roast beef were also outstanding. We ended the meal with Echizen soba and a sake lees pudding with black honey. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience with great food and hospitality.

I went to Hareya Bektei in Kitashinchi! The access was great, just a short walk from Kitashinchi Station! There was a large fish tank at the entrance of the restaurant with crabs in it! Just thinking about eating them was exciting. From appetizers to crab sashimi, crab vinegar, grilled crab shell, crab sukiyaki, and dessert, the meal was full of volume! Even as a guy, my stomach was completely full! The crabs during this season are so delicious! I usually only eat them in the winter, but I think crabs during this time are also great. If you want to eat crab in Kitashinchi, this is the place to go! Thank you for the delicious meal!

We enjoyed a course in a calm atmosphere mainly in private rooms. It's great for dates or anniversaries! Family and I visited for the first time. We ordered the live snow crab course, which seemed like we were in Hokuriku enjoying authentic crab. The main dish was crab sukiyaki, but from the appetizers to the tempura... various dishes were served, each using crab. It was a menu structure that crab lovers would be happy with. Seasonal appetizer platter Sashimi (crab) Crab vinegar - The gentle vinegar paired well with the crab Crab tempura with seasonal vegetable tempura Steamed crab shell rice And then, the crab hot pot arrived! It was a huge portion. There was also a wide variety of alcohol options, making it a place where even those who enjoy drinking can have a good time. The amount of food made me wonder if I could finish it all! The taste was great, and the service was good too. The private rooms allowed us to relax, and the entire restaurant had a sense of cleanliness. If my wallet allows, I would love to visit this place again and again.

In Kitashinchi, there is a place where you can enjoy delicious Echizen crab. The course menu includes crab sashimi, crab vinegar, crab tempura, grilled crab shell, crab hot pot, and crab porridge - all featuring snow crab. The variety of crab dishes was amazing and everything was incredibly delicious. I was very satisfied!
