The shop is located about a 5-minute walk from Daido Toyosato Station on the Tanimachi Line. There is a parking lot next to the store, which was convenient. I picked up the cake I had reserved and brought it home. The Children's Day Decoration 5-size Fresh Chocolate Type (3456 yen including tax) had a white chocolate birthday plate with strawberries, gold-shaped sugar, and bear-shaped chocolates on top. It was delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. The birthday cake in the fresh chocolate type was also great. Inside the helmet were chocolate sweets and decorations of carp streamers. Due to the season, there were many strawberry cakes available. There are two types of strawberry shortcakes, the square Special Shortcake with a fluffy sponge, and the triangular Strawberry Shortcake with a moist sponge. It's great that you can choose according to your preference. The Strawberry Shortcake for ¥320 was decorated with bright red strawberries and pistachios. The moist sponge and whipped cream made it a very delicious shortcake. The Nasu Nourishing Egg Custard Pudding for ¥200 is made from eggs of chickens fed with seaweed, mugwort, paprika, marigold, etc., resulting in a colorful and rich pudding with a slightly orange hue. It has a rich egg flavor and is a delicious pudding. There were also strawberry tarts, strawberry and pistachio mousse cakes, mille-feuille, and chocolate cakes available. The main store also offers discounted cookies and pound cake slices, which are perfect for enjoying at home. All of their baked goods are delicious, especially the lemon cake. Personally, I find their Bavarois a bit heavy, but everything else is top-notch for the price. The store near the station is always crowded, so it's more convenient to visit the main store with parking available. If they are out of stock, they will also hold items for you at either store.

This is a small French bakery that feels almost like the main store. The founder has been seen a few times. When Mr. Battera came out of the store, he deeply bowed his head and said thank you. There seems to be a residence next to the entrance of the store. The creme brulee is 300 yen and they will even caramelize it for you. For birthday cakes, they give you a single flower as a present. If you make a membership card for 100 yen, you get a 10% discount. It has an old-fashioned atmosphere, but the taste is like a modern cake shop. It's more of a good value store.

According to the shop's website, this is the second store, but it seems like the original birthplace as there used to be a confectionery factory before the opening of the first store in Juso. The number of products here seems to be fewer than at the Juso store, but the store itself is more spacious. There are customers coming in regularly, but not as many as at the Juso store, so you can relax and look at the products. Sometimes you may have to wait in line when it's busy, but usually you can proceed to the register smoothly. The sweets made in the back workshop, especially the cakes, are visually appealing, fresh, and delicious. It's great to be able to eat cakes of this quality for around 300-400 yen. There are also many seasonal products, so it's hard to take your eyes off them. If you make a point card, you can get a 10% discount for the first 5 uses. Additionally, you earn 1 point for every 100 yen spent, and when you accumulate 100 points, you receive a 500 yen discount coupon. I finally got my first 500 yen coupon the other day. I may be going to buy sweets too often, but it's unavoidable because they are so delicious.

I will never forget the shock when I first encountered the chocolate terrine at Takashimaya three years ago! The chocolate terrine here is incredibly rich, almost addictive, yet with a pleasant aftertaste. It's a recommended item. I'm really happy that they sell it by the slice.

The Harukas Tower underground 1st floor, Space 1st floor, is hosting a pop-up shop until Tuesday, June 1st. The display case is filled with sparkling cakes. On the left side of the two display cases, there are cakes made with half and whole melons, which look magnificent. Among them, I chose the Red Ball made with half a red-fleshed melon for ¥1,700. There is also the Green Ball made with half a green-fleshed melon for ¥1,700, and the Whole Musk Melon for ¥3,780. The whole melon is hollowed out and filled with plenty of fruit on top, decorated with cherries, blueberries, and crushed jelly. In the bottom half of the melon, there is a combination of vanilla, banana, orange, pineapple, strawberry, nata de coco, and melon jelly, providing a satisfying eating experience. Delicious.

I received some obligatory Valentine's Day chocolate, and when I opened it, I found a large package with some pretty unique and extravagant chocolate decorations inside.
