The Gâteau au Beurre and Soufflé au Beurre were delicious when heated in the microwave, melting the butter on top. The Galette, Financier, and Millefeuille all had a nice buttery aroma and tasted delicious. The Boule, this time I chose Maple Walnut, was amazing. It was very light and delicious because it uses grass-fed butter. It is located on the basement floor of Daimaru Umeda store. The design of the boxes and paper bags is also lovely, making it a great souvenir.

Gâteau et Beurre ¥324 Soufflé et Beurre Chocolat ¥324 This is a shop in the Gochipara section of Daimaru Umeda that specializes in butter-based pastries. I was having trouble deciding what to buy when the shopkeeper generously offered me a sample of Millefeuille et Beurre (a high-end version of home pie)! It was priced at ¥648 for 4 pieces. It was deliciously crispy, but I preferred Sabrina's pie, so I didn't purchase it. Sorry! I ended up buying the Soufflé et Beurre and Gâteau et Beurre. The soufflé uses butter from Belgium, while the gâteau uses fermented butter from Hokkaido in the dough. Both have Belgian fermented butter on top. These are luxurious pastries. I warmed them up a bit in the microwave at home. The gâteau was a slightly warm baked cake with a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture. The soufflé, on the other hand, became more like a cream due to being warmed too much. Sorry soufflé, even though you turned into cream, you were still delicious. Thank you for the meal. I must make a comeback for this...

I went at 10 am on a weekday ☆ Despite the opening time, there were other customers as well ( ´∀｀ )b ☆ Baked sweets, Mille-feuille au beurre, Galette au beurre, Financier au beurre ☆ Fresh sweets, Gateau au beurre plain, Gateau au beurre chocolate, Souffle au beurre plain, Souffle au beurre chocolate, Boule (mixed fruits) were tried ☆ Mille-feuille au beurre was crispy and had a subtle sweetness in the buttery flavor, which I personally liked. The Galette and Financier were large, so one was very satisfying as a snack or to bring to work!! The Gateau had a firm texture, and the Souffle was soft and smooth (* ´ ▽ ` *) Personally, I found that eating the plain with melted butter and the chocolate without melting the butter was more delicious ☆ I had the Boule on crackers for a weekend brunch, and the mixed fruits added just the right amount of sweetness, making it easy to enjoy without feeling heavy from the butter ☆ Fruit lovers will love it (*^^*) The box is super cute, so it's sure to be a hit as a gift! I tried various sweets and they were all delicious. I can't do without my coffee ☕️. Even though it's a new store, the sweets were really good and the location in the basement of Osaka Daimaru is convenient. It seems like it will become popular in the future. The packaging is cute and luxurious, so it seems versatile for souvenirs or gifts.

Each sweet is made using a method that brings out the unique characteristics of the butter, allowing you to savor the depth of flavor of the butter. The one I tried and enjoyed this time was the fresh sweet Gâteau au Beurre and Soufflé au Beurre. When you warm them in the microwave to melt the butter before eating, the butter seeps into the dough, making it soft and fluffy, creating a blissful moment! (laughs) The baked goods, Millefeuille au Beurre, Galette au Beurre, and Financier au Beurre, were all incredibly delicious! The Financier had a strong buttery taste, and it soaked through so well that it made my mouth water! The Galette had condensed milk cream inside, and when warmed up, the cream melted, creating a new sensation of Galette! Crispy and creamy! And the butter! This butter comes in four flavors made with grass-fed butter! This time, I tried spreading the chocolate flavor on bread and eating it! The richness of the butter and the subtle sweetness of the chocolate paired perfectly with the bread! It's dangerous (laughs) These sweets, which are sure to be well received as gifts for friends who love to eat, were all wonderful! I received this as a souvenir. It had a very strong buttery taste (or rather, it was cooked with butter and eaten, haha) and was delicious. However, considering the price, it was a bit small and I finished it quickly, so I wish it had better cost performance.

I was just at Daimaru Umeda Department Store. I was curious about this newly opened shop, so I decided to stop by. They let me sample the Ebourre Millefeuille cookies first. They were quite delicious, so I ended up buying a pack of 3 each of Galette and Financier. I used my Daimaru Matsuzakaya shareholder discount card for a 10% discount, and then paid with a department store gift card, so it was a good deal. When I got home and tried them, the Financier tasted as I expected, but it was quite tasty. The Galette, with French fermented butter, was even more delicious. I look forward to trying different items next time.

I heard about a sweets shop that uses French fermented butter and New Zealand something butter, so I went there full of curiosity. I had a galette. The surface was shiny and had a good buttery aroma, it was delicious.

I received a gift of 4 pieces of Millefeuille Ébourrée, 3 pieces of Galette Ébourrée, and 3 pieces of Financier Ébourrée. They all came in cute packaging, perfect for enjoying at home or as souvenirs. Despite their small size, they all had rich flavors and were delicious. I was satisfied.
