■Opened in November 2021, this hidden gem cafe offers soups, potages, and baked goods from early in the morning. I initially thought it was a soup-focused establishment, but when I heard from an acquaintance that they also serve cheesecake, I knew I had to go try it. In addition to their signature cheesecake, they also offer limited-time parfaits and gluten-free chocolate terrine for those with a sweet tooth.■Order (tax included)✔Okashi Na Cheesecake 600 yenTopped with nuts that have a hint of cheese and black pepper. I pondered why it's called "Okashi Na Cheesecake," and my guess is that it comes from the association of "nuts = sweets," "Na = +," and "cheesecake." The slightly rare texture of the cake, with a surface that isn't as bitter as it looks, had a good balance with the cheese. The accompanying nuts, spiced with black pepper, complemented the cheesecake with a mix of spiciness and sweetness from honey.✔Charcoal Roasted Cafe au Lait 600 yenA unique cafe au lait with the smoky aroma of charcoal and the flavor of coffee beans.■Store Information・Access: Approximately a 4-minute walk from Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and Yotsubashi Line・Business Hours: Tue-Fri 11:00-20:00 (L.O. 19:30), Sat-Sun-Holidays 9:00-18:00 (L.O. 17:30)・Regular Holiday: Monday, irregular holidays・Seating: Table seating・Parking: None (Coin parking available nearby)・Wi-Fi: Not available・Power Outlets: Not available

Cute and stylish cafe. The overall atmosphere is clean and has a sense of cleanliness! Even though the parfait is from 1 pm, I was allowed to enter 10 minutes early, which was much appreciated on this hot and humid day. The parfait made by women is delicate and beautiful in appearance! Even though I'm not a big fan of cherries, the cherry wasn't too sweet and was delicious. Even though it's a mini parfait, it costs 1,100 yen, so I guess it's made with high-quality cherries (laughs). It gives off the impression of being a cafe that women would enjoy!

During a break from work, I found this quaint two-story shop run by two women in a back alley. Intrigued by the name, I decided to try it out. As a soup lover, I chose the LIGHT SOUP SET. I was craving shrimp bisque, so I went for that. The soup was filled with small pieces of shrimp and other ingredients, and it tasted delicious! It was piping hot and stayed warm until the last sip, which was delightful. The salad had fruits in it, and I think there was dressing on it. The simple seasoning with a hint of salt was perfect for me. The quiche and bread that came with it made the set very generous, and I left feeling satisfied. The atmosphere was very calming. I'm looking forward to trying their desserts next time! ☺️

Arrived 2 minutes before opening on Sunday. Already 2 groups were lined up. Entered and chose a favorite seat. There are 2 seats on the 1st floor and 5 seats on the middle 2nd floor, and this time I chose a seat by the wall on the middle 2nd floor. Orders are taken at the table, and payment is made at the counter on the 1st floor at the end. This time, I ordered these 2 items: - Charcoal Roasted Cafe au Lait Iced (550 yen) - Okashi Na Cheesecake (600 yen) It was brought 25 minutes after ordering. I only ordered dessert because I was short on time, but it seems that soup sets are given priority... the waiting time was a bit long. However, it's nice that dessert menu can be ordered all day from the morning. The cheesecake comes with cheese-flavored nuts instead of ice cream or whipped cream! The cheesecake also has a strong cheese flavor, so you can enjoy the combination of cheese x cheese. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which left a good impression. I would like to visit again next time when I have more time to enjoy the soup set leisurely.

I visited at 09:20 in the morning. There were 2 customers before me and 0.2 customers after me. I sat at table 0.2F. I had the "Strange Soup" breakfast. It came with pain bread and a salad with plenty of seasonal vegetables. The soup was Crème Vichyssoise Glacée, which despite being cold, had a rich potato flavor. It was a bit salty, maybe because it's summer.

I visited at 09:30 in the morning. There were 2 customers before me and no customers after me. The WiFi was working well today, so I was able to relax. Today's soup was herb chicken meatball with green vegetables and sticky rice. It had a rich flavor and even included small sticky rice balls in the soup.

I visited the restaurant at 09:30 in the morning while it was raining. Because of the rain, I am taking it easy. For breakfast: - Vegetable potage: cauliflower and cheddar cheese gratin potage. It actually tasted more like potato than cauliflower... It was hot and really warmed me up. They are open during Golden Week so I will come back again. The WiFi here and the free WiFi were not working well at all, so I couldn't check on Tabelog and had to use my mobile instead.

This is a soup shop located south of Honmachi Station, between Yotsubashi Street and the Hanshin Expressway. The Meal Soup is a set of soup with plenty of ingredients and rice, with the contents changing seasonally. During this time, it was shrimp bisque with cabbage rolls and barley rice for 1100 yen. You can check the seasonal menu on Instagram. Additionally, you can add a mini dessert for an extra 350 yen, and this time it was a sakura jelly rare cheesecake. The cute rare cheesecake with jelly on top is served with cute ice cream and sliced strawberries.

I visited at 09:25 in the morning. Open on weekends and holidays from 09:00. I'm happy. One customer was already there. After me, there was one customer at a table for one and two customers at a table for two. On the 1st floor, there are two seats at the counter and on the 2nd floor, I was seated at a table with options for 2, 2, 2, 1, and 1. If you lower the roll curtain, it can become a private room. The WiFi connection was perfect. I had the breakfast set of vegetable potage soup with new onion, walnut, bacon, croutons, bread, and plenty of seasonal vegetables. The potage was carefully made and my body felt happy. It would be nice if they also had morning service on weekdays. The desserts looked delicious too. If I didn't have other plans, I would have tried the dessert as well. I'll visit again next time.

Soup specialty store, but the parfaits are also popular and the store is always full of women. I had borscht for lunch on my first visit, which was very delicious, so I visited again. This time, I had shrimp bisque, stuffed cabbage, and strawberry parfait. They were all colorful and very delicious. The soups are not just visually appealing, but also substantial enough to be a main dish. The strawberry parfait had plenty of strawberries. The coffee we ordered was also delicious, so we visit regularly. It can get crowded during lunchtime, but I highly recommend this restaurant.

After having breakfast, I wandered around. I remembered seeing a cafe around here on Instagram...and then I spotted the sign! I turned the corner and found the shop. I was interested in their weekend special, but I already had breakfast so I couldn't eat that much. I was contemplating while looking at the menu outside the shop when a staff member came out and kindly explained everything to me, so I decided to go inside. Should I go for the cake...but the strawberry parfait on the front page looks so tempting. I ordered the Winter Parfait II for 1400 yen. It was still early so there weren't many people, making it a comfortable experience. The parfait arrived! It was so cute with caramelized chiffon surrounding sliced strawberries like petals. Under the chiffon, there was pistachio cream, homemade granola, berry ice cream, honey jelly, all layered beautifully. The chiffon was a bit firm, maybe intentional, with the center frozen. The pistachio cream had a grey color, probably due to no artificial coloring, and had a nice pistachio flavor. The granola was crunchy and fragrant. Finally, the berry ice cream and honey jelly were light and refreshing. It was a soothing experience in a stylish space with soft music playing in the background. Thank you for the meal!

I came across a newly opened soup shop that I had seen before. When I was trying to remember where it was located, I ended up at a different soup shop, Okashi Nasoup. This shop offers a combination of soups and sweets, which is a lovely concept, and it is conveniently located near the gym I go to. I had some time to spare before my workout, so I decided to stop by for lunch. The shop is tucked away in a narrow alley, making it hard to find from the main street. The interior is also unique, with the main open kitchen on the first floor leading up to a cozy attic-like space on the second floor. I only ordered a parfait this time since I was short on time. I tried the Winter Parfait II, which featured strawberries, mascarpone cream, rum ganache, pistachio cream, berry ice cream, homemade granola, honey, and chamomile jelly. While the parfait was well put together, I personally felt that it lacked a bit of acidity and freshness, especially with the heavy texture of the shibust. The price of the parfait was reasonable at ¥1,400, but the special lunch set that includes both soup and dessert seemed a bit pricey at ¥2,300. The cakes looked delicious, so I think they would be better enjoyed as individual items rather than part of a set. It feels like a missed opportunity to fully showcase the unique concept of combining soup and sweets. Nevertheless, I look forward to seeing how they develop their menu in the future.

Last November, a dessert cafe called Okashi Nasoup opened. They offer seasonal parfaits, cakes, and soup lunches. I fell in love with their cream tart at first sight. It looks like a Mont Blanc at first glance! I visited around 11:30 am on a weekday. There were no guests for a while. Closer to 12 pm, a few groups came in for lunch. It's an office area, so it's to be expected. I was seated on the second floor. There were quite a few seats once you include the ones behind the curtains. The atmosphere had a bit of an attic feel, but it was cute and not cramped at all. I could sense the good taste in the small decorations. I ordered: - Cream Tart (650 yen): The wavy cream was mascarpone, not too sweet, and there was plenty of it. Delicious! It was completely different from chestnut Mont Blanc. Inside, there were large meringues and custard. I would definitely want to come back for this. - Apple Crumble Tart (550 yen): I asked about the seasonal dessert on the cake menu, and this was it. I love crumble tarts, so I ordered it. The apples were cut large and plentiful. The cream on the side was gently sweet, enhancing the deliciousness when dipped. I saw that the seasonal parfait was a strawberry parfait with my favorite pistachio and Shibust on top. I wish I could just eat the top part. By the way, the reason the "na" in Okashi Na Soup is in katakana is because it signifies a plus sign. Okashi (sweets) + Soup = Okashi Nasoup, with the "na" being the plus. Thank you for the meal.

On that day, it seemed like everything else was sold out except for borscht. So, I ordered the borscht. Both the borscht and the side dish had potatoes. There were a lot of potatoes in the meal, haha.
