Therefore, the sponge is made firmer with less eggs, and the cream is a butter cream that does not easily melt. The following is the impression when I tried it refrigerated. First, I cut it with a knife, but it is quite hard and firm. When I try to serve it on a plate, the choux pastry is sticky and hard. It's not easy to cut through it crisply.
