Good evening! Today's dinner is yakiniku! Lately, I've been eating a lot of meat (*´∀`*) A friend who loves meat, Mr. A... Isshou, Kitashinchi, Rikyu. The restaurant is located on Eiraku Street, about a 3-minute walk from Kitashinchi Station. The interior of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere with private rooms and sunken kotatsu tables. We started with napa cabbage kimchi, kakuteki, cucumber kimchi, and cabbage. The thick-cut salted tongue was tender and delicious. The tables had two sunken kotatsu, and Mr. A kindly cooked the meat for everyone at one table and served it on plates. Convenient and no smoke! Is it okay for someone like me to receive such treatment? We then had Ichibo and Misuji, which had a good texture and rich flavor. I started craving rice. We also had namul, a refreshing cucumber and onion salad. Vegetables are essential for yakiniku! We tried the rare white senmai, which is skinless and mild in flavor. Unfortunately, I am not a fan, but I managed to eat a bite. However, I found the sweet and sour sauce a bit challenging. The roast beef yukhoe with egg was a favorite among everyone. The low-temperature cooking method locks in the flavor, making it delicious. After beer, Y-chan selected a Chablis, which we enjoyed with our meal. We also had Hormone and Upper Mino, which had a good chewy texture and a delicious sauce. The Upper Mino was especially tasty. The restaurant sources A4 grade or higher black wagyu beef from various regions in Kyushu and cuts it to order. The Black Wagyu seared sushi was a delight, topped with onion slices and a special soy sauce. Next, we had the special Chateaubriand, the most tender part of the beef, with a perfect balance of marbling and lean meat. It was elegant and had a subtle sweetness. We enjoyed it with wasabi on top. Lastly, we had Morioka reimen, a cold noodle dish with a Japanese-style bonito broth. The chewy noodles were delicious, and the Korean seaweed on top added a nice touch. We also ordered two different types of shime, including Kuppa, which was a warm soup with fluffy egg. It was gentle on the stomach and delicious. I apologize for forgetting to take many photos this time. There were also red meat comparisons and various rare cuts available due to the one-whole purchase, making it an enjoyable dining experience. The private sunken kotatsu rooms allowed us to dine comfortably. Thank you for the delicious meal! Thank you, gentlemen!
