When it comes to Korean cuisine, the first thing that comes to mind is UFO Chicken, right? Everyone loves the one with cheese on top! But this place is different. The main dishes here are Clam Pork Belly, Samgyupsal, and Budae Jjigae! You can enjoy hot pot here! This time, I ordered the Clam Pork Belly, which I've never seen before. It's packed with pork, beef, clams, and vegetables! The taste is quite sweet, almost like sweet and sour! It's delicious even when dipped in egg, like sukiyaki. If you like spicy food, you can also add extra spice. You can also add cheese, but I decided not to. For the finishing touch, I added cold noodles to the hot noodles. Honestly, it was quite impressive! Next time, I want to try the Samgyupsal, which is different from others. Usually, the excess fat is drained off while cooking, but here, the fat is intentionally left at the bottom of the pot, allowing the hormones and vegetables to be cooked in it! You can enjoy all the flavors of pork. I also tried the Korean-style takoyaki, which is like takoyaki-shaped chijimi! There are three flavors, but I like the snow salt the best. A lot of side dishes are served, giving a Korean-style atmosphere that you wouldn't find in neon-lit Korean restaurants. If you're interested in Korean culture, definitely give it a try! ❤️
