Today, I met up with a friend I hadn't seen in a while and we watched a movie before having lunch. While strolling around Namba Parks, we found a nice-looking restaurant and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere inside was open and spacious, with a view of the outside, and the seats were comfortable with sofas and chairs. The overall vibe was foreign and stylish, creating a relaxing space. I personally really liked the atmosphere. For lunch, I had the "Sauce Loco Moco Vegetable Lunch Set" and my friend had the "Daily Pasta Set (mushroom and vegetable Japanese-style sauce on this day)", both were just the right amount for lunch and reasonably priced at around ¥1000. If you're planning a movie date or a leisurely lunch at Namba Parks, this place is worth a visit. Thank you for the meal!

It was a cafe time, but I was able to enter without waiting. The interior was surprisingly spacious, with various seating options like sofa seats and table seats. There were many groups of women having girls' nights out or mom meetups in the large sofa seats (recommended for those with kids ✨️). The table seats had many couples, and I also saw a few solo male customers, so it seems to attract a wide range of customers. *For large groups, it's better to make a reservation! The sofa seats were all reserved signs. Orders are placed by scanning a QR code. I ordered the following: - Hazelnut Latte (iced) - Caramel Latte (hot) The hot latte had a cute heart latte art ♥️ The Hazelnut Latte had a fluffy whip on top and a gentle sweetness. I thought the prices were a bit high, but I was able to relax on the fluffy sofa seats, so it might be worth it compared to crowded, cramped cafes. There were also delicious-looking food menu items...!

I usually use this place during the day. It's quiet, has wifi, and the seats are comfortable, but the food is not delicious... When I ordered pizza for lunch, it came with soup. The surface of the pizza had a burnt crust, but the dough was undercooked and chewy. The toppings had a chewy mozzarella cheese that felt like bubble gum, making it more like a bubble gum than a pizza. I also ordered pie for dessert, but it was just a baked pie crust with a little custard and frozen berries on top, lacking flavor. The size was big, but eating just the pie (tasteless) wasn't very enjoyable. The set with pizza, soup, dessert pie, and coffee for 2000 yen seemed cheap, but after eating, I felt like it was not worth the 2000 yen.

The pattern was to scan the QR code and order from the smartphone, but the UI of the ordering site was so confusing that it was hard to order. Without pictures, it's hard to know what kind of menu it is, and the text doesn't fit in the box, making it difficult to distinguish between different items. Despite being a nice restaurant, I thought it was unnecessary to provide such stress. The food is just okay! It's a bit cold, but I guess that's normal for a cafe! ===========

It's difficult to order from the menu. There is no explanation, they just hand you a paper saying "the ordering method is listed here." The special Demi-glace sauce creamy omelette rice for 1300 yen that I ordered looked amazing when it arrived with its creamy egg and contrast with the ketchup rice. But when I tried it, I was surprised.

The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly, but the dish I ordered (omurice) was surprisingly cold, almost like it wasn't freshly made. I was a bit shocked considering the price of 1300 yen. The taste was good, but I really wanted it to be hot. The pizza we ordered together was warm and delicious.

The menu is limited as it's not a meal-focused cafe, but the chicken nanban is decent. The rice is really delicious, perfectly cooked. Plus, you can have free refills which is great. The coffee is a bit pricey at 550 yen, but considering the location, it's understandable. The atmosphere was excellent!

Loco Moco in large serving (with free upsizing) ☆ It seems that pasta also comes in a large serving for free, along with vegetables and potatoes all on one plate. The atmosphere felt like a café. The rice could be upsized for free, so I chose the large serving to share a bit, but it was a very generous amount of rice. It was so much that I wondered if even the normal serving was already a lot. The interior of the restaurant was stylish with many sofa seats, overall I was satisfied. However, the soup that came with it was surprisingly salty, so that was the only disappointing part.

The food is delicious. The portion size is good and the prices are reasonable. The service speed is faster than expected. However, the staff lacks enthusiasm and motivation. I asked for water, they said they would bring it but it took 5 minutes and it still didn't come. It seems like they forget about you because they are focused on other tasks. They don't pay attention to customers because many staff members have their backs turned. No matter how good the food is, customer service attitude is important.

It was a Saturday and around 5 pm, so it wasn't crowded and we were seated right away without a reservation. The cozy atmosphere made for great conversation, and the food was really delicious!

On my way back, I passed by the restaurant again and noticed they had a beer garden set up on the terrace outside.

The food was decent, but the prices were a bit on the higher side for the portion size. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

We ended up adding more drinks and some potato dishes, and before we knew it, we had been chatting for 4 hours (lol). It's such a cozy and welcoming place.

On a leisurely Sunday, I went to Namba with my daughter to watch a movie and have lunch. For lunch, we decided to try the collaboration menu between Nankai and Sumikkogurashi. We chose to dine at #702 CAFE&DINER Namba Parks store on the 7th floor. Despite its popularity, we only had to wait for about 10 minutes to be seated. However, when we were given a smartphone order paper, my appetite disappeared. I find the whole contactless ordering system to be bothersome and inconvenient, especially since it drains my phone battery quickly. Nevertheless, we ordered the collaboration menu and a dessert plate featuring Sumikkogurashi characters, which my daughter found adorable. The special demi-glace sauce omurice I ordered was delicious, with a thick and creamy texture. The ketchup rice had a spicy kick to it, which was unexpected. Overall, the food was tasty, but there were some aspects of the experience that made me question if it was really necessary. The Sumikkogurashi dessert plate, however, was delightful. It was a satisfying meal.
