きらめきパンチ
The place is in Chuo-ku, Sakurazaka, where "Maison de Yoshida" closed down and was replaced by a casual French restaurant. On weekends and holidays, prices are slightly higher compared to weekdays, but in return, dessert becomes a buffet. On weekends and holidays, there is only one lunch course for 2500 yen. I visited on a Sunday and there were a decent number of customers.
1. Salad with 10 types of vegetables and seasonal fruits, lemon-flavored dressing with persimmons, apples, and pink grapefruits. The salad had very little dressing, almost none, and I found it lacking in flavor. The bread with rock salt was good.
2. Warm cauliflower potage soup with black pepper as an accent, just as I imagined.
3. Pan-fried mackerel with anchovy-flavored cream sauce. The mackerel was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and tender inside. The cream sauce with anchovy was delicious. Under the fish, there were sautéed root vegetables and bacon cooked in white wine, which was also tasty.
4. Charcoal-grilled French duck breast with red wine sauce. The duck breast was overcooked and tough, which was disappointing. The charcoal flavor was good. Under the duck meat, there were lentils and mushrooms as sides.
5. Dessert buffet had a good variety of options, and all of them were delicious. Finally, we had coffee, and my girlfriend ordered a recommended coffee for an extra 150 yen. Comparing the two, my regular coffee had a slightly bitter taste.
