Located north of Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street towards Honmachi, this newly opened restaurant in January was sparkling clean and beautiful. With branches in Fukushima and Esaka, this yakiniku restaurant is highly recommended. They specialize in A5 Wagyu beef at affordable prices, offering high-quality and cost-effective meat. The A5 rank female beef is incredibly tender with a sweet flavor in the fat, making it delicious. The spacious and clean interior offers tables and private rooms. Must-try dishes include the Toro Nikudon Three Sisters for 1,650 yen, A5 Roast Beef for 2,199 yen, Thick-cut Tongue for 1,649 yen, A5 Special Seared Lean Yuke for 1,429 yen, and Grilled Shabu-Shabu for 1,099 yen. Despite the high quality, the prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. I would love to come back for lunch next time. Definitely worth a visit! Recently, there have been many yakiniku restaurants in the Honmachi area within walking distance from Awaza, where my workplace is located. To close out the first half of the year in a relatively busy September, my friend and I decided to have a "thank you for your hard work for the week" gathering at this place that had piqued our interest. Located right in the middle of Shinsaibashi-suji (shopping street), it's a prime location! The bright and clean exterior is inviting, and the spacious entrance makes it easy to enter the restaurant. We had made a reservation in advance for our visit, and on the day of our visit, the restaurant was almost full. There is a counter for solo guests, but most of the seating consists of spacious semi-private table seats. On this particular Friday, there were quite a few groups of 4-6 people. However, there were hardly any young people, so the atmosphere was not too noisy, but rather a calm and lively space. Orders can be placed verbally, but the restaurant primarily uses a touch panel system. The menu items are clearly displayed with images, making it easy to order. Here is what my friend and I ordered: - Fresh Kimchi x2 - Fresh thick-cut liver x2 - Gyujiro assortment x2 - Sukiyaki x2 - Toro meat trio (small bowl with 3 types of meat) x1 - Chisha (Korean-style pancake) x2 We also had a few highballs. The fresh kimchi had a crunchy texture and a refreshing taste that went well with the highballs. The fresh thick-cut liver had a vibrant red color and a smooth texture when grilled on the net. It was easy to eat and paired well with the tangy sauce provided. The Gyujiro assortment, named after the restaurant, included five types of meat such as loin, harami, and teppanyaki. It was a generous portion, but with a price tag of over 5,000 yen, it made quite an impression! We enjoyed the harami and loin with the Chisha. It's always more enjoyable to have some yakiniku once in a while, isn't it? The Toro meat trio was a cute small bowl assortment that lifted our spirits. It mainly consisted of lean cuts of meat, and we enjoyed it with uni, scallops & salmon roe, and egg yolk. It was delicious and fun to eat. The sukiyaki had more marbling than expected. I have been avoiding marbled meat lately, but I heard that beef fat is good for the body. So I have been trying to actively incorporate it into my diet. We lightly seared it and enjoyed it with a rich egg yolk. The meat had a strong flavor, and the egg yolk was rich, so I personally felt that the sauce was a bit unnecessary. It was surprisingly light and tasty. It turned out to be a healthy yakiniku time while chatting about health. Still in the midst of lingering summer heat, it's the perfect time to go out and eat some meat! I went with my friends to a restaurant called "Nikusho Ushijiro Honmachi" located near Honmachi station on the subway. We started with a toast with draft beer (Premium Malts) for ¥603. My friends had white wine in a glass, which turned out to be surprisingly sweet. We then switched to highballs for ¥438. We started with the Napa cabbage kimchi for ¥438, followed by the fresh special liver for ¥1,428, which had no unpleasant smell. We also had the Chisha for ¥438, which was for wrapping around the meat. Next, we tried the "Toro Niku Don Three Sisters" for ¥1,650, which was visually stunning and consisted of scallop and salmon roe raw meat bowl, glossy raw meat bowl, and sea urchin topped steak bowl - all amazing combinations. The beef bowl with raw egg yolk and wasabi was incredibly delicious. We also tried the "Specialty" Ushijiro Mori for ¥5,498, which included various cuts of meat and was a great value for the price. The meats were all high-quality with a sweet, fatty flavor. The harami steak was particularly tender and delicious. We also enjoyed the Yaki Suki, where thinly sliced marbled meat was lightly seared and served with sauce and egg yolk. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxed, appealing to a younger crowd but also suitable for adults. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.

After leaving the sports gym, I stopped by this restaurant for lunch, even though it was snack time and there were no customers. Unfortunately, the donburi comparison that was advertised on posters was no longer available, so I ordered the kalbi set and the hormone set to compare. It was happy hour, so I was surprised to see that alcoholic drinks were only 50 yen, but this time I resisted and went for a non-alcoholic drink. The meat had a strong flavor, and even though the portion was small, it was quite satisfying. The egg had a rich orange yolk. I made it into egg rice, but I think it would have been good to use it as a sauce and eat it like sukiyaki.

The Toro Meat Three Sisters Instagram campaign was half price! I ordered three small bowls and surprisingly felt quite full after finishing them. Don't expect much from the sea urchin topping. The one with egg on top was delicious! The steak one was a bit bland so I asked for extra sauce. Overall, it was okay tasty! If it wasn't half price, I might feel differently... but at this price, I was very satisfied! Definitely try it during the campaign!

I was so busy eating that I couldn't take many photos. "Seared meat sushi trio" and "famous fresh kimchi" were especially delicious. When I made a reservation for 6:30, the restaurant was empty and I thought it might be a hidden gem compared to the popular Fukushima branch, but by around 8:00 it was almost full. It was definitely a very popular restaurant.

Located in the Senba Shinsaibashi-suji shopping street, this stylish yakiniku restaurant, Gyujiro, has branches in Umeda, Fukushima, and Esaka, all offering high-quality meat at reasonable prices. I couldn't resist the temptation of their famous "Toro Niku Three Sisters" during lunchtime, especially since they are currently running a summer half-price campaign. Additionally, from 11:30 to 14:30 and 17:00 to 19:00, they have a shocking 50 yen campaign for lemon sour and highball drinks. I wasted no time and went straight in. The spacious interior of the restaurant has a counter at the front and table seats at the back, where I was seated on this day. Orders are placed using a tablet. I started with the refreshing and perfectly spicy live kimchi. The thick and juicy liver was a delight, especially when lightly seared. The special selection meat tasting included thickly sliced tongue, kalbi, kalbi, special harami, and marushin, all of which were top-quality. My personal favorite was the juicy kalbi, which was incredibly delicious. The roast beef shabu-shabu was beautifully presented and tasted amazing when dipped in egg yolk sauce. The fresh hormone five types tasting included techan, maruchou, heart, crunchy, and tripe, all of which were delicious. And finally, the highlight of the meal, the Toro Niku Three Sisters, consisting of the shiny raw meat bowl, uni-topped steak bowl, and scallop and ikura raw meat bowl. Each bowl was visually stunning and delicious in its own way. Overall, the atmosphere, service, and food quality at Gyujiro were excellent, making it a highly recommended yakiniku restaurant in the Honmachi area. I followed Ushijiro's Instagram account and tried the eatable rice bowl✨⚪︎ Toro Niku Don Three Sisters for 1650 yen. Eldest: shiny raw meat beef bowl, Second: uni-topped steak bowl, Third: scallop and salmon roe raw meat beef bowl. I liked the Second one✨ The bowls are small so even those with small appetites can finish it☺️ Since it's directly managed by a butcher shop, the meat is delicious.

Inside, the wooden decor continues with a counter at the front and semi-private table seats at the back. The seating capacity is impressive! When I visited, there were a lot of foreigners. I went to try the Instagram followers exclusive "Three Sisters Donburi" that I had been curious about for a while. I thought I wouldn't be able to order it since I went on a Saturday evening, but when I asked, they said I could order it without any problem! There were about 5 people around me who also ordered it, so it seemed unlikely that they only had 10 servings as they claimed... Well, I'm glad I got to eat it, but I couldn't help but wonder if there was really a point in limiting it (lol). The Three Sisters Donburi includes three mini rice bowls for 1650 yen, which was delicious and had good value. The restaurant was new and there were many solo customers like me. I would like to visit again.

I went to have lunch with my colleagues on the first day of work and ordered the cheapest thinly sliced kalbi set meal using the touch panel system. The back table was still mostly empty when we arrived before 12 o'clock. The food arrived in less than 10 minutes. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but the meat was not as thin as I thought and was quite delicious.

This is a chain restaurant located a little south of the central street of Shinsaibashi-suji shopping arcade. For weekday lunch, they offer three types of yakiniku as well as meat shop meat sauce spaghetti and meat chunk hamburger steak bowl. I tried the meat chunk hamburger steak bowl for 1,098 yen. It's not minced meat but thinly sliced meat formed into a new interpretation of hamburger steak, topped with egg yolk, green onions, and sauce in a bowl. It came with tail soup-style broth, salad, garlic chips, and more. The meat sauce spaghetti also seems unique and enjoyable.

A yakiniku restaurant appeared along the Shinsaibashi-suji street. It is a yakiniku restaurant operated by a high-quality meat wholesaler, Nikusho Ushijiro Honmachi store. I remember that this used to be a steak or yakiniku restaurant where Mr. Manno was running, but I missed the chance to visit it. When I saw it, I should have gone to avoid regretting if the restaurant changes. They serve A5 Wagyu beef, looks absolutely delicious! The menu board in front of the store shows that it opened in January. Let's go inside! It seems like a modern restaurant where we order using tablets. The dinner-only Toro Nikudon looks incredibly delicious! You can grill the meat yourself. It's easy for even one person to enter. The counter is very stylish. I was tempted to grill the meat myself, but I chose the Meat Sauce Spaghetti with melty cheese. It's called the Butcher's Meat Sauce Spaghetti. It's served in a hot stone bowl. It comes with soup and vegetables, healthy and delicious. The substantial amount of meat is impressive! Probably beef tail soup, shredded cabbage, melty cheese. The cheese on top looks delicious! The burnt parts are also nice! The noodles are crispy and delicious! The meat is not minced, very satisfying! It reminds me of something nostalgic, like Napolitan... even though it doesn't have green peppers or ham. Let's call it a Napolitan where the meat takes the lead. It was delicious.

I found a meat shop near the main street in the shopping district. It seems like a new and stylish place. It was lunchtime, but it wasn't too crowded, so it might be a hidden gem. The lunch menu with yakiniku (grilled meat) looked appealing. I sat at the counter in this stylish shop. The menu was also stylish, offering not just yakiniku but also rice bowls, hamburgers, and pasta. I ordered the "Meat Shop's Meat Sauce Spaghetti" which arrived sizzling in a hot stone pot. It came with salad, soup, and plenty of gooey cheese. The meat was plentiful, the tomato sauce was tangy and delicious. Even when I added the gooey cheese, it was tasty. And all this for around a thousand yen! Both the portion size and the price were satisfying. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for the meal!

I went into a yakiniku restaurant that used to be a yakiniku place before. They were open for lunch so I decided to try it out. The restaurant had a counter in the front and table seating in the back, and the interior was very clean. I was curious about the meatball hamburger, so I ordered that. The ordering was done through a touch panel. The meatball hamburger turned out to be thinly sliced meat rolled up, not a whole chunk of meat as I had thought. The surface was crispy from being cooked well. The flavor was on the sweet side. There was also dipping sauce provided even though the meat was already flavored. It seems you can add more meat, but I found the portion a bit small for me.

I visited the newly opened "Nikujirushi Gyujirou Honmachi Store" in Shinsaibashi-suji Kita Shopping Street on January 30th for lunch. I remember that the previous restaurant at this location was also a yakiniku place. I arrived a bit late, around 2 PM, and the restaurant had a counter with 12 seats and two 4-person tables. I ordered the thinly sliced kalbi set meal for 1,098 yen. The food arrived in about 10 minutes and included thinly sliced kalbi, rice, soup, salad, and kimchi. The rice was delicious and you could ask for seconds. The thinly sliced kalbi had a good amount of fat and was tasty. The salad didn't have dressing on it, but it was still good. I will try the hamburger next time!

After visiting based on reviews, my honest impression is that it didn't quite live up to the hype. The meat had a slight smell, which was disappointing. However, the fresh kimchi was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices during happy hour for drinks.
