I want to go back again (*^^*) I visited once before the renovation, but this was my first time after the renovation. The staff seemed to be handling customer service with fewer people than usual, and I felt sorry for them as we had to wait for our drinks. Normally, we can also enjoy traditional performances, but this time we couldn't, which was a bit disappointing. Did they stop doing them?

The taste of the food was great, but what really stood out was the excellent hospitality of the staff. If you find making your own sauce troublesome or confusing, it's recommended to ask the staff for assistance. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience, although the bill was on the pricier side due to our excessive ordering.

However, I visited their Fukuoka branch and it was not crowded due to the pandemic. Even though it was lunchtime, there were only four groups of customers. I tried four types of hot pot. I enjoyed drinking the tomato broth like a soup. I can handle spicy food, but the numbing sensation from the Sichuan pepper when eating the shabu-shabu was a bit too much for me. I had beef and lamb for meat. It was interesting that you could customize your own dipping sauce.

I have eaten here a few times before, but this time I sat at a table by the window on the 7th floor for the first time. The night view was beautiful and I was happy. The taste is not much different from the Osaka branch. It seems that there is a shortage of staff, so the service is a bit lacking.

I was slightly taken aback by the somewhat excessive service typical of local Chinese restaurants, but the hot pot was delicious. I had thought that eating with my own blend of sauce was a style unique to Mongolian medicinal cuisine, but I learned for the first time that it is also done in Sichuan.
