I visited a bar as part of a stamp rally for the top 100 bars in the area. Reservations were available 30 minutes before opening, and I arrived at 21:25. The bar was already full with 6 groups of 12 people seated at the counter. The interior and exterior of the bar had a lodge-like feel with impressive beams and antique furnishings. There were 8 seats at the straight counter and tables with 4 seats each. The bar was staffed by 2 male employees. I was seated at a table and ordered the following drinks:
1. Casablanca: rum-based cocktail for 1750 yen
2. Alaska: gin-based cocktail for 1750 yen
Overall impressions:
- Unfortunately, I was seated at a table, so I ordered from the menu for the first time in a while.
- Both drinks were well-made, but I particularly enjoyed the balance of sweetness and acidity in the Casablanca.
- The cocktails were served by the bartender, who seemed to be the manager, at every table, which was a rare and appreciated sight.
- The cover charge was 1100 yen, but the charm plate included strawberries with sauce, kiwi with cheese, and smoked cream cheese, which was a satisfying selection.
- The clientele was also good, with everyone conversing quietly. The atmosphere was reminiscent of Bar La Yurotte in Azabu-Juban, but with a wider space, making it one of the most peaceful bars in Tokyo. I also became interested in the Chinese restaurant Aoyama Hashizume on the second floor, so I plan to visit both establishments together next time.

Not only do they have a variety of alcoholic drinks, but they also have a wide range of glassware which is very nice. The original cocktails are abundant as well:
- Fig and Kiwi Cream Cheese: The fig is soft and sweet, very delicious. The cream cheese has a good flavor and makes a great snack.
- Ingrid Bergman: An original cocktail named after the Hollywood actress. It has a strong vodka taste with a hint of violet fragrance, making it a refreshing short cocktail.
- Grape Cocktail: A refreshing drink with a clear taste and a strong grape sweetness, very delicious.

Like a lover, this bar doesn't push itself forward and always welcomes you in the best possible way. Some of my favorite old-fashioned bars have disappeared, but I hope this one stays forever. The blue walls, dim lighting, antique furniture, and polished unique glasses all have a subtle charm. My favorite is Barbara, but today I had a Sidecar.

I felt like having a cocktail and decided to look for a bar on my way home. I found a dimly lit, authentic bar with a great atmosphere, perfect for a mature date. When I mentioned my preferences for sweet or low-alcohol cocktails, the bartender made sure to create a cocktail that suited my taste. I think even first-time visitors would find this bar welcoming.

This is a nice bar in Minami-Aoyama. I went around 10 pm on a weekday and called about 20 minutes before to get a table. The atmosphere is very calm, with laughter and noise kept to a minimum. They have a variety of fruits like mango, strawberry, pineapple, and shiranui, which was nice. I didn't find the perfect drink that day, but I would like to come back and try again.

When I got off at Omotesando Station, it was raining... Somehow, the lyrics of Prince's Purple Rain refrained in my head. I came here after a long time with the intention of trying some Scotch lined up on the shelf, but decided to change the theme and have some purple-themed cocktails instead. I had two Radio Original cocktails using violet liqueur. One was the Ingrid Bergman, based on gin, and the other was the Marlene Dietrich, based on vodka. The original cocktails here are beautiful. When the purple color hits the orange light on the counter, it looks yellow-green. Apparently, it only looks purple from inside the counter. Authentic bars often use warm-colored lights, so it can't be helped. The photos I took showed purple, so I felt reassured... Do you want to be with someone you didn't end up with, like in the lyrics of Purple Rain, when the world ends?

I visited this place for the second time. It is located in the basement of Aoyama Hishizume. At first, I hesitated to go in, but once inside, I saw walls lined with bottles of alcohol and the interior had a dimly lit, stylish atmosphere. The bartender was calm and asked about my preferences before creating original cocktails. I recommend this place for those who want to relax and enjoy a drink alone or on a date as a second stop. Thank you for the meal!

I got off at Omotesando Station on the subway, intending to head towards Aoyama Street, but ended up going the wrong way. I realized my mistake right after turning at the Porsche dealership. The bar had just opened, so I was able to enjoy the golden time of the bar in a fantastic atmosphere. It was such a luxurious time. I had a Gin and Tonic, Gimlet, Martini, and Negroni. The gin used was Gordon's. The Martini's smoothness was exceptional. The bartender said something like, "Of course it is," when I praised the Martini. I would love to have that Martini again. Japan's bar culture is a unique and rare thing not found overseas. We had a relaxing time filled with excitement and relaxation while discussing this.

Radio@Omotesando Yoroniku was used for the second party after dinner. It is a bar selected as one of the top 100 restaurants in Omotesando. I decided to visit based on my father's recommendation. The atmosphere is extremely stylish, like a Western-style building. I found out that Hashizume Aoyama is located on the second floor. After some consideration, I chose an original cocktail - Radio 21 Champagne with cassis and something with a long name (I forgot). It had a subtle sweetness and a sophisticated flavor. It was really delicious. As an appetizer, strawberries, kiwi, and smoked cream cheese were served. Each had a unique flavor that complemented the cocktails. It was a very lovely bar with a great atmosphere! Thank you for the wonderful experience. #bar #TabelogTop100 #radio #cocktail

As soon as you walk in, you can feel the heavy atmosphere, and the dark interior with beautiful glasses lined up makes you feel like you've slipped back in time. The pride with which the staff carry out their work is evident throughout the place. I visited with my mother, who has been here a few times before, so I was able to enter, but with friends of the same age, I might feel overwhelmed by the atmosphere. There are many original cocktails to choose from, and I was really indecisive about which one to pick. Even if it's not on the menu, you can request a cocktail based on your favorite liqueur, and they will make it for you. Aphrodite is an original cocktail made with peach liqueur, strawberry liqueur, lemon, and champagne. It was a slightly complex tasting Bellini. While the fruit flavors are abundant, it may not be satisfying for those who prefer cocktails with fresh fruit. The appetizer was cheese and fruit, which was nice as you could enjoy a variety of cheeses in small portions.

I ordered a Radio 8, a unique combination of red wine and cognac, at a place I've never heard of before. This pairing is quite distinctive and the sweet fruits complement each other very well. The quiet jazz playing at just the right volume creates a pleasant ambiance, with the sound of the bartender stirring being soothing.

Located just a few minutes' walk from Omotesando Station, "Radio" is a renowned bar opened by the famous bartender Mr. Ozaki, and has been operating in the Aoyama area for over 40 years. At our establishment, you can enjoy a variety of cocktails ranging from classic to original creations, as well as rare liquors sourced from overseas. The retro-themed interior exudes a fantastic atmosphere, making it a very cozy place to unwind. The bartenders are skilled and attentive, often pairing your cocktail order with fruits and cheese, providing impeccable service. It's a top-notch establishment in Tokyo where you can enjoy a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Tokyo Omotesando, Bar Hyakumeiten, Radio-san. The exterior resembles a magical Hogwarts castle. Enchanting. The interior also has a similar adventurous and pleasant atmosphere. I tried the Manhattan and Alexander cocktails. The humble master said, "These glasses are from Scotland in the 1800s." Elegant. The furnishings are top-notch as expected from a popular bar. Enjoying a cocktail in a nice glass adds an extra touch of deliciousness. Profound. I had a mysterious and magical time. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Every time I visit Minami Aoyama, I feel like stopping by this authentic bar. I usually order a gin and tonic, but this time I wanted to try something different. The bartender recommended a gin fizz with lots of lemon squeezed in. It was delicious with a fruity lemon flavor compared to the usual crisp gin and tonic. For my second drink, I went back to my usual and ordered a gimlet. This gimlet was very dry, almost reminiscent of a martini. I usually prefer a slightly sweeter gimlet, so I might try ordering it that way next time. For my third drink, I tried a Manhattan. I asked for a slightly sweet, cream-free version, and the bartender recommended using a strong alcohol like whiskey or brandy. The Manhattan had a unique, slightly hazy taste that somehow reminded me of a sunset. This bar has a rich history and offers great service even for beginners like me. I'm sure I'll find myself coming back here whenever I'm in the area.

They have a good selection of bourbon, but I'm not sure about the prices, so I played it safe with some standard cocktails. The bar has a calm atmosphere and is a bit pricey. It's not too crowded, especially around 9 pm when more customers start to arrive. It's a nice place to visit early in the evening. Thank you for the meal!

Located about a 5-minute walk from Omotesando Station, this restaurant had no other customers when I visited at 6:20 pm on a weekday. The menu was detailed with explanations of the drinks, so I ordered randomly. I had the Leonardo Strawberry for 2000 yen and a Gin Gimlet for 1750 yen. There is a charge of 1100 yen, but it comes with a nice appetizer of kiwi, strawberry, and a homemade cheese-like dish that paired well with the drinks. The drinks were delicious, with the Leonardo, a champagne and strawberry mix, being not too sweet and simple. The Gimlet was also very tasty. The atmosphere was quiet and allowed for a relaxing time. I would like to visit again if given the chance.

The first shop closed early, so it was still only 7:30 pm when I found Radio☆, a bar near Omotesando Station in Tokyo. It had a cozy and authentic atmosphere, with a slight dimness that felt like a hidden gem. Despite the early hour, there were foreign couples enjoying drinks outside, as I learned that foreigners tend to have a higher alcohol tolerance and often have a drink before dinner. We were able to get in without a reservation and ordered fruit cocktails with a charge of 1,000 yen. The cocktails were made with high-quality fruits like strawberries and mangoes, which were delicious and refreshing. We ended up ordering more drinks and some salami, enjoying the experience at this quality bar near Omotesando Station.
