Laughing, it's the famous 100th store, Yoshisayu-san. After the long summer break, my stomach was craving Yoshisayu's ramen. Yes! This time, I challenged the tsukemen that I only tried once before. Although I usually only eat ramen at Yoshisayu, having tried numerous ramen and tsukemen after completing the 100th store tour, I wonder how far my evolved stomach can go. Laughing, Yoshisayu-san is well-known for its delicious ramen, but its tsukemen is also highly praised. The reason I hadn't tried the tsukemen before was because I didn't like the large amount of noodles and the soup getting lukewarm. But that was when I was a ramen newbie. Let's see. Arriving at Kiba as usual, I headed towards the shop and there was a line, but I could enter after the first round. Oh! I saw a beautiful lady without a mask for the first time!! Laughing, she's so beautiful. Laughing, after a brief greeting, I joined the line. Later on, despite it being a weekday, there was a long line. The shop opened 20 minutes earlier than usual and I entered. Oh!! Laughing, this tightly packed medium-thick noodles! The impact of this volume. Other tsukemen shops should take note. The soup also looks rich but has a clear and sharp taste. First, I tried the noodles, and the homemade medium-thick noodles were firm and chewy, with a smooth texture. Delicious!! Laughing, dipping it in the soup, the clear pork and seafood broth with no impurities and the way it lifts up the noodles are amazing! Unbelievable. I couldn't stop eating. Also, Yoshisayu's menma, chashu, and ajitama are all delicious. The menma is seasoned perfectly and easy to eat. The chashu, originally large, is thinly sliced for the tsukemen, making it easy to eat with the noodles. The ajitama is Yoshisayu's specialty, with a perfectly runny yolk that is a must-have. The shop's effort to change the composition of chashu and other ingredients for ramen and tsukemen, and the calculated efforts to maximize the flavor of the noodles are the result of the owner's hard work. The flavor-changing condiments such as white pepper, ichimi, and vinegar offer plenty of enjoyment. I don't need moyashi, though. The 300g noodles disappeared in an instant from my stomach. Laughing, I asked for soup-wari at the end and slowly drank the rich pork bone soup, savoring the aftertaste. I finished eating and drinking with ease!! Unbelievable. Laughing, I'm lost for words. I want to give a standing ovation from this counter. Laughing, I'm truly happy to have this great shop nearby. Laughing, as always, I bowed and left, and the energetic wife and owner said, "Thank you as always! Please come again!" Yes! I will definitely come back!! Laughing, it was truly amazing. Thank you, Yoshisayu-san!
