I visited after a long time and the current owner, who used to be young, has aged nicely. The cold coffee without ice that I had after a long time was delicious with its aroma spreading throughout my mouth. The pudding had a traditional taste that paired well with the coffee. Next time, I would like to sit at the counter seat that retains the atmosphere of the old shop and enjoy the blend slowly.

I usually just pass by this place, but I decided to try going in to find a cozy cafe where I could relax. I sat at the counter seat and found the chair comfortable, the atmosphere cozy, and the background music soothing. I ordered a pound cake and a soft blend coffee. For me, whether the coffee is good or not depends on whether I feel like adding milk, and I didn't need to add a drop here. The lighting, the coffee aroma, and the background music all made me feel calm and relaxed.

I had been curious about this coffee shop with a unique name and a slightly elevated presence for some time. Upon looking at the pamphlet inside, I learned that the shop has been around for over 30 years and is loved by the locals. The interior was spacious, with glass windows allowing a clear view outside and letting in a pleasant amount of sunlight, creating a sense of openness. On this hot day, I opted for an iced coffee. Although I don't know much about coffee, I could tell that it was a well-roasted coffee with a good aroma, a balanced bitterness, and a nice aftertaste. I can't quite describe the differences, but I had a leisurely and pleasant time there. That's what matters the most, and I will definitely visit again.

This is a coffee shop run by a couple in the Fujisaki shopping street. I enjoy drinking coffee in the shop, but I also like to buy beans that they grind for me to take home. I find that freezing the beans helps the aroma last longer. My favorite is the mellow (light roast) 100g for 400 yen. It has a rich aroma and is easy to drink, so I enjoy it regularly. Since I have been mostly working from home, my coffee consumption has increased. Drinking delicious coffee while working really helps me stay productive.

I had some errands in Takatori, so I decided to visit the Ufey Cafe located in the nearby Fujisaki Shotengai. It seems like they have been around for about 30 years. The atmosphere is really nice and they have good COVID-19 prevention measures in place, so I felt safe. I can't remember the name, but I ordered something like a cafe latte. You can tell they put a lot of care into their coffee just from the name. It was really delicious. I also ordered a pudding, which was sweet and helped me relax. The plates they use are all fancy and make you feel elegant. They seem like high-end brand plates. The coffee was around 800 yen, which may seem a bit expensive, but the sweets were only 200 yen, so if you order a sweet, it's not much different from other coffee shops. If you appreciate quality and care in your coffee, it might actually be a good deal. There were a lot of regular customers coming in to buy coffee beans to take home. I'd like to visit again once things settle down with COVID-19.

Since I couldn't drink coffee when I was little, my family has been taken care of by a coffee shop. The lovely master couple, who welcomed us like a second set of parents even after we left Fukuoka, serve a soft blend that is easy to drink for anyone and is sure to be appreciated as a gift. They grind various beans on the spot and brew them, and the soothing sound of the beans popping from the counter is delightful. Their homemade pound cake, cheesecake, chocolate cake, and vanilla bean pudding are all exquisite and pair well with the coffee. The ice cream and cocoa are also delicious, so even small children won't get bored. I've been a regular since I was about four years old, and my go-to was always cocoa and ice cream. It's a coffee shop loved by locals, and the atmosphere of the master and customers chatting amiably is wonderful. The hot sandwiches they started a few years ago are also fantastic. Be sure to try them when you're feeling peckish. The window-side seats are particularly cozy, and I love gazing out at the street.

This is a coffee specialty shop located in Takatori Shopping Street. The shop, located on the second floor of a building, offers authentic coffee made with self-roasted coffee beans by the owner couple. The shop has a bright and calm atmosphere with sunlight streaming in through large glass windows, making it a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The coffee prices are on the higher side due to the self-roasted beans, but the taste justifies the cost. I ordered a Soft Blend coffee for 700 yen and a Hot Sandwich for 480 yen. The Hot Sandwich, filled with egg, lettuce, bacon, and tomato, was freshly baked and delicious. The shop also provides newspapers, creating a cozy and relaxing environment. The shop is located in Takatori Shopping Street. Nokauhiya Address: 1-28-2 Takatori, Sawara-ku, Fukuoka City Tel/Reservation: 092-841-6188 Business Hours: 10:00 - 21:00

On a holiday afternoon, when I ran out of coffee beans, I took a walk to my favorite coffee shop, "Kauhiya". I ordered a rich coffee and a soft blend with apple pie. The coffee, enjoyed at the perfect temperature as always, made me feel happy. Although the coffee is a bit pricey, I can only afford to visit once or twice a month, but the cozy atmosphere created by the couple who run the shop is delightful. Before leaving, I always buy two types of coffee beans - one with acidity and one with richness - to enjoy at home. Depending on my mood, having a cup of drip coffee is a small pleasure. Thank you for the delicious meal. Thank you very much.

[2012.08.06] This is a coffee specialty shop located in a corner of the Fujisaki shopping street, on what feels like a second floor. Even though I may have been there before, it felt like a new experience. The staff were relaxed, which added to the ambiance. The coffee was indeed delicious, living up to their reputation of roasting their own beans. I wish they had paid more attention to the whipped cream though. After drinking the coffee, I tried the "Coffee Shop Pudding." Unfortunately, it was too sweet. Perhaps it would have been better with a strong coffee flavor.

The coffee at the coffee shop is really delicious, perfect for when you want to be alone with your thoughts or read a book. The prices are a bit high, but once you taste it, you'll understand. I also love the homemade cakes made by the owner. The classic pound cake and cheesecake are great, but it's even better when you come across the rare apple pie.

This is a coffee specialty shop located in Takatori Shopping Street in Fujisaki. Just as I was told by an acquaintance, "Tea is good, but it's also nice to occasionally drink delicious coffee to expand your palate," I happened to discover it while strolling through the shopping street. It is located next to the supermarket (Sunny) in the Fujisaki Shopping Street, across from a Baskin Robbins. There is no dedicated parking lot, but there is a coin parking nearby. The interior of the shop is bright with glass windows letting in light. There are 8 counter seats, one 2-seater table, three 3-seater tables, and four 4-seater tables. Various types of teacups and coffee pots are displayed on the counter. They offer a variety of coffees such as blends, specialty coffees (cafe au lait, Viennese coffee, etc.), single origin coffees (Tanzania, Santos, etc.), as well as teas, juices, coffee jelly, etc. The prices are a bit high, ranging from 700 to 1,000 yen. They have two types of cakes (chocolate, cheese) and one daily recommendation, each priced at 300 yen. Despite my initial concern about the glass windows making the interior visible from outside, once I sat at a table, I found that I wasn't bothered at all by the people passing by in a hurry with their shopping bags (laughs). Today's recommended cake was a buttery pound cake served with whipped cream. As for the coffee, being completely clueless about it, I ordered a coffee with low acidity and was recommended the soft blend, which I ordered. The coffee, meticulously brewed one cup at a time using a pour-over method, had a smooth taste with low acidity and bitterness. Even though I don't drink much coffee, I really enjoyed this one. All the desserts here are homemade and can also be taken to go. Although the prices are a bit high, there are magazines and newspapers available in the central area of the shop, making it a great place for those who want to relax alone.
