The other day, I visited a restaurant after seeing it in a local guidebook. The design of the place, created by a famous designer, was bright, clean, and left a good impression! There was a hidden compartment for storing bags, and there was no unpleasant smell. My female colleague also loved it. For our order, we tried: - The famous "Salt Yukke," which had a perfect balance of salt and was very addictive. - The "Raw Liver" was surprisingly firm and had no unpleasant smell, unlike some other places that serve mushy raw liver. - We asked the owner for recommendations and ended up trying the "Premium Rump," which was tender and had just the right amount of fat. - The "Sasanikubara" was light and delicious. - The "Salted Loin" was seasoned differently based on the cut of meat, resulting in a perfect balance of salt every time. - The "Hormone Assortment" included various cuts like mino, senmai, and akasen, all finely sliced and without any unpleasant smell. - The "Chisha & Cabbage" dish came with separate miso sauces for the chisha and cabbage, both of which were so delicious I wanted to take them home! We tried many other dishes, and none of them disappointed. The shochu was reasonably priced starting from 500 yen, which was a relief for those who enjoy drinking. The bill came out to around 20,000 yen for three people, which may not be cheap but considering the quality of the meat, it was worth it. In fact, for this level of quality in Kyobashi, it might even be a bargain. I usually don't like places with heavy sauce for yakiniku, but this place, Cyan, was a perfect fit for me. I would definitely love to visit again.
