On the 4th floor of Herbis PLAZA ENT, there is a chocolatier called Paleodoro! The Osaka Shiki Theatre of the Shiki Theatre Company is on the 7th floor of the same building, and I actually tried to visit after watching a Shiki performance once, but it was so crowded with people waiting outside, especially on weekends. I visited again on a weekday around 3 pm, and this time it was not crowded at all, so I could enter right away! I was surprised when I entered the store because you can overlook Umeda Station from there. The high-class interior has a calm atmosphere like a hotel lounge. The seasonal parfait, which costs around 2500 yen, seemed to be very popular as many people were ordering it. Although I was very interested, I had just finished lunch and didn't have room for a large parfait, so this time I ordered a cake set! It came with a drink, a special cake, and a bonus piece of chocolate for 1,980 yen. I was curious about the original drink called Chocolat Nesspa, which is a combination of cocoa and carbonation. There were 7 types of cakes to choose from, and they all looked delicious. After much deliberation, I chose the most popular Al Cioccolato, although I was also considering the Siciliano. I wanted to fully enjoy the chocolate, so I made the right choice this time. The chocolate cream was very rich and had a nice texture. The caramelized nuts added a nice touch, and I enjoyed it until the end without getting tired of it. Next time, I definitely want to try the parfait. The bonus chocolate was rum raisin. I also appreciated the service of asking about allergies or dislikes. Initially, I thought the prices were a bit high, but considering the view, the hotel-like atmosphere, and the service, I felt that it was a reasonable price. Thank you for the meal!
