I first discovered Yuzuki at a department store's Hokkaido product exhibition, where the popular Sanpuroku was selling like hotcakes. Intrigued by its popularity, I decided to purchase it and bring it home, and that was quite a while ago. The initial impact was so strong that it left a lasting impression on me. The appearance of the chocolate with white birch pattern was striking. The collaboration of Baumkuchen and chocolate was of high quality and left a delicious taste in my memory. Since then, whenever I see Yuzuki at product exhibitions or antenna shops, I always make sure to buy some. While I am satisfied with Sanpuroku, I also enjoy other sweets from Yuzuki. Among them, I particularly love the Tokachi Milk. It is by far my favorite milk anko manju! The harmony between the skin and milk anko perfectly matches my taste and is wonderful. Although it is my favorite, I have not seen it at product exhibitions and have to purchase it online. I recently had the opportunity to order online. I checked the website and found that there were several products that could be stored at room temperature, in the refrigerator, or frozen. To avoid doubling the shipping cost by categorizing them, I decided to call and consult before placing my order. The website is quite user-friendly with many products, but I still couldn't find the quantity for some items, so I called to ask and was able to select them. I ordered everything to be refrigerated after consulting. The staff member was very polite and helpful. The package arrived on the scheduled day with careful packaging. - Tokachi Milk: Just as I remembered, the milk anko was very satisfying. - Mochi Saburo: I imagined it to be more mochi-like, but it resembles Tokachi Milk in appearance. It is larger in size, and the anko is different from milk anko, more like white anko. - Sanpuroku: As described, it has a crispy texture and is a delicious Baumkuchen with white chocolate. Yuzuki's chocolate has a good thickness and satisfying bite. The new version has the usual base with a new crispy texture, which is interesting. - Kinagoromo: A mochi snack coated with yellow powder. Made with simple and carefully selected ingredients. I noticed that beet sugar was used when looking at the ingredients. I can feel your sincere attitude towards your customers and enjoy the deliciousness purely. It is as delicious as before. - An Butter Sand: A crispy cookie with a hint of salt and butter cream anko that is exquisite. It is also very delicious. The butter cream anko does not have a strong butter taste but is finished with a refined butter cream. It is an elegant cream cookie that makes you keep eating it. - Tokachi: A financier with real walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and other toppings. There are types of financiers with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, and this one has a soft and gentle taste overall. The nuts have a strong nutty flavor and are delicious.

Thanks to the popular an-butter sandwich featured in the NHK morning drama "Natsuzora," it has become a must-buy item at the faraway Asahikawa Airport. Previously, when thinking about buying some snacks, the only choice was the Marseille butter sandwich, but now I find myself buying this one more often. It's light, and the combination of red bean paste and butter cream is exquisitely delicious.

I received some sweets. I will eat them as a snack at 3 o'clock. First, I tried the custard cream bun with a close expiration date. It had a hint of custard flavor, and the texture was soft, but the dough was quite firm. I am looking forward to trying An Butter-san and Tsukifuwari. Thank you for the feast.

After visiting Rokkatei's Obihiro main store, we then stopped by Yanagizuki's main store on Odori Avenue. Both confectionery shops are considered the top confectionery shops in our household, representing Hokkaido's confectionery. It was around 2:30 PM, and surprisingly, there were hardly any customers. It seems that tourists are flocking to Suitepia Garden in Ono Town. Situated in a spacious area on the outskirts, the place offers not only confectionery purchases and factory tours but also sweets-making experiences and a café, creating an entertainment zone. If we had more time, we would have liked to visit, but this time we only stopped by the main store on Odori Avenue for confectionery purchases. Planning to eat in the car or at our accommodation, we bought Sanpouroku and Sanpouroku's rich white Sanpouroku. Thinking of red bean sweets, we also purchased Tokachi Oonamabe Modan Kintsuba BAR. As soon as we arrived at our accommodation, we enjoyed them. Sanpouroku had a familiar taste, but the rich white had an even sweeter milk flavor (my wife described it as condensed milk). The crunchy texture of the sugar coating was refreshing, making it taste even better than the regular Sanpouroku. The Tokachi Oonamabe Modan Kintsuba BAR, a kintsuba made into an easy-to-eat bar, had the classic deliciousness, and when paired with hot tea at our accommodation, it felt like our travel fatigue was lifted. Thank you for the meal. At the main store on Odori Avenue, they also had a wide variety of Western confectionery and cakes for sale. The shortcake was priced at less than 300 yen, about half the price or even less than half the price of a famous store in Kobe. Truly, it is a confectionery city.

These are souvenirs I received from an acquaintance who visited Hokkaido. They are An Butter Sand and Sanpachi Roku. An Butter Sand is a cookie with red bean paste and fermented butter filling, with a light texture that goes well with tea. Sanpachi Roku is coated with milk chocolate and white chocolate, resembling the outer layer of a baumkuchen cake. Among the Hokkaido souvenirs I received, this was my favorite snack.

Sanpouroku no kowari is read as a snack called Sanpouroku no kowari. This snack is a specialty of Hokkaido. The package even has the word Hokkaido on it! It's a delicious treat that is like a baumkuchen with chocolate on top.

I heard that Baumkuchen from Yurisuke is delicious, so I went to buy it. When I went, I found that cakes and Japanese sweets, in general, are quite affordable. I bought An Cheesecake Black Soybean Daifuku and Sanpuroku's Maple, both of which were delicious. The An Cheesecake Black Soybean Daifuku has a buttery flavor rather than a cheesy one, but it is still delicious. The Sanpuroku Maple is really tasty!

In Hokkaido, there are many famous souvenirs, but the most popular one at our house is Baumkuchen from Sanpachi Roku. I bought the popular seasonal item, Sanpachi Roku's Coffee & Milk Rich. The two layers of coffee and milk not only taste great but also look appealing. Each piece is bite-sized, allowing the flavors of the two layers to blend together in a unique way. While the plain flavor is good, I personally prefer the maple flavor for its extra richness. I would definitely want to buy it again next season.

Finally, I was able to visit the main store of Yatsugatake! Unfortunately, Rokkatei was already closed... What a shame. I arrived at 18:06. Of course, the main purpose was to buy Sanpouroku. I bought it and ate it at my parents' house. Hmm, it was delicious. I had been craving something sweet, so it tasted really good. It's a representative souvenir from Hokkaido.

Smooth and rich pudding and custard from a confectionery shop that focuses on high-quality ingredients from Hokkaido. They are known for providing safe and satisfying souvenirs, available for delivery as well. The fluffy, gentle sweetness of the cream takes you to paradise from the very first bite. The delicate melt-in-your-mouth texture truly showcases the expertise of this Western confectionery shop. The creamy, smooth pudding that follows instantly dissolves in your mouth, leaving a lingering sweetness like a work of art. As you thank the smooth caramel, you can't help but appreciate the taste. Next up is the wobbly pudding, surprisingly firm despite its jiggly appearance. The refreshing flavor pairs well with the cream, making it easy to devour. The ample and fluffy souffle is truly outstanding. You can also enjoy eating in a little bit, and coffee is complimentary.

At the Daily Canart from May 20th to 22nd, there is a Hokkaido Fair featuring delicious food from the north in early summer, including their best-selling items. One of the items I purchased was the Rokunoumiruku Butter Cake for 1,400 yen. It is about 12 cm long, 8 cm wide, and 5 cm high. This butter cake uses rich fermented butter with a fragrant aroma from Hokkaido, blended with condensed milk for a deep and creamy flavor. The butter flavor is preserved while achieving a smooth and light texture. It is finished with nostalgic buttercream, and walnuts add a nice accent. The sweetness is mild and delicious.

Received in May 2022. When you hear "Sanpokaku," you think of the famous Hokkaido confection, right? You often see it at Hokkaido product fairs. It's a Baumkuchen with chocolate marbled coating. It has just the right amount of sweetness and goes well with coffee. It's perfect for a small gift or souvenir. It was well received, so I'm glad. Thank you for the meal. I also write a personal blog at https://chapewo.tokyo/

A Western-style confectionery shop located about a 10-minute walk from JR Obihiro Station North Exit. There are two seats available for eating in, where you can enjoy sweets with free coffee. The Mont Blanc (including tax 254 yen) is made with chestnut cream, whipped cream, and a simple sponge cake, allowing you to savor the natural flavors of the ingredients.

Last weekend, there was a Hokkaido food fair at an event space in Nankai Namba. My friend wanted to see it, so we went together, and he was talking about his favorite Hokkaido souvenirs. On the way back, he gave me a gift for my daughter, which I didn't ask for, so I felt bad. Today, I gratefully enjoyed the Baumkuchen he gave me, which had a perfect balance of softness and sweetness, with a delicious chocolate coating. I really want to visit Hokkaido again in the summer. I am thankful for being able to enjoy dessert peacefully. Thank you to my friend from Sakai for the treat!

Today is Valentine's Day, and my wife, who returned from a business trip to Hokkaido, gave me the following gift. Since I had the day off work, I decided to enjoy it at home right away.
■ "Sanpuroku's Small Cuts (Winter Rich Chocolate / 5 pieces)" - 800 yen -
The "Sanpuroku's Small Cuts" is a popular Hokkaido souvenir, consisting of small portions of moist Baumkuchen. This winter limited edition features a chocolate Baumkuchen, spreading a rich cocoa aroma in the mouth. The caramel chocolate pattern on the top surface adds layers of different sweetness, creating depth in the flavor. It was delicious. Even just one piece leaves a rich aftertaste, making it a perfect snack for tea time. I am grateful to my wife for always finding delicious sweets every year. Looking forward to next year as well. Thank you for the meal.

Located about a 10-minute walk north of JR Obihiro Station in Obihiro City, Hokkaido, is the main store of Yanagizuki. Many people may be familiar with their products such as "Anbata-san" and "Sanpuroku". The main store is housed in a splendid building made of reinforced concrete. Upon entering the store, you will find a wide variety of products on display. In particular, the assortment of Sanpuroku products was quite interesting. I bought Anbata-san and Sanpuroku as souvenirs. Anbata-san is as delicious as the famous Marusei Butter Sand, using dairy products from Tokachi in a wonderful way. The cookies I got were unexpectedly tasty as well. Sanpuroku is a Baumkuchen, and the one coated in white chocolate is incredibly delicious. Although their products are sold in various places in Hokkaido, if you ever visit Obihiro, I highly recommend visiting the main store.

Hello (^o^)/ I visited Yuzuki, which is a representative sweet souvenir from Hokkaido, known for their Baumkuchen shaped like white birch logs. The main store is also located in Obihiro. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Obihiro Station. You can purchase various products individually. I look forward to the seasonal items. I visited in late October, so they had Halloween-themed pumpkin sweets (^o^) I should have written this review a little earlier (_ _(--;(_ _(--; By the time I wrote this review, they were selling "Winter Rich Chocolat." And a pumpkin sweets set (600 yen) including the "Witch's Pumpkin" that I was looking for, along with three other sweets. They were all Halloween-themed. The Witch's Pumpkin is a small version of Sanpouroku with a pumpkin flavor. This series is fun♪ This time, I got a Yuzuki point card. I'll have to come back again o(^o^)o Thank you for the meal (*´∀`)♪ (Rating at the time of the review ★3.35)

I received this from a friend. It's a crispy sablé cookie sandwiched with sweet red bean butter. It has a light texture and you could easily eat as many as you want. It seems like it would be popular with people in Nagoya. I thought it would be even better if there was a bit more buttery taste in the sablé part. Hokkaido is full of delicious things.

I came to Obihiro to see the "Shigeru Mizuki Exhibition" with GeGeGe no Nyobo. Of course, I had Indian curry for lunch. After eating curry, I visited Fujimaru Department Store and strolled around the city before heading back to the station. Oh! It was a day trip on JR. I bought snacks to eat on the train at Yanagitsuki's main store. I had to buy things that are only available in Obihiro (Tokachi) since I came all the way here. Of course, I also bought pumpkin-related items! I also tried a new product. In the end, I ate a pumpkin-flavored Baumkuchen with green chocolate (matcha?) on the outside. It was quite sweet. When I got home, I tried the Tokachi-exclusive "Tokachi Daizu" which had a moderately sweet and delicious red bean paste. I also tried the new product "Azuki Renka" which is rich in dietary fiber at 4.5g. It felt like a soy bar, leaving something in my mouth that required a drink. It was a bit challenging for me. Thank you for the meal! Yanagitsuki is a cheap and delicious confectionery shop. I will definitely use it again.

I tried the "An Butter Sand" from Yagizuki Odori Honten, a natural confectionery shop in Obihiro City, Hokkaido. The nearest station is Obihiro Station on the JR Nemuro Main Line, about a 10-minute walk away. The shop offers a variety of Japanese and Western sweets, including popular items like Sanpuroku and cakes. The An Butter Sand features a moist sablé dough filled with a special cream made from Tokachi red beans and fermented butter from Hokkaido. Despite being called "An Butter Cream," it doesn't have a strong red bean flavor and instead offers a light and gentle sweetness from the butter cream. I found it surprisingly light and finished it in one go.
