〈Crab and Squid with Green Onion Soy Sauce〉
Sliced squid, shredded crab meat, and chopped green onions mixed with wasabi! The squid was fresh and had a crunchy texture! It was delicious with a strong flavor that would go well with alcohol!
〈Sea Urchin Tofu〉
Smooth and rich in flavor, the sea urchin taste spread in the mouth!

The crab meat was firm and delicious! Crab vinegar is the best!! (*òωó)ノ
◆Crab Sashimi Platter◆
There were 5 different types of crab sashimi on one plate!! The sashimi was served with soy sauce or ponzu with yuzu peel!
〈Leg Sashimi〉
Yellow flowers were garnished on top (*゚v゚*) This one was eaten with soy sauce and was super sweet!! (≡゚∀゚≡)ムハー
〈Frost Sashimi〉
The frost sashimi was firm and had a bouncy texture! It was also delicious! (*´༥`*)ウマ-!!
〈Grilled Frost Sashimi〉
The grilled frost sashimi was placed on top of sliced raw daikon radish! The daikon was raw, so it had a strong taste compared to the crab! It felt more like eating daikon than crab! (^◇^;)
〈Kombu-Infused Sashimi〉
The kombu-infused sashimi was placed on top of sliced raw nagaimo (Chinese yam)! It was seasoned, so it was recommended to eat it without any additional seasoning! This one also felt more like eating nagaimo than crab (ノ∀`)アチャ-!!
〈White Soy Sauce-Marinated Sashimi〉
The shredded crab meat had some grated seasoning on it, but the white soy sauce taste was strong and slightly salty, so I couldn't quite figure out what it was (´゚д゚`)アチャ-
◆Crab Miso Stuffed Shell◆
One of the reasons I chose this "Kanade" course was because I wanted to eat the "Crab Miso Stuffed Shell"! The crab shell contained crab miso, crab meat, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and ginkgo nuts, and was grilled over solid fuel! The rich crab miso was delicious, especially with shiitake mushrooms! It was so delicious that it made me crave sake, but my beloved car Liranta was waiting in the restaurant's parking lot, so I had to resist...⁝( `ᾥ´ )⁝
◆Crab Claw Gratin with Crab Sauce◆
Apart from the crab claw, the only other ingredient was macaroni! But with the crab sauce, you could still taste the crab flavor! (≡゚∀゚≡)ムハー I savored the creamy hot white sauce while huffing and puffing! (๑´ڡ`๑)
