スーパー蕪
Today, I had work in Senriyama, Suita (・ω・)ノ On the way back in the evening, I made a little detour. I heard there was a "taiyaki" with black sesame paste. Lately, I've been reviewing sweets and snacks quite often, and I might have entered a dangerous territory (>_<) If I add sweets to my list of ramen and alcohol... oh no! It's dangerous! I've already gained 3kg from the lazy New Year lifestyle! So, with these thoughts in mind, I came here (just kidding!) I got off at Nakano on Hanko 13 East Osaka Line, and headed east on R308 after passing four traffic lights. The shop is located in the corner of McDonald's property. Even if it's just for a short time, parking on the road is not allowed. Park in the McDonald's parking lot. The shop looks like a typical small takoyaki shop, and it's only for takeout. If you really want to eat in, buy here and take it to McDonald's (just kidding!) They have three types of taiyaki: "red bean paste," "custard," and "black sesame paste." Why don't they have "white bean paste" when they have custard? I came here for the black sesame paste, so that's fine. It seems they don't have freshly baked taiyaki. Maybe it's a matter of timing. They might make it fresh if you wait. In the warming case, there were only two pieces of black sesame paste taiyaki. It was a close call (´∀`; ) I boldly asked the shop owner, "Two black sesame paste taiyaki, please!"... not a picturesque moment. I bought them anyway (^_^)v I'm going to eat them at home. Now, when I tried to eat it again, the crust was very hard (^^;; I removed it for the photo. Maybe it's a service? It doesn't look good. There are debates on TV shows about whether to eat from the head or the tail of a fish-shaped cake, and I'm neither, I split it in half and eat from the middle (lol) I do the same with imagawayaki (pancake sandwich). I want to make sure of the filling. This time, I checked the black sesame paste carefully (^^;; Bite... oh (^_^)v The fragrant taste and flavor of black sesame remained, with a moderate sweetness. I thought it might be sweeter. The black sesame paste had a moderate sweetness with a bitter taste. Of course, it's sweet enough. But it's elegant. Since it's black sesame, the roasted flavor was also well preserved in the paste. Black sesame paste is seen in various sweets nowadays. But for me, the best black sesame paste sweets are the "Shiromatsu Ga Monaka" from my hometown in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. This taiyaki reminded me of that a little bit. (^_^)v Thank you for the meal~
