On Sunday at 6:00 PM, I went to "Pizzeria Scnizzo Da Shigeo" in Nakazakicho. I didn't make a reservation, but they said it was okay until 6:30 PM, so I was lucky to get in. The owner runs the place by himself. I ordered the "Marinara Speciale (1,700 yen)" and since a drink is required in the evening, I also ordered the "Homemade Sangria (450 yen)". The "Marinara Speciale" has tomato, garlic, oregano, cherry tomatoes, and anchovies. It's a special version of the classic "Marinara". It arrived in 4 minutes. One bite and it was delicious. The tomato flavor is amazing. The tomato sauce, along with the large tomatoes, provides a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, giving it a fresh taste. The anchovies add a subtle accent. The dough is soft and fragrant, perfectly baked. It's no wonder this place has high ratings. The "Homemade Sangria" is made with red wine and has been popular with women since the establishment. One sip and it was tasty. The Sangria has a strong red wine flavor, not too sweet, and exudes an adult vibe. There are several renowned pizzerias in the Nakazakicho area, but this place is the most highly rated. Since it's run by one person, expanding to multiple locations may be difficult. I'll definitely have to come back here. Thank you for the meal.

The interior of the restaurant was small, requiring people to pull out their chairs to move around. We enjoyed tapas with beer, followed by pizza and wine. The pizza, baked in a kiln, was not exceptional but still good. However, it seemed that only the owner was working that day, resulting in slow service and a hectic atmosphere. Ordering additional dishes or drinks felt awkward due to the rush. I just wanted to relax and enjoy my wine slowly.

I visited without a reservation last time and it was full, so this time I made a reservation for revenge. Based on the reviews, we ordered the appetizer which was said to be delicious. Since there were two of us, we ordered a portion for two. There were many types and they were all delicious. The first picture is a pizza with buffalo mozzarella, fruit tomato, ham, and arugula!! It was incredibly delicious♪( ´▽`) The ham was shaved right in front of us, and it was the best! Not too salty, just right♪ The second picture is a half & half pizza with quattro formaggi speciale, squid ink sauce, and smoked mozzarella! The squid ink was also delicious, but the quattro formaggi had various cheese flavors and was delicious! I wanted to try the pasta as well, but I was already full... Looking forward to visiting again next time(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

On a holiday lunch, I went to Shigeo with my family. Although lunch is only available on weekends, this casual yet authentic pizzeria is a favorite spot for our family's weekend lunches. I ordered the classic Margherita lunch. First, a salad and appetizer plate arrived. The salad with grainy mustard dressing was delicious and easy to eat. The appetizers included carrot rapé, tender onions, baguette with pâté de campagne, and each item was of high quality. By the time I finished the appetizers, the pizza was served. It looked and smelled so good that I couldn't resist finishing it all. Personally, I prefer the chewiness of the dough from Dal Brighante in Fukushima, but I like the appetizers at Shigeo better. Either way, it was a satisfying pizza lunch, and I will continue to visit regularly. Thank you for the meal.

It's not the most convenient location, but the food is delicious. We were two girls visiting this time. We ordered the appetizer, which was delicious and had a good portion for two. We also had the Quattro Formaggi pizza, which cheese lovers will adore. We also tried the Margherita for a basic taste test, both pizzas had a chewy and delicious crust. After struggling to finish everything, our stomachs were about to burst. We had soft drinks for drinks. The total cost for two was 8120 yen. We made a reservation for 5 pm for dinner. It seems that it's easier to reserve a seat now after the pandemic. The opening hours on Tabelog seem to be different, so I adjusted the start time. Next time, I want to add two more people and try more varieties by sharing.

I made a reservation and visited Gorgonzola. The pizza costs 1600 yen. The crust was thick and firm, with a lot of crusty edges. The Porcini Cream pasta costs 1600 yen. The noodles were thick and cooked al dente. The rich cream and generous amount of cheese made it delicious.

Finally, I got my third medal at the top 100 pizza restaurants in 2023! I was really intrigued by the wood-fired oven (*ºчº*). Sorry for not having pizza, but today's seasonal fish and vegetable wood-fired dish was made with Kinmedai and shiitake mushrooms. The flavor was incredibly rich and concentrated, so delicious! When I mentioned that I couldn't eat pizza, the restaurant kindly offered me a bite of their Pizza Pane. It was crispy and the sound of chewing was amazing (´^ω^`)ブフォwww. I made a reservation in advance and the restaurant was fully booked with customers. This time, I had the Margherita pizza. The lunch comes with a generous salad, and the dressing was amazingly flavorful. The pizza had a slightly thick crust and was loaded with cheese! Both the salad and pizza were really delicious. I made a net reservation at 18:15 on a weekday. Located about a 9-minute walk from the subway station "Tenjinbashi Rokuchome Station", "Tabelog Pizza Hyakumeiten 2023" is a highly rated restaurant in a quiet area. The restaurant has been continuously awarded since 2017 and received a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2014. The small shop, which opened in November 2010, has a total of 15 seats. The owner, Shigeo, who trained in the small town of Caserta in Naples, was running the shop alone. Here are the items I ordered this time and their evaluation: Appetizer Assortment - 900 yen: A plate with 12 ingredients served quickly, with an Italian taste using salt, vinegar, and olive oil. (Highly recommended) Salmon, yellowtail, mashed potatoes, onions, terrine, broccoli sauté, etc. Salmon, isaki, greens, potatoes, carrots, focaccia Half & Half Focaccia Pizza - 1800 yen: Margherita 800 yen The classic pizza with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, and basil, baked in a wood-fired oven, has a deliciously crispy taste. The customers were mostly office ladies and groups of women, with the restaurant being about 40% full and a female ratio of about 70%. At the time of my visit, the Tabelog rating was 3.73. The atmosphere, strongly reflecting the owner's preferences, was impressive. It was a top-ranked Napoli pizza restaurant that bakes authentic Napoli pizza in a stone oven brought from Napoli Acunto. I had been wanting to visit this place for a long time. Finally, the inside of the shop is not very spacious, so it can be a bit overwhelming at first, but once you sit down, it's not a problem. They have a counter and tables in the back, which require reservations. Takeout is also available as I saw some customers getting it. Now, onto the menu, they have fish, meat, and pasta, but first things first - pizza! We also had a bottle of wine, which was delicious. The pizza was great with many options available for half portions! The owner runs the place alone, so it's best to go there when you have time to relax. I'm looking forward to trying their pasta and other dishes next time!

It was my first time trying the combination of pizza and whitebait. The clam and sweet shrimp spaghetti with flat pasta was also delicious, with plenty of ingredients and very tasty. The pizza is baked in a kiln and has a rustic feel, but the dough itself is delicious and very satisfying. I made a reservation at the highest-rated pizza restaurant in Osaka and visited. Some people came without a reservation, but it was full with reservations, so it's better to visit with a reservation. The dough is an evolved version of Savoy with a crispy, fluffy, and light texture that you can eat as many slices as you want. The balance is also top class among the pizza restaurants I have visited. People in Osaka may find this place good. You might not need to go all the way to Tokyo to eat pizza.

I like appetizers and rolled pork belly skewers more than pizza and pasta at this restaurant. It's a shame that they only serve lunch on weekends. The appetizer platter contains about 7 different kinds of appetizers and is very generous in portion. The flavors are unique and can only be enjoyed here, making it my all-time favorite. The Mangalitsa pork belly skewers are my recent favorite, with just the right amount of saltiness. The thickness of the skewers is not easily conveyed through photos! The Pane Pizza is made with only the pizza dough, without any toppings. The soft and chewy texture can be fully enjoyed without distractions. It has a slight saltiness, and it pairs well with the rolled pork belly skewers. For drinks, I recommend the wine decanter.

I visited a famous pizza restaurant that was fully booked the last time I tried to go. It is located a 10-15 minute walk from Temmabashi Rokuchome Station, nestled in a quiet residential area. I tried to make a reservation for December but it was fully booked at 6:00 PM. However, they had availability for 8:00 PM, so I decided to go to another pizza place as my second option. The appetizer platter for one person costs 900 yen, and I also ordered a Margherita with prosciutto and arugula for 1900 yen, and a half and half Marinara and Special for 1700 yen. The wine and drink menu starts from 500 yen. The owner seemed to be running the place by themselves, but the appetizer platter was served quickly with a variety of options and generous portions for the price. After a 20-minute wait, the pizzas arrived. I was surprised by the thickness of the pizza dough, with the outer edge being around 3 centimeters thick. The taste was simple yet delicious, with a unique texture difference between the moist and chewy center and the crispy outer edge. The simplicity of the flavors really stood out and the overall experience was fantastic. The interior of the restaurant is mainly counter seating, resembling a cozy eel bed, so I would recommend visiting with a partner.

The address is 2-4-7 Honjo Nishi, Kita-ku, Osaka City. It is a 10-minute walk from Temma Station and Nakazakicho Station. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:30. The stylish exterior with the name of the restaurant painted on a white wall caught my attention. They offer both dine-in and take-out options. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and open from 11:30 to 14:00 and 17:30 to 23:00 (last order at 22:00). I learned that the 12:00 time slot was already full when I made a reservation for 11:30. The restaurant is run by the owner alone. The entrance has an alcohol disinfectant, and I was allowed to take photos before sitting at the counter. The restaurant has 12 counter seats and 3 table seats, all equipped with forks and knives. The red of the stone oven brought from Naples and the red of the firewood create a beautiful sight. For the weekend lunch, they offer two types of pizza lunch (with buffalo mozzarella) and a pasta lunch (porcini cream) with a special salad. I ordered the pizza lunch with buffalo mozzarella. The special salad arrived promptly, followed by the pizza. The aroma of the freshly baked pizza was delightful. The pizza had a perfect crust and a great combination of buffalo mozzarella, tomato sauce, basil sauce, and dough. The owner was attentive and provided excellent service. It is recommended to share the pizza with others. I enjoyed every bite and thanked the owner before leaving. It was a delicious meal, and I will definitely come back again!
