Fukuoka Wanderings. I will continue to post Fukuoka gourmet for a while! A short 2-night, 3-day trip to Fukuoka during the Bon Festival. I visited many gourmet spots, so let me introduce them to you. It's located behind Don Quijote Fukuoka Tenjin. I arrived around 15:30 on a weekday with no other customers. There is no eat-in space, only takeout. Today, I came for this. Initially known for croissants and canelés. The "Shareturan?" combines "fashionable" and "egg," offering croissants and canelés filled with rich custard cream in a stylish way. Recently, their soft serve ice cream has been buzzing. ✔︎Premium Strawberry (600 yen) A sweet and sour soft serve ice cream with a strong berry color. The rose-like appearance is truly Instagram-worthy. The black cone also complements the red well. The intricate shape causes it to melt quickly and drip, so take photos quickly. It was delicious. Croissant and canelé takeout specialty store has introduced a new soft serve ice cream at "Shareturan?" The store lives up to its stylish name, offering a selection of chic items. This time, I tried the new soft serve ice cream: Rich Custard Soft (550 yen) and Premium Strawberry Soft (550 yen). Both soft serves are shaped like roses, and the beautiful custard has a unique taste when enjoyed as soft serve. I also discovered the crispy texture of the almond. The soft serve ice cream allows you to easily experience a sense of luxury. The croissants are cute, shaped like eggs! You can choose between a set of 6 with cream or individual pieces without cream. A few minutes' walk from Tenjin Minami Station on the Nanakuma Line, there is a place in Imaizumi called "Charette". I bought a cute egg-shaped croissant in a box that looks like an egg case, as a souvenir. The croissant is filled with rich custard cream. The box and bag are very cute, so it seems like a gift that will be appreciated.

When I went to the bakery that showed up as a bakery on Google Maps, it turned out to be a trendy sweets shop. They had croissant-shaped canelés or canelé-shaped croissants, I couldn't quite tell! I bought chocolate and custard. The chocolate cream had an authentic taste. The rest was just average.

I visited this place for the first time after receiving a gift for takeout, and I definitely want to come back for the delicious taste! The staff's customer service was also great! I received custard and chocolate flavors as a gift, so this time I ordered my favorite matcha flavor! Even though they are frozen, when thawed and warmed up, the croissant's crispy texture remains! New product from September 1st, "Cheese Choux Cream"! A unique choux cream filled with rich cheese cream and custard, made with carefully selected choux pastry and French cream cheese. There are 7 flavors available: Caramel Cheese (¥580), Pistachio Cheese (¥580), Custard Cheese (¥560), Chocolate Cheese (¥560), Strawberry Cheese (¥560), Matcha Cheese (¥560), Tiramisu (¥560). These large choux creams are quite heavy, filled generously with custard and rich smooth cheese cream. Especially the Caramel Cheese has a caramelized top with a fluffy and gooey inside, adding a crunchy texture. The boxes are cute, making them perfect for gifts or treats.

FUKUOKA's new souvenir "SHARETORAN? FUKUOKA ~Shari and Tamago~" is a small shop in the Imaizumi area that specializes in take-out croissants. They offer cute croissants shaped like eggs filled with rich custard. Please note that there is no parking available at this shop, and they only accept cash payments.

This is my first visit. A shop in Iizumi that sells canelé-shaped croissants. I love croissants, so I was curious and decided to stop by. The idea of canelé-shaped croissants is very interesting, but as someone who values taste, it didn't suit me. It looks great for Instagram, so I recommend it for that aspect.

I tried the limited-time heart-shaped pie challenge! When I actually saw it, it was huge! And expensive! The custard was filled with a lot of sweat and there were fewer fruits than I expected, but the not too sweet custard cream made it easy to eat! Izumi's "Sharéto Tamago" is actually a croissant specialty shop, not an egg shop! It's pronounced "sharetoran" and it's very popular with long lines forming often. I went in the afternoon and they were close to selling out. The custard cream-filled ones were already sold out. I bought the last ones and tried them, and they were definitely delicious croissants! They make great gifts with their appearance and taste.
