I came with a friend. I had the 1000 yen hamburger set meal and added an extra hamburger for 400 yen with cheese topping, and I was satisfied!!! If you want to eat hearty meat, I recommend this place! You cook the hamburgers and steaks yourself, but it takes time to cook them all the way through, so please stop cooking them around medium and just eat them. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also good, with a modern and quiet ambiance.

I don't understand what they want. They brought out half-cooked meat and a hamburger and told me to cook them with low heat. The hamburger was always half-cooked, and in such a small space, they placed plates and cooking utensils for me to cook. I was forced to eat half-cooked meat in an extremely cramped space. Can't they at least cook the hamburger properly or maybe place a cooking stone for me to use?

A shop located just 1 minute from Osaka Station, run by a meat wholesaler. It features a butcher shop and an eat-in space. At the eat-in area, you can enjoy hamburgers and steaks made from carefully selected meat by meat professionals at a reasonable price. Today, I had the Butcher's Hamburger (90g) and Sirloin Steak (90g) with rice set. The popular hamburger is served rare and cooked to your liking on a ceramic plate. The set includes: - Hamburger - Sirloin Steak (with 6 types of sauce) - Salad - Rice (free refills available) (Ending with a flavorful red egg rice) The table is set with ponzu, salt sauce, and soy sauce for you to enjoy in various ways. The meat was delicious. Thank you very much. (Credit cards and electronic money payments are accepted!)

I often buy meat. I decided to have an early lunch and when I peeked in, there was no line so I entered. Since I can't eat a lot, I had the 1000 yen lunch. It came out partially raw and you cook it yourself. Finally, I finished with a rich egg over rice. You can get a rice refill and men can get full. It's always a popular place with lines. The neighboring meat shop also sometimes sells delicious meat at a cheap price.

Today's lunchtime was in the JR Umeda area. I visited a shop that I had passed by many times before, "Nagata Butcher Shop," for the first time. At the ticket machine, there were four set meals and four hamburgers on the menu. I chose the set meal "Butcher's Hamburger x2, 90g each" for 1000 yen. It comes with salad, egg, and unlimited rice, so in terms of cost performance, it's not bad. The hamburgers were served on a plate with only one side cooked, and you have to cook it to your liking on a ceramic plate. It was a fun experience, but the hamburgers were so rare that it was difficult to move them with chopsticks. While waiting for them to cook a bit more, I had the salad. I had to break up the meat and cook it more to make sure it was cooked through. I struggled a bit. Here, I had a dilemma. If it's 100% beef, it's okay to eat it rare, but if it's a mix, is it a problem? The title is "Butcher's Hamburger," but it doesn't specifically say it's 100% beef. In the end, I ate the meat while breaking it up and checking if it was cooked through, using six condiments and three sauces for flavoring. I topped the rice with just the egg yolk for some egg rice. The yolk was oddly reddish. It seemed like a waste, so I also cooked the egg white on the ceramic plate. When I asked on my way out, they said it was 100% beef. I thought they could improve by using a catchy name or better description. I am grateful for my healthy body today.

I visited the butcher shop's hamburger with high expectations and ordered the Teriyaki Burger. To be honest, it only tasted like Teriyaki sauce, the patty lacked meatiness, and the bun was soft and tasty. The staff didn't greet me, even when our eyes met, both when I arrived and when I left.

The two hamburg steaks come with unlimited rice, a side salad with a raw egg, 6 types of condiments, and 3 types of sauce for just 1000 yen, which is amazing. The hamburg steaks are served almost raw, with only the surface slightly charred, and you have to cook them yourself on a hot plate. However, my solid fuel burnt out before I finished cooking. I noticed a sign saying "additional solid fuel available" only after I had finished my meal. I should have paid more attention. I will take my time cooking them properly next time. The quality of the rice was excellent, but the laminated menu was greasy from oil, which should be improved. I will definitely come back again.

I ordered the 1600 yen Ichiroku set, which is a pre-payment system where you buy a food ticket. After being seated and waiting for a while, a salad, raw egg, and a lightly seared meat patty & hamburger were brought to me. There were 6 types of condiments surrounding the meat, making it difficult to decide how to eat them. Wasabi, takana (pickled mustard greens), doubanjiang (spicy bean paste), curry salt, karashi mayo (spicy mustard mayo), and miso peanuts were provided. It was great to be able to cook and eat the meat on the small iron plate on the table according to my preference! Additionally, I enjoyed eating the rice in various ways - starting with plain white rice, then having egg over rice, and later making fried rice with takana on the iron plate, or making a bibimbap-like dish with crumbled hamburger, doubanjiang, and karashi mayo. Thanks to this, I was able to enjoy my meal without getting bored until the end!

The cost performance was good, with a lunch hamburger for 1000 yen. It was a small-sized hamburger, but it came with two pieces, which was a satisfying amount. Rice was also free for refills, making it a reasonable restaurant. I topped it off with a raw egg for a luxurious egg over rice dish at the end. I was satisfied.

Hamburg Harami Steak Set for 1400 yen, with a side of egg over rice. Rice refills are free. The meat is served rare and you cook it yourself to your liking. The Harami steak is thick and flavorful, but not ideal for mixing with rice or drowning in sauce. The hamburger is soft and falls apart easily when transferred to the hot plate. It's best to mash it up, mix it with rice, and pour sauce and condiments over it. The set includes raw egg over rice for an additional 300 yen, with the option to upgrade to stone-grilled Bibimbap or Keema Curry. Overall, the appeal lies more in the unlimited rice refills than the quality of the hamburgers. For 1000 yen, you can get two hamburgers, unlimited rice refills, and a side of raw egg, making it a good deal if you plan to eat a lot of rice. The Harami steak, although delicious, doesn't seem to be fully utilized in this set.

When I went down to Umeda Station, I found a butcher shop that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. They had freshly fried foods too! So, I decided to buy the "Chicken Cutlet" for 54 yen. I was originally going to get a croquette, but it wasn't very warm, so I opted for this relatively freshly fried option. As expected, freshly fried food is exceptional. It was delicious.

I entered the restaurant just before noon on a weekday. I bought my meal ticket from a machine before entering, but I had trouble deciding on my order as I didn't know the menu until I actually had to choose while operating the machine. It was a bit difficult for me, being indecisive. (The person in front of me also had to redo their order a few times, so I think there are many people like me.) This time, I treated myself to a lunch of hamburger and sirloin steak, which was a bit of a splurge for a weekday. Both the hamburger and sirloin steak were served rare, and we were supposed to finish cooking them on a hot iron plate using solid fuel. I wasn't sure how much to cook them, especially the hamburger, so I ended up eating it nervously with a bit of pink left, which prevented me from fully enjoying the taste. I think it would have been helpful if they explained when serving, "This is how much you should cook it," or if there were instructions on the table. As for seasoning, there were three sauces on the table (soy sauce, salt sauce, ponzu) in addition to six types of condiments on the plate, such as salt, wasabi, and miso. This allowed us to enjoy changing the flavor. Personally, I found that the salt was the most delicious. The rice came with a raw egg, and there were instructions on the table on how to eat it deliciously, but I ended up making regular egg over rice before reading it, so I regretted it a bit. However, the egg was a very dark color that I wasn't used to, so I think it was probably a high-quality one. Nevertheless, it was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

When heading from JR Osaka Station to the building in front of the station, I always see customers lining up, especially during meal times. I went for dinner just before 6 pm and ordered what I assume is the most standard menu: two hamburgers with unlimited rice, salad, and an egg for 1000 yen. The cost performance is average for this location. The restaurant has counter and table seating, and since I was dining alone, I was seated at the counter. After a while, I received salad, rice, a plate with hamburgers, a griddle to cook the hamburgers, and an egg. They asked if I wanted a paper apron when I entered, but they didn't give me one until I asked later. I found it odd that the staff, who were standing near the entrance, didn't seem to pay attention to the customers' needs. The counter seating was slightly protruding from the aisle, making it difficult to get the staff's attention. As it is a restaurant with unlimited rice, they should pay more attention to the customers. The hamburgers were half-cooked, with a rare center, so you have to cook them yourself on the griddle. However, the griddle had a strong heat source, and there was no place to move the cooked meat, making it a bit awkward. The meat was raw and touching it with the same chopsticks you eat with was off-putting. Overall, the concept of cooking your own meat may be fun for some, but there were many flaws in the process, making it seem like a restaurant targeting tourists. It was more hassle than enjoyment.

The restaurant offers free rice refills for 1000 yen meals. It was quite crowded even at 2 PM on weekdays.

After work, I stopped by and bought croquettes, minced cutlets, and discounted Japanese beef at the meat shop. The croquettes and minced cutlets were delicious as expected from a quality meat shop. The cutlet was very affordable, and the meat quality was great, perfect for sukiyaki. I enjoyed it a lot and will definitely buy from here again as their beef is really good.

When you go down the underground from Osaka Station towards Daimaru and Hankyu Department Store, you will find Nagata Butcher Shop selling beautiful beef and croquettes such as minced cutlets. This time, I bought the large leaf cheese rolls and croquettes. I ate them on the train ride back. Deli from a meat shop is always delicious, right? Thank you for the meal. D-Works workwear.

Cost performance: ★★★★★ (Excellent) Budget: ¥100 Atmosphere: Takeout only - Minced cutlet from a butcher shop (¥225): At first, I couldn't see the hundred's place and thought it was ¥95, so I was a bit disappointed when I realized it was double the price. However, the taste far exceeded my expectations. The shine of the meat juice was amazing. I didn't take a photo as I was eating on the go, but the quality was quite high. I only bought it to satisfy a small hunger, but I was very satisfied. - Croquette (¥95): This one had very little meat, instead focusing on the sticky texture of the potato. - Announcement: We also have an Instagram account! The meat juices are sizzling. I am amazed by the aroma and richness of the fat. The croquette with beef tendon (93 yen) does not seem to contain minced meat in the filling, only potatoes and onions, but I was surprised by the meaty flavor and aroma of the croquette. I wonder if they use delicious meat fat when sautéing the onions. Next to Nagaeda Butcher Shop, there is an eat-in area with "Butcher's Hamburg Steak and freshly cooked rice." The hamburg steak there is said to be enhanced with Chichikabu (a rare fat extracted from female cows) for sweetness. (As seen on TV)
